I switched insurance companies and was having the worse time using my roadside service. It was so horrible that I went back to Progressive ins with roadside service and my car was towed the next morning on time and with professionalism and promptness. Aquarius has always serviced me in the past with my roadside service and I've never had a complaint and I've been very satisfied with their work. I want to thank Charles for being there and Aquarius Towing for always showing up on time and being the White Knights I need at the time. Thank you so much for all you do. Deana

My rare and valuable classic car lost its fuel pump in Pahrump. Lucas showed up fast. Took amazing care with my vehicle. Explained the process. Was safe, quick and efficient got me and my car safely to where we needed to be. Lucas had a great attitude which all of us can use when your day involves a tow truck! Highly recommend

Do not recommend this company. Owner Mike Armstrong lies about other entities and takes ZERO responsibility for their drivers actions!!! His driver was having a bad day apparently and was SUPER belligerent to employees in front of other clients and ended up SLAMMING our sliding door so hard as he exited it broke the hinges. So Mike when you slander people make sure to please tell the whole story. And no one ever spoke with you as that is also a lie! Please let's get the facts straight before we post non accurate slander....UPDATE : So now Tabitha states she is the one that contacted us, im confused because if you read this review it seems like MIKE ARMSTRONG stated he was the one that I spoke with, why would you lie and slander someone when actually Tabitha just stated SHE was the one who we spoke with? Tabitha I apologize you feel that you were on hold for 30 minutes but the truth actually is you were transferred immediately to Blair. (Our phone system time stamps) Again its unfortunate that you're company doesn't take ANY responsibility for you're employees actions and how it even affected our clients that day. RUDEST people in the office, not sure about the service itself because I called another tow company (who were amazing) after that first initial contact. Not sure how they are in business with nasty attitudes like that!

I was standing in the service department waiting to pick up my car when a tow driver walked in and immediately began yelling and cussing at the service advisor. The issue was that the tow driver had gone to the wrong address, yet instead of owning up to his mistake, he chose to scream and curse at the advisor—who, to his credit, stayed calm, polite, and professional the entire time. I have never witnessed such disgusting and unprofessional behavior. The language and attitude were completely uncalled for. To top it off, when the driver stormed out, he slammed the service door so violently that it actually came off its hinges. What makes this situation even more unbelievable is that the tow driver was entirely at fault. After seeing this kind of vulgar, reckless behavior firsthand, I would never consider using this company. I strongly recommend that the service department (and anyone else) look elsewhere for towing services.

Very unhappy dispatched at 735am 45-75 minutes, no call. 9am call going to be another 20 minutes. 9:21 updated another 36 minutes. 10:13 finally showed up. Courtesy call would have been nice. Thankfully it's only 89 degrees this morning. Missed work and my appointment of 930 to get car fixed. The guy was polite when he shows up, but unacceptable having to wait that long with no correspondence.

Lucas was phenomenal! We rented a Kia telluride which clearly wasn't from Avis and Lucas saved us from dying in the desert ! Amazing dude and amazing service.

Luke out of pahrump was awesome at getting me an my babies home safely after breaking down in the middle of nowhere. My insurance was a complete hassle but him and his team had the best patience and customer service. Thank you again!

Mike was amazing, he stayed in communication with me my son was broken down in the middle of no where, Mike answered my calls and responded to all my text messages. He informed me of the ETA and kept me informed. Great customer service. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

It took awhile to reach my motorhome when my alternator was going out, but the responding driver kindly went many miles out of his way and made sure that I made it to a safe place for the night. Very much appreciated!

Dispatched by my insurance company, Wait Average weight time 30 40 minutes, got there with in the Is quoted time, very much appreciated. Driver had me back on the road fast, got right to work good communication. If I need a tow company, and don't go thru my insurance, here's where

I don't have words to express my gratitude to these folks! I got stuck in sand on our new vacant property and initially, they declined the job due to the dirt road and lack of pavement on the lot. The concern, I think, was their own truck getting stuck or unable to help once here. The next day, I contacted them again just to say Progressive reassigned them, but that I would take care of it so they didn't have to bother declining again. What happened next was a few questions, a few photos, and the arrival of their truck with about 1000 feet of cable. Gary got me right out of the sand and reparked the van to get in/out easier. Gary was very helpful, kind and knew exactly what to do. And he got right to work, making me feel assured he was there to help and would absolutely get me out. Shout out to Tabitha who was my main contact and orchestrated the visit. She, too, was kind, helpful and empathetic to my plight of being out in the "wilderness" alone overnight. Aquarius Towing is now going to be my first call should I need their service again. It was so nice of them to reconsider the job and make it work for everyone. I really didn't expect it, but was so happy they went above and beyond for me.

