Called early in the morning needing a set of new tires, and they had them ready to go and my car back to me by 12. . . Thank you guys so much for the prompt service
They listened to my concerns and provided photos and things to watch for for maintenance coming up. Friendly and didnt try to pressure me. I went back and got some of my repairs done and a quote for the next thing I need to get done. Mike was upfront and honest with everything we talked about and time frames. He worked to assure I was taken care of even when they were really busy.
Mike the manager was awesome. He was very helpful and informative. We walked told him what we needed and he gave use exactly that. We did not feel pressured in any way. We shopped around at other places, some prices we got were higher and some were lower. Mike sold us with his great personality and knowledge of what we were looking for. I would recommend tire works to anyone.
Every time I roll into this tireworks they have been up front and honest and have beaten my other quotes. Whatever issue I have had they have taken care of me on the spot. No wait, no haggling just the job done right the first time. I will continue to have them be my goto place.
Got a razor blade in my tire I barely made to tire works the guys there were awesome I will go back they fixed it in less then 20 minutes thanks tire works
Oil change and tire rotation. Friendly and courteous service from the moment I walked into the store. Service was ways on my scheduled appointment time Reasonable price and great service
I made a appointment to have my oil changed, fuel filter changed and to be greased.
I have a 6.6 deisel which I advised during making appointment.
Arriving at appointment I was advised it would run right at $395. I asked why so much, counter clerk on changing fuel filter labor was $125.
It's a spin on/off casing, right behind 2nd door on frame completely in the open. Finally they took off $50 for labor.
I specifically asked for them to make sure it was greased.
Upon inspection after arriving back home nothing had been greased.
I called, manager said grease apparatus was broken and that should of been passed onto me.
Then asked if I were local, I said yes 4 miles away, manager said come back they will get it done.
Really your grease apparatus is broken?
I went back, advised if grease apparatus was broken how are you going to grease it,
Manager- we bought a new grease gun.
High powered word grease apparatus turns into a grease gun.
I said I was not very happy with everything that occurred.
Can you believe the whole time I was in waiting room both counter personal and the manager never 9nce came back into the customer check in and 3 more customers came in whole I was there.
1 man needed a tire repair and the manager stated to him to come back in 3 hours.
3 hours is ridiculous for any tire repair.
When I 1st made appointment I ask service rep doing my appointment if they wanted me to bring oil, filter and furl filter as I had them, he said no. We keep it all in stock here at the store. Upon making appointment they call out to have oil ect delivered.
Don't lie to me guys, you need training on customer service.
Then the service manager wrote down on a business card for $50 off, I asked 8f it went back on my card, oh no, its for next time.
Highly doubtful I would ever go back.
But I am calling corporate office today.
I walked out to get my truck, man that needed tire repair said he would never come back, gosh guys, you suck
Ted and Mike were very helpful, kind courteous very informative they treated me with dignity and respect to answered any questions I had they changed my tire in little amount of time. I don’t remember the young man’s name who changed the Tire. I did not meet him, but I’ve been to Tire Works In Bullhead and all the gentlemen there as well are excellent. I would recommend Tire works to everybody and yes, I posted on Facebook so all my friends family could see what a wonderful job these men do there.
I recently had a stressful situation while traveling out of state in Bullhead, AZ – a flat tire on our Tesla that left us stranded with no transportation. We were towed to a local tire shop, but they didn’t have the correct size in stock. Thankfully, they offered to install a tire if we could source the tire ourselves.
That’s when I called Mike, the manager at Tire Works located in Fort Mojave AZ. and explained our predicament. Without any hesitation, Mike jumped into action: he sent a payment link right to my phone and personally delivered the exact tire we needed to the shop where our car was waiting. His quick thinking and willingness to go above and beyond turned a stressful day into a smooth resolution.

