Updating this review. I have waited for months now to get a replacement for the broken part they sold me. I have contacted them multiple times and have gotten nowhere. I have messaged and spoken with Luiz, even saw that they had the part. Messaged them again, said he would check and see if the part was good… Over a month I have waited, no response. Messaged back again and nothing. I really thought that they would have done better to make it right. I left my earlier review below. I really thought that they were gonna do right by their customers. When you buy a used part, you are really in the hands of the people selling it. You don’t know really how they will be if there is an issue. It’s just the chance you are taking. I got a part that had an issue and that’s the test. The manager was honest and said that they missed it in testing the part. It’s an odd part, so it could happen. We talked for a minute and figured out a remedy. That’s the sign of a good business and a solid owner/operator. You can feel good knowing that these people are honest and will do right by you. They care about their reputation and stand behind it. Really good folks and highly recommend them!!!
