I had been searching everywhere for a passenger side power folding mirror for my Lexus, a part which Lexus had ceased producing and no longer stocked. A friend told me about I-17 Auto Parts in Phoenix, AZ. Since I couldn’t find one in my five state area, I figured I’d give it a try. I contacted I-17 Auto Parts, and spoke with Andy. Andy located a mirror for me and assured me that although it was the wrong color, the part was in good condition and fully operational. He assisted me with the sale, since he had to send the part from Phoenix to Virginia. When the part arrived, I found it well packaged to protect it from damage in shipping, however, I was concerned about its condition because the paint looked rough. I sent the mirror to my local body shop for painting. When I finally got it back, I installed it. Just as Andy promised, the mirror functioned flawlessly, as well as a new unit. I found that Andy, with I-17 Auto Parts, went out of his way to find this part, rejecting others that he found and reviewed, and specifically selecting this unit, making several calls to me to ensure I received the correct part, matching serial and part numbers, and helping me with this long distance transaction. This is customer service that is almost impossible to find these days, and what makes this business stand head and shoulders above the rest. I purchased a engine. It was perfect, they cleaned it very very good, low miles, no leaks, nothing broken. So once I installed it. It ran just as good as it looked. Oh and the customer service was even better. 10/10 I would recommend!
After being overcharged for a"B" grade door, I get home from my 90 mile roundtrip drive only to find out that the actuator doesn't work and 3 pieces of wood are holding the window up. Now if I had found this out before I put the door on I wouldn't have been so mad. Cuz in order for me to take out the old actuator from other door it has to have power but then probably he wouldn't have been able to charge me so much for that POS door. A simple come bring it back was all I could get from the owner. If I didn't live 45 mi away I wouldn't hesitate. Hopefully I can just get this family of squirrels in here to keep the window up.
So the Friday before New Year’s I need to go swap out part with these guys and I got there just a little too late well Andy called me back later that night and told me that he could leave my parts somewhere where I could swap it out and save my butt. Otherwise, my car would’ve not been on the road all weekend so thank you, Andy and the rest of the team you guys rock I highly recommend dealing with this company

Waste of time called called before heading up here. Told me they had two headlights. One was in good condition when I got here there’s parts missing and they are still asking for the 350. They should of just told me that over the phone that the part there’s parts missing on the headlight, so was just a waste of time.
Chris and Andy actually care about the quality ad fitment of their stuff, very fair pricing and easy to work with in all situations. try to find a yard that does any better, it will be tough.
I had a great experience here. I bought an engine and bumper and a few other things for my Lexus GS. The guy that runs the place or owns the place is a hell of a guy. He really took care of me.He was really knowledgeable and informed me a lot about my vehicle. He has my business for LIFE!!! P.S. anybody that’s needs anything for there Lexus or anything especially Lexus he’s the king!!!
These guys are amazing to deal with. Got the right part the first time at a great price. They even had it pulled and clean once I put in the order. They also have a after hours locker out front to store your parts just in case you can't make it before they close . Genius idea .
