Always great customer service. The clerk was a recent employee and was very careful to sell me the correct battery at a good price. Was also impressed the way the other clerks and management were training him. Appreciate the fact that they installed my battery in a few minutes.

The staff is great, very helpful and certious. I only needed wiper blades, they were more than eager to put them on for me!

Had a Great experience. Just had hernia surgery and couldn’t lift so the staff took my 4 6 volt batteries to my car and loaded them for me. They also unloaded my cores. Thanks a million. Very pleased with the experience!

First off the Associates name is Tammy! I went to the Fort Mohave store to have them connect their diagnostic for my engine light! Tammy was more than patient for my hard headedness and not listening! She was calm and patient enough till I understood. Thanks Tammy!

Make sure you know exactly what you need for your vehicle, they never get anything right. I always come back at least 2 times and have to wait the next day when I find out they gave the wrong part. This happens every time

I went there today to get some new wiper blades. My car has different sizes which is weird but I knew that going in. The Female associate offered to put them on for me and I said okay. Turns out the computer had the wrong lengths so she came out with a tape measure and got the right length blades. That's pretty damn good service considering I only spent $21. Thank you O'Reilly and to the associate. I will only shop there for my car from now on.

All auto parts are about the same give a dollar or two. Napa auto just changed names from Quest. Give them a shot. good people.

Very helpful staff. I called ahead to have a part put on hold. It was right on the cart when I walked in. They even let me borrow a couple wrenches and ran a check engine light scan.

I love this place. They are always polite, friendly and very helpful with everything and anything you need. They also install windshield wipers check oil and transmission fluid and blinker fluids

I have to say, Brian is great. There was also a lady the night before on my first trip that was working with Brian. I had to make a couple trips to pin down the issue, they were both super helpful and Brian set me up last with a starter switch that fixed my issue. I come to town to see my mom, I have been to Autozone there before but simply won’t anymore as they pale in comparison to the folks at O’Reillys(Rude vs Awesome) Thanks Brian and team, I appreciate the assists and ultimately resolution!!! I'm sure this is a good store, but my experience is quite the opposite. First off, I am not an idiot, I know what I want when I go in an auto parts store. If I didn't, I would go to a mechanic. Went in looking for a particular part, in spite of having the part on me they sold me the wrong partakers driving home and only realizing then the part was wrong . I called and was told that's what the computer says I need.... grrrrr! So I drive all the way back into town, return the part. ( at least that was easy ). Tried again to get the part I needed, was told I must have the wrong motor! Or year of vehicle Grrrrrr. I was actually told to get a picture of the car! Left went to AutoZone. Got my part and a new go-to place. Thanks, O'Reilly's!

I have always had good experience with oreillys but Cody went above and beyond today to help me find some parts. Super grateful to have gone into the store instead of going to the dealer

Trying to find a repair manual for Jeep at different auto parts stores was not good, they all had to order it and would take a week to get. I walked in to O'Reilly and it was in stock, they also had all the parts for two repairs I needed at 1/3 less than the other stores. Needless to say O'Reilly will be my first call whenever I need to get anything for my Jeep. They even had the Jeep seat covers everyone else would have to special order in stock. I will refer people to O'Reilly's before other stores. Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts, job well done.

Fantastic 😊 I so wish we had more ppl in this world world with his attitude and williness to help even with just helping someone like me that needed a head lite replace so I could get back home safe since it was getting dark he was more then happy to help as é45 me , I so wish I got his name and I really wish there were more kine good workers out there like . I'm a frequent flyer here. Most of the employees are nice ...some are even knowledgeable about cars. Lol. My experiences with them being very helpful and understanding of my "noises the car is making" sounds earns them my loyalty. Lol

This store hooks it up good, the employees know what there talking about and give helpful advice on parts you buy. A employee named Austin helped my friend find the right part for his Cherokee and rang us up in less than 5 minutes whilst being polite and answering questions about the part and installation process.

What an amazing experience. Been going to the other AUTO part store across the street. Needed o ring style seals for my diesel truck. Basically got we can't find it in the computer so it doesn't exist even though I brought what was left of one in. So I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts, these guys were so helpful..they to couldn't find it right away in their system. Store manager got involved. He searched Google to find exactly what I was looking for, once he found it there he was able to go back into their system and find it and on top of it THEY HAD 2 KITS IN STOCK...O'Reilly Auto Parts is now my go to store, note both stores, O'Reilly and the other AUTO part store, are in Ft Mohave...HATS OFF TO FT MOHAVE O'REILLY AUTO PARTS AND THEIR STAFF FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE!!!

Always have what I need. Staff was polite and matched old part with new one to ensure it was the right one. They even went out to my car and checked the engine code for me! Thank you for everything

Friendly staff ready to help also had my brake part in stock i like ordering online but I'm glad it was just a quick trip to the store there the only ones who had it when trying to just find it

If I could give this place zero stars I would... horrible customer service to there commercial accounts... Currently transferring my account further up the road to BHC as I never have parts delivered anyways... the new manager here will constantly try to upsell you parts that are not needed and refuses to sell you what you actually need or want... hey dude your a 20 something year old counter boy I've been wrenching for 22 years realize your are not all that and there are people out there that have a plethora more knowledge than you... and your stores customer service is the reason I have been sourcing parts else where

This is the best O'Reilly Auto Parts in the area. My girlfriend and I came in with a problem and the cashier was very friendly. The cashier immediately came to us and asked if we needed assistance and made sure that all of our problems were resolved. He took time out of his day to personally help us and go the extra mile to take care of his customers. I won't be going anywhere else for now on.

Just want to mention David at O'Reilley's auto parts in Ft Mohave who was working by himself the other day and was still very helpful when I asked him to run a diagnostic check on my car. He had customers and phone calls coming at him and still took a few minutes to help me. Good Service!
