Check here first! I had a great experience, it was my first time with a salvage yard, the guy that helped me was fantastic. Went out to look at the car for the part I needed and even sent a photo to me. They took it out for me and sold it to me for a steal! It's only been 3 hours and I've already sent someone who's looking for auto parts themselves. They were really interested in where I got my part, and I let them know how honest, helpful, and how much of a bargain the parts are here. Already keeping my promise of sending customers Jordans way!
I don't even know how to explain this... I bought a car from an auto auction blindly y'all know what I mean and I need a part a part that's pretty hard to find for a C300. I got online couldn't find anything local but then I looked on Craigslist. Next thing you know I'm looking at cars and I'm contacting somebody I don't even know who this person is. But this person help me, and helped me more than you all know. You see even when I was away from my phone Tony told me hey I got you and I'm going to find you that part. After I crawl out from under my Chevy 2 hours later I look at my phone and sure as heck Tony from Jordan Auto wrecking help me out without even me knowing. He sent me a text saying this is where you can find your part. Even though that part's not even located at his yard. To the rest of the world where in the heck is this type of customer service anymore??? Thank you Tony!!!!! I don't know your age I don't even know who the heck you are but your parents raise one heck of a dude!!! Any company should be proud to have you. Jordan and his crew were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I was swapping out my ‘04 BMW 330ci to a manual and needed a driveshaft. They had one (well under priced from the competition) and also a plethora of other misc parts that I needed (flywheel, pedal assembly, etc). They quoted me a good price and were early with their time estimates. Would recommend 👍🏼
