Very prompt and reasonably priced service for a dead battery. Shawn was very friendly and helpful and, after jump starting my vehicle, led me to a nearby auto parts store where I could get the battery replaced.
My small 1969 VW bus was picked up within a half hour or so. Nice careful safe job. It was 25 miles at $14.60 per mile, and an extra $13. for my credit card. Really pricey, but a good job and friendly service.

They took special care of our car and got it to the dealership after hours and drop off everything. They sent pictures and updates along the way. Dealership is already working on our car. Oscar did a great job towing my CanAm. He was very careful while loading in the flatbed, making sure it was secured down completely and took precautions to cover any chains that may have been close to the body to keep it from being scratched. Great company and terrific tow truck operator.
Armando was awesome. Prior to calling Armando, I spent 45 minutes on hold and getting transferred back and forth with Mercedes Road Side Assistance, only to learn it would be 75 minutes for their tow truck to arrive. I called Armando and he answered the phone immediately and arrived in about 15 minutes. Fantastic service! Thanks Armando!
I didn't know getting towed could actually be an enjoyable experience. Armando was great !! He actually showed up quicker than his ETA. He was fast, efficient, and quite friendly. I would not hesitate to use him again. Definitely recommend !!
Armando is pretty much the best. He showed up on time and took care of everything. Had the car loaded, dropped off and communicated throughout the entire process. Oscar called me the first time to confirm my info, then he called from the gas station to ask if my car needed premium gas, then he called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. I appreciated the updates. He was very professional and so pleasant. With his help running out of gas on the freeway in 99 degree heat was not nearly as horrible as it sounds.
My teenage driver's car wouldn't start after filling up at the gas station. I was out of town and couldn't assist. I called Scottsdale towing and they were great. The driver, Armando, kept me informed the entire time on ETA and ETD to the dealership. Really grateful for his good service! Would definitely call again!
