My family and I were traveling in an EV from Phoenix to Vegas and ran out of battery power on the side of the highway. Mike's crew came right out to help. The first driver could not access the battery to jump the vehicle enough to put it in neutral and tow it. The driver called the office and Mike himself came out! Mike helped gain access to the battery and ensured that my family was all safe getting towed back to the charging station. There happend to be some other drivers at the charging station as well and they helped get the car powered enough to be able to charge. The whole team is wonderful and I would reccommend them to anyone in need of an emergency tow. Excellent job guys and thanks so much for your help!
Justin was so nice and professional. I was in a very bad spot on the highway and he came right away when the service call came in. He was very kind and listened to where I needed to go. He had a recommendation to a tire shop that was luckily open and he took me in right away. I appreciate his kindness, and him taking his time to care for my car. I never had good luck with tow companies until I encountered my experience with Mikes Power Tow.
I was in a very bad rearend collision and this tow company took my car and everything inside to the tow yard, it was kept safe. I had no problems getting my stuff out. Thank you Yhank you for sacrificing his Christmas night to work and be there for me.
Had a car stolen, police found it but no key. Called up mikes, extremely good price quoted. Tony came out to help. Showed me how to put her in neutral so I could tow it myself with my truck. He asked for no money and said it was his pleasure to help. Nice people with honest work and good prices.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible experience. The woman at the front desk is the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. Instead of offering help or explaining how to get my car back, she acted like she was doing me a favor. No respect, no empathy, not even basic customer service. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable—especially when people are already stressed and just trying to get their car back. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone

My elderly mother was stuck and I called them to tow her truck.
They were unhelpful from the start. But I was able to book it. I waited 1 hour for the truck and it never came.
I finally called to ask where the truck was and they said they never sent the truck because it wasn’t possible to get out there.
If I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known.
No sympathy or sense of urgency.
Do not work with them.
Justin helped get our car to our home a few days ago. I asked if he might be able to put it into our driveway so we can push it into the garage later. He went above and beyond, putting the car straight into the garage for us. Friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you
Anthony came through in a crisis for our family! Being far from home, we stopped in Kingman to eat and get gas. When we got back on the road our engine light came on and the SUV was in failure. He came out to us quickly, made accommodations for us so we could get a rental car and not be stranded with our travel stuff in the rain and sent updates when our vehicle was back home safely. Would highly recommend him and his business.
Extremely wonderful and accommodating driver, got to us quickly and took good care of us. Let us take our dog and cat in the cabin with us and was patient while we unloaded our things at a motel before taking our rental car away for us. Really helpful and wonderful when we were in an awful situation. Thank you so much, highly recommend!
I’m going to give this company their deserved accolades. For the first time my weird spaceship Tesla ran out of battery even though it said I would have over 10% when I got to Kingman.
Tesla customer service set up a company for me, for a few hundred $. I called 2 other places b4 Mikes similar or more expensive than what Tesla shared. I was only going 4 miles.
mike’s, was 25% or less than the other 3. Gave me a similar arrival time around 2 hours as the others. Driver Chris was there in 40 mins. And apologize for taking so long even though he got woke up. Expected a beat up flatbed with that value… Brand new truck, Driver -amazing, friendly, dealt with my crazy, smart ass… Knowledgeable and an expert at his job. I am blown away at the service, especially since it was at least a quarter of the price of the four places I called one of them Referred by Tesla … Call them first
On Saturday night, the 28th at about 2 o’clock in the morning me and my buddy had just made it in A Kingman has the Tesla decided to run out of battery. We were locally from Phoenix Arizona and we’re taking a trip to Pahrump Nevada to get some fireworks to share the independence that are active and fallen soldiers have granted us the eight times I’ve been told in my life this one time this one driver named Chris gave us a two hour ETA and showed up in 40 minutes let alone and handle the situation so professionally and nonchalant like this was another day and another dollar for him. Can you put our car up on the tow truck got us down to the charger got the car unhooked in the best spot possible but to me when you’re good to what you do you deserve to be recognized for what you do the driver Chris definitely deserves a handshake and a ice cold beer
They towed my RV to the Flagstaff Freightliner repair shop and caused $1,800 of damage to my driveshaft components due to the manner in which the driver secured the disconnected driveshaft. The driveshaft was not disconnected from the differential so it was rotating with the rear wheels the entire distance of the tow. This caused the strap holding the driveshaft up to break resulting in the damage. The shop manager has yet to return phone calls to discuss how to reimburse us for the damages.
The shop manager did reach out and offer to make things right. We have forwarded all the photos and invoices for the repairs required and have not had any further outreach from the shop manager. We will soon have to resort to taking legal actions against this business to not only pay for damages but also for other expenses incurred as a result of this company employee’s actions. Hopefully it does not come to this however since we have not had any further communication it appears the business manager was not serious about resolving this issue.