worst customer experience ever at 0630 in the morning!! Will never use this company again!! Driver had an attitude from the minute he showed up! I needed a tow, but I ended up getting a tire brought to me so I can replace my flat one. All I needed from the driver was a jack and he couldn't be bothered to help me, kept asking if I needed a tow or not and that was all he could help me with. If he had half a brain, he could have gotten his jack out, helped me get my truck in the air so I can put the other tire on, he could have just charged me for the tow. I would have gladly paid for the tow in exchange for using his jack!! Just goes to show you that your customer service sucks and needs to be fixed.

After waiting 5 hours for our roadside service to get us a row and still no pick up time, call Aquarius towing and showed in 30 minutes. Staff and driver were excellent. Recommend them if you need a tow. Thank you for saving us

Last night after 10 o'clock on 7/27 my tire blew. I wasn't in the best of area's. I used my road side assistance and was serviced by aquarius towing. The drivers name was Jerry, he was very kind and helpful. He made me feel safe. My tire was changed quickly and I was on my way. Jerry also offered my water. Thank you for your service and kindness.

Wonderful! Fantastic! Amazing company! I am new to the area. Went looking for the beach, got stuck in sand. The wonderful woman from Aquarius that initially called me was great. She understood what was going on during my angry blather and treated me well. Dwayne came down quickly, and was able to help me out right away. He was professional and didn’t make me feel ridiculous for my idiocy! Thank you!

Great communication, very friendly and helpful. Burst a tire on a dark stretch of highway in the Mojave desert and didn’t have a spare. It was late and pretty far from civilization but my driver got me sorted out and had a great attitude about it, and I could tell he was exhausted from a very busy day. I hope it never happens to me again, but if it does I know who to call!

Dwayne is awesome. Our car broke down on the 40 in the middle of nowhere. It was hot and we had our service dog with us. He kept us informed on his arrival. He was very polite when he arrived. Told us to hop in the ac truck and he would take care of our car. He did quickly. We could see that Dwayne takes pride in what he does. We were so grateful he was there to help us.

Dwayne was the best! My cars tire blew so I put on my spare and that blew too. My insurance company Sent Aquarius towing to come get me and tow me to the nearest tire shop. He was quick with loading my car and did it very smoothly and efficiently. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and was dehydrated after waiting in the heat and he made sure I got in the tow truck with nice cold AC. After arriving to the tire shop he even unloaded the tire I had bought and carried my rim and tire so I didn’t have to (being pregnant). He was GREAT! I would recommend him to anyone.

John saved me from the heat of the Mojave desert! 110F. The lady at his dispatching office was kind and helpful as well. I was contacted by phone and by text as well, and given a "live" location link to follow the tow truck's driver route heading to rescue me... Cute feature for our electronically engaged world! John from Aquarius Towing was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional. My truck died on US 95 between Vegas & Searchlight, while towing a travel trailer. John immediately and cheerfully told us he could tow both, and take us anywhere we needed to take them (we had to go to Pahrump, over 100 miles.) On the trip to Pahrump, he took a very stressful situation and made it almost enjoyable. He was a joy to talk to and get to know. Very upbeat, positive person. THANK YOU AQUARIUS AND ESPECIALLY JOHN!

Amazing experience with this company. Linda was very kind over the phone, extremely helpful and worked with me to help get me home after my car broke down late at night. John, the tow truck driver, was very friendly, efficient, and careful with my car. All around everyone showed great communication and kept me informed of what was going on and when.

Dwayne was awesome. He showed up a lot sooner than expected and was very personable and professional. He was quick with changing my tire. It’s rare to find people who are personable and professional at the same time and quicker than the estimated time of arrival. He was friendly when he called to confirm where I was as well. Dwayne came to my rescue when my battery died in Laughlin. He had arrived sooner than expected and was exceptionally nice. He jumped the battery so that it could be moved from the low ceiling garage at the Tropicana out to his truck in the lot. He was very good company on the trip to the tire store. When he dropped us off, he thanked us and wished us well. It's rare nowadays to find someone who is both professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Aquarius Towing in general, and Dwayne specifically.

Found myself in a ditch yet again and from the very start Aquarius towing was very helpful and they came out within an hour to help me out. I really can’t ask for anything more, I’m extremely grateful!
