I was looking for a Ford 1 ton wheel. 16". Called several places even wheel distributors and no one will help. Went to pik a part and they were very helpful. Didn't have any in the yard but the man at the window said he just got some 1 ton trucks in the back. I took measurements and it is what I needed. For $20 they took it off the vehicle for me. That's service. The price was great $77 for the wheel. I will be going back when I need something. Very helpful business. When no other tire or wheel business would not help. They came through.

Went their with my friend to help them take off door panels and a back bumper charged us way to much.immediately started watching us the whole time and accused us of breaking the dash even though we never touched it. They have good inventory but they are charging way to much and horrible customer service.

They charged me $30 for a used passenger side window switch and a used dip stick. They tried charging me $70 for 4 used ignition coils. Horrible pricing, only thing that was worth it was probably cosmetic items. Ocelotl private military will not be using their services for used parts again.

I've found some parts i needed here, but most of the 11th gen f150s i was after were pretty stripped down. Next time I came, a week later to get a part i knew was there, he wouldn't let me in stating they close and don't let anyone in after 3:45. It was 3:34! I only needed an interior trim piece which would of taken only a minute to get. He wouldn't reason and said his clock read later. I was using accurate satellite time from my phone. I got off early to get there and I couldn't get in. Not a huge deal I just came back 2 days later...only to find all of the f150's were gone and crushed ?. Customer service could be better, but sometimes they do have have the parts needed at reasonable prices. It is what it is.

Pic a part is the best ! Very big yard and well organized Kyle in the office was a big help with directoions to find the vehicles I needed parts off of . Thanks for being open on Saturday!

We were at Pic A Part at the end of the day today on 4-16-24 and I'd really like to say thank you to the gentleman who helped us at the register. You are very kind gentleman and if anyone needs good decent parts at a decent price range here is the Best place to go. We come here all the time and have always been treated with respect. I'm just glad this place is here for people when they least expect needing parts for their vehicles. Even tires and more. Terri & Nathan

Erik was awesome. Out here from New Hampshire riding a bike and it's my first time in the desert or on 66. Stopped in looking for something cool to put on my shop wall and he helped me out. Awesome parts yard from ehat I can see too, lot of vehicles and options

They don't know what they have. They give the wrong prices to me. Concerning the price of a front door to a rear door. Evidently front doors are 120$ more than a rear. Got a price for a door on a Lincoln for 75$ went back to get it. Car was gone assumed crushed. They don't know. Went back a year later saw the same car, it was relocated. Went out front to see what they cost then, same door was $250. Recently they quoted me 320$ for rear door. Went back and got the real price 120$ less. They are just unqualified to be called a salvage yard.

Only positive thing about this salvage yard is the selection cars/trucks. They are too overpriced! I left half my parts at the front counter as I could buy them "new" at the price they wanted for used parts!! The guy at the front was charging for every little nut and bolt. Never seen that in my life when going to a salvage yard.. pathetic.. It's bad enough that this place takes cash only..but the guy working the front did not know what type of parts I was buying. He didn't know what a "ignition control model" was, lol. I knew he was clueless when he called my 2 windshield washer pumps 'fuel injectors', lol.. Just clueless. I was planning ongoing back to spending more money, but at their prices i'm a better off buying my parts brand new! I wouldn't recommend this business..

Tow truck driver is an idiot! He almost hit my car pulling out in front of me and when I beeped my horn at him because he almost hit me started flipping me off and tried to run me off the road passing me, then he jumped out of his truck and challenged me to a fist fight at the intersection. He should not be working with people, unless it's a prison. Cops got called. I Hope he doesn't do that to everyone.. All around Bad customer service! I have a photo of him flipping me off and of him out of his truck challenging me to fight him I'm a woman that is 4'11" & 92 pounds sounds like an unfair advantage for me.

I looked up a price list beforehand so I knew how much money to bring. So I go there, find my part, only to be told by the cashier dude that the price list is obsolete. Tried to charge me more than double what the part was listed at on their website. Ok? How is the customer supposed to know this price list of theirs is out of date. It’s not like they have an updated one posted anywhere. What a dumpster fire of a wrecking yard…avoid.

Let me see once a good experience, this last time terrible will never go here again went for a simple part under 100 part didn't work just wanted to even exchange it... Nope no way this counter guy says we don't do refunds I said I don't need a refund just a working part. Wouldn't even exchange the part in all my life never heard of something so ridiculous. The guy was rude and a smart mouth how does one do business that way It says no refunds I get that but not even a exchange. Nope sorry not me never again I'll go to Dan's or needles they never hassle a customer Lesson learned No more nice guys at the counter. S complete rip off never heard of junkyard not exchanging parts... I'll buy new or go to another big franchise money Hungary ripoff. Just a update they are still not exchanging parts so if you go there and you leave and it doesn't work or fit a person is basically screwed

Prices are a little high compared to all the other salvage yards I’ve been to. They do have a decent selection of cars & they were nicely organized which makes the experience that much better. Cash only business, so make sure you bring a hefty wallet depending on the part you’re looking for.

A lot better then the other times I've been there the guy was very nice considerate fair prices. I love you but you guys should be fired. I was a while ago but hopefully they're going to buy now good places

Limited parking up front. If you have a trailer, park on the highway. Prices are so-so. There's no price list, so you're at the mercy of the cashier. There are a lot of vans and trucks in this yard, so chances are good you'll find what you need. Yard is packed close. I was there on a Saturday, and didn't see a lot of customers, and fewer carts, so if you go for anything bulky or heavy, call ahead and see if they offer any assistance, or if you can bring your own cart/barrow.

The young men working the window were very polite and quick on the cash register. Adorable yard dog, but not the very organized for a self service yard. Ask if they have a particular year, or where to find a particular Make, and the staff has no clue whats out there. Spent a lot of time looking for inventory. HELLA EXPENSIVE DAY!

Not to many men who repair their own vehicles wouldn't like a place to get parts for cut rate prices. Also, to have a place like this, will surely help unsavery types, keep from helping themselves to ,well yours or anybody else's "parts."

What a joke! Will NEVER do business here!! Called about a rear window for my Expedition. They said they had one for almost $100. I drove 20+ plus miles breathing exhaust fumes the whole way. I got there, ready to swap it out, only to find out that they didn't have one. This after being charged to get in the yard. I went down the road and ordered one new for $150. Don't waste your time.

Well worth the drive. We don't have one closed year ago. Drove out and boy it was very worth it. Well kept yard. Well organized.and the guy was super helpful.and customer friendly..

This place is great. I have been there a few times. They know where to send you to get your parts. They are fairly priced. I sold a wrecked car and they gave me a great deal more than elsewhere. Friendly service. Great place!

Good staff. Great prices. Got the parts for my jeep needed for the job. Little elbow grease saves lots of money. Website also lists all prices up front for parts.

These guys are awesome. Prices are fair. Despite the relatively small yard they have a good selection. They have always been extra helpful.

They are friendly and well socked on most forgin and domestic vehicles some are hard to find. The staff is fairly knowledgeable and they are reasonably priced it cost 1.00 each adult to enter the yard.