I do not recommend going to tire works in fort Mohave unless you were just trying to get tires. They had my vehicle told me that they were going to call me before they closed they then closed early and during that time they had time to supposedly order parts for an issue that they were not sure of. They then tried charging me just under $1,000 for something that they don't know if it's the issue. As soon as I negotiated a price I told them to do the work and then called about a half hour later to make sure that that was the part that they were going to fix and that was the issue and they told me they were not going to work on it and told me to come pick it up. Terrible terrible terrible business don't tell somebody you're going to do something and then not follow through
Great experience. Mike was awesome. He really helped me coordinate a repair on my dad’s truck from Oregon. Great communication, easy to talk to and straight forward.
Staff was very polite. Had 2 new tire put on the front of my car. Was in and out within 30 minutes. I will be back to Tire Works and would recommend them to everyone! 5/5
Mike and crew have been absolutely amazing. My car has had so many problems for years, and since they’ve taken over they have helped me fix them. They are honest, and know what they are doing. I’m so grateful to have people who honestly just want to help fix the issues. I will be coming back for sure.

They did a great job! I really appreciate Mike talking with me and explaining everything so well. I had hit a super big pot hole and the engine light came on in the van and it felt like it was going to break down. They got it all fixed up. Very friendly and enjoyable experience.
The guys at the front desk are great, Justin & Mike, they have patience and don't make me feel like I'm a crazy old lady with all my questions and requests for clarification. Mike takes the time to explain when something needs to be done sooner rather than later, and potential issues if not completed. I appreciate his efforts with trying to work out options and tries to present the best prices, which is certainly helpful for retirees, like myself.
Took my Honda Talon (UTV) in for rear tires I purchased and needed mounting. Mike and Chris did a great job with fast and friendly service. I'm sold on both and will return for my future needs.

Went in for just an oil change and received so much more. The detail of my vehicles inspection included pictures of several major engine components, brakes, tires and filters, very thorough. For once I was not told that there was something that I needed when I really didn't. The Tire Works in Fort Mohave will be my garage of choice from now on and I will suggest this location to everyone I know. Thank you!
Such a wonderful experience. My boat trailer tire had a nail in it. From the time I walked in the door, right until I left, the staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. I was back on the water within thirty minutes and got to enjoy my day with the family. I’ll definitely be returning for all my tire needs in the future. Thank you so much.

Tireworks in Fort Mohave is amazing! Before they worked on my van, the suspension was awful. After the repairs, it drives better than it ever has. They also replaced my radiator and hoses, and everything was done quickly and professionally.
They took the time to top off my fluids and walked me through the repair estimates, explaining which fixes were urgent and which ones I could hold off on. That kind of honesty and care is rare these days.
Not only did they fix my van, but they earned my trust. I’d absolutely recommend them if you want quality repairs and peace of mind. Tireworks has my business for as long as I live in the area and the business of my entire family too.
They got us in same day when we had to have our car towed. Found out our alternator and battery were both bad. They did the repairs same day and the price was very fair! I definitely recommend them!
I needed air in my tire and was turned away from a very prominent tire shop in Bullhead City, because they said they were too hot to check or give me air. So I googled and the first place that came up was Tire Works in Fort Mohave and I spoke with Ryan the manager, he assured me he could check my tires and give me air if needed. He did just that while I enjoyed the very clean, air conditioned waiting room. Since that visit I had a couple issues and questions about my car and Ryan was there ( he never gets a day off..) to help and answer all of my questions honestly. I've lived here 7 years and I've finally found my forever place to take my vehicles! They go above and beyond to give stellar customer service...

I was really in a bind, and needed 4 tires quickly. I stopped in and asked if they had my size in stock? They did, and said they would install them within 2 hours. I didn’t have that kind of time, so I thanked them and told them I’d set up an appointment later. John came out to me in my car and asked what the emergency was, I told him and he said, what if he could get them on in one hour. I told him that would be appreciated, and 50 minutes later I was on my way. The price was great, the tires are perfect, and, obviously, their concern for their customers is top notch! Thanks guys!
