Grover was awesome! Had an emergency and needed towing and he was super quick to get there and kept me updated on the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs.
I happen to wake up on an early Sunday morning and left my multiple devices plugged into my car battery for roughly 12 hrs. Not having family members or neighbors (it was in a remote industrial park with all businesses around closed because it was a Sunday. I called the number left on the website and left a message. Within 180 seconds received a text response. I returned a Text with the address and description of my 2017 Camry and within minutes received a very reasonable quote and a timeframe when a truck would arrive. I walked a distance to a grocery store and purchased some items in the meantime and got a text from tow truck driver that he was already next to my car! I stated I wasn't expecting the transaction ETA for 30 minutes later as stated we agreed to. But he was Early!! I told driver that I would hurry up and walk back to my disabled vehicle hurriedly. He driver stated he was early and not to rush he will wait for my arrival. The smoothest service transaction I have ever had. And the fact it was a Sunday morning made it even that much better of an experience. Thank you!!
Really great guys. Juan was super professional. Prompt and pain free. Fair pricing too, They even sent pictures once my vehicle was dropped off at the repair shop. Everything was taken care of with no surprises. Very professional and would highly recommend.
Very prompt and reasonably priced service for a dead battery. Shawn was very friendly and helpful and, after jump starting my vehicle, led me to a nearby auto parts store where I could get the battery replaced.
These guys are THE BEST! I’d give them 100+ stars if it was an option. Shawn literally risked his life changing our blown out tire on the interstate- cars flying by at 75mph, 3 feet away from him! Then he escorted us off the interstate, double-checked that everything was ok and made sure we got home safely on the spare tire. Top notch customer service that went above and beyond. If you’re ever in an unfortunate situation and need road-side assistance, give them a call, they truly care!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My small 1969 VW bus was picked up within a half hour or so. Nice careful safe job. It was 25 miles at $14.60 per mile, and an extra $13. for my credit card. Really pricey, but a good job and friendly service.

They took special care of our car and got it to the dealership after hours and drop off everything. They sent pictures and updates along the way. Dealership is already working on our car. Three very confident and determined men worked in 118° temperature to load my Audi A eight onto the truck. The car had an air suspension problem which caused the front of the car to only be two or 3 inches above the ground which created a very interesting and difficult problem. The men engineered the project using blocks of wood to create the height exactly that would slide the car onto the truck without damaging the underside. I was very impressed at their skills. They were confident, courteous and they really knew their business.
I had reached out to them the day before to request a tow service for 1130 the next day. We were able to get everything scheduled on that first call and then they gave a call when they were on the way at 11o’clock on the day of the service. The driver kept me abreast of his location and his ETA to my residence. Upon arrival (on time) he was able to quickly get the car loaded up and confirmed the location of drop off. Driver was very courteous and professional. Within 30 minutes the car had been delivered and parked and they sent me a picture as confirmation that it was in the right place and that the tow had been completed. It was a painless process which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use this service for my future towing needs and would recommend to anyone!
Oscar did a great job towing my CanAm. He was very careful while loading in the flatbed, making sure it was secured down completely and took precautions to cover any chains that may have been close to the body to keep it from being scratched. Great company and terrific tow truck operator.
Armando was our service driver for Scottsdale Towing today . We had tried calling at least 10 Scottsdale area towing companies today , since 10:30 am . Armando was the only person that called us back , within 10 minutes. He also kept us informed of his exact time arrival. He was very professional and friendly. He got the job done . Armando was awesome. Prior to calling Armando, I spent 45 minutes on hold and getting transferred back and forth with Mercedes Road Side Assistance, only to learn it would be 75 minutes for their tow truck to arrive. I called Armando and he answered the phone immediately and arrived in about 15 minutes. Fantastic service! Thanks Armando!
I didn't know getting towed could actually be an enjoyable experience. Armando was great !! He actually showed up quicker than his ETA. He was fast, efficient, and quite friendly. I would not hesitate to use him again. Definitely recommend !!
Armando is pretty much the best. He showed up on time and took care of everything. Had the car loaded, dropped off and communicated throughout the entire process. Oscar called me the first time to confirm my info, then he called from the gas station to ask if my car needed premium gas, then he called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. I appreciated the updates. He was very professional and so pleasant. With his help running out of gas on the freeway in 99 degree heat was not nearly as horrible as it sounds.
My teenage driver's car wouldn't start after filling up at the gas station. I was out of town and couldn't assist. I called Scottsdale towing and they were great.
