  I recently contacted this business to sell my car for scrap after an accident. I sent photos of the vehicle and was quoted $1,000, which I agreed to.
  
  After spending additional time and money to get the car released from the impound, I coordinated pickup. When the buyer arrived, it was not Nolan (who provided the quote), but his boss Charlie. At that point, I was told they only had $900, not the agreed-upon $1,000.
  
  Given the circumstances, the time already invested, and the difficulty of the situation, I felt pressured to accept the lower amount just to move forward.
  
  I’m leaving this review so future customers are aware and can make sure the agreed-upon price is honored before releasing their vehicle. I hope others have a better experience.