I have two experiences with Mikes Power Tow. Both were great. I few months ago, I locked my keys in my truck in Walmart parking lot. They sent a truck out in a very short time and quickly unlocked the door. They only charged $50. I was very grateful. They could have charged a lot more. This morning, my car broke down in town. I called them and they towed my car all the way across town and only charged $65. I was very happy. It would have cost me more to go rent a uhaul trailer and tow it my self and would have been a huge hassle. I highly recommend Mikes Power tow for all your towing needs. Their trucks are newer and safe and their drivers are professional and courteous. Thank you Mikes Power Tow!!!
Beth is an angel!! I got caught with a flat tire 90 miles out of Vegas and well past Kingman. AAA contracted Mike’s for a tow. I was able to get the spare on and didn’t need the tow, but Beth remained in touch with me, sent positive wishes lol moral support, and provided navigation options as to which gas stations would have air and how far out each were. She provided tire repair options wi th locations. Beyond helpful as a female traveling with two girls in 112 degrees today.thank you, Beth!! Omg ran out of gas, driver brought it out and then made sure the car would start, which it didn't! And then he had to tow me to work, when he left, I realized I had left my phone in the tow truck! I ended up having to wait for him to finish another call, but both the driver and the office people were so helpful and professional.great experience. Thanks for taking care of me!!
I was frantic! I had a flat tire and needed a tow to a tire company. I called Mike’s Pow R Tow and my problem and anxiety were soon gone! Prompt service, updates on arrival of tow truck, kind driver - all equal excellent customer service!
It was Labor Day and I had a flat tire. I called AAA and they called Mike’s Towing. It took them 1 1/2 hours to get to me but I was kept up to date on their arrival time through AAA. The driver himself called me when he was close. He was very professional and courteous and changed my tire to my spare and offered to call around to see if there was a tire shop open to replace my tire because it was shredded. I had already made arrangements for one, but that was a really nice “above and beyond” service. He was very quick and it was no charge. Don’t travel without AAA. They get good trustworthy businesses like this one.
Fantastic company from the initial phone call for help to the drop off at the dealership! The young lady that answered the call was extremely patient and knowledgeable! The operator (Garret I believe) who rescued us from the middle of the desert definitely continued the awesome customer service. Instead of just dropping us off at the truck stop as we requested he suggested a different option. He brought us back into town at the dodge dealership that was surrounded by hotels and amenities! That might sound like basic common sense however if you've been paying attention that's not how businesses have been operating of late!
On a busy Saturday morning they got here in less than an hour! My driver Jason was awesome, quick and once we made it to the tire shop he made sure I would be helped before leaving. He was very polite and friendly! I greatly appreciate there affordable rates & assistance!If you need a tow call them!
Blew a tire on our way home. We were able to pull off at the 91 east exit. Unfortunately we didn't have a jack with us. Jason came to save the day, and hopefully our ice cream. He was friendly and professional. He seems to really enjoy his job helping others unlike some other tows or tire help we've had in the past who show up looking annoyed. Thanks Jason for your help 🤘
The guy Cody that they sent out to to my truck and trailer was absolutely a professional and showed up quick. When we got to to the drop off he was able to back in my trailer to the spot it needed to be in in one shot!! I will definitely make sure my truck breaks down just to have him tow me. Tyler provided a great Towing service and arrived very quickly faster than the estimated time. He was well prepared for my vehicle 👍 very happy about the work, I even changed my route, and he provided me with tips on how to do so through my roadside assistance provider, so the tow went smoothly.
We were traveling through Arizona in our motor home when it had a mechanical problem and towing was the only way to get back to a repair facility. Kevin showed up with a big wrecker and towed it from Wikieup to Kingman. We rode in the truck cab with him. Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. This was a 2022 motor home and having it towed made my husband quite nervous. Kevin put those fears to rest by his skills of operating the wrecker. He delivered us safely to the dealership with the motor home. We enjoyed the 45 minute ride with him as he was very personable. So in the end the bottom line was this: Mike’s did what they said they would do, at the price that they told us, and the service was done exceeding our expectations, by an employee who represented the business well. You can’t do much better than that.
I live in coastal California and was on my way back home after visiting family for the holidays. It was New Year's Eve, and my engine kept misfiring and dying just a few seconds after I started the car. The Lyft driver who took me to my hotel recommended this towing company. Not only did they respond quickly, they were able to pick me up from the hotel on the way to my car. The driver called a local mechanic's shop to make sure that they were able to look at my car same-day. Excellent service, highly recommend!
Mike's is my family's knight in shining armor. When our car decided to just go dead, on NYE, they came to our rescue. We didn't have to wait long and he was quick to get the kids and myself into his warm cab, even offering them a dum dum which, went a long way to turning their experience around. He was personable, professional, kind, and just great at his job. I can't say enough about how my interaction with "Short Bus" made my less than stellar end of 2021 just a whole lot less bad. I of course hope to never have to use a tow service again but, if I do I will definitely be calling them again.
