This is a wonderful affordable place to live,with a great community to be a part of,the only issue we had was the previous manager stole 9 months of rent from us,we did not push the issue about her not giving us a receipt a irresponsible choice on our behalf, having to pay it back again really took most of our savings but it was worth it to us to stay apart of the economically friendly community.
This used to be a wonderful place to live but since the management change it has been a going down hill fast place. No well water to water yards and trees, also no pool ? and people are rude in the office, if you can get ahold of them. Drugs are definitely very present in the park and lots of swat and police activities. Can't wait to move from here
The worst management ever! They up your rent space every year & no property improvements. They'll turn off the water to the park without any notice. The park rules change at the whim of the manager. Managers come & go like a revolving door. And if the red head gets angry at you for any reason she'll start looking for a way to kick you out! There are double standards every where! I had one tenant tell me she started ripping into him for some infraction and he didn't even know who she was! She didn't even introduce herself to anyone when she took over! That's only 1 story!!! Beware of this park.... definitely not a good place to call home!
so before calling I walked down the street to check it and its beautiful but I read the reviews to maybe get a different review and I should have just let it be lady was rude and all the reviews were right sorry kinda.
Been here since 2016 & being evicted because I told management she charged me wrong. According to her rules she can do this- talk to residents be for decision to move in- PLEASE, cause it just may save you a lot of problems,,, management at this time does NOT deserve a 0. Owner does NOT acknowledge your (meaning mine) screenshots, texts &/or phone calls. I'm sorry I brought my dog here!
This deserves 0 star we been here for 3 years the first managers were really good and this new one year 2020 is horrible she has a very bad attitude has nothing to do with management will walk into your property without permission and has something to complain about all the time yet she doesn’t fix The things that need to be fix she doesn’t let us know when the water will be gone last time I was in the shower and stayed with shampoo in my hair because she didn’t let us know that the water was going to be out very horrible she shouldn’t be a manager!!! Glad I am out of there !
By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Extremely rude management. The contract you sign when moving in means nothing. They will change it as they please with no notification until they want to charge you a fee. The water is off frequently. My neighbor went ten days with no power during the middle of summer due to an electrical problem. The laundry room was closed for about three months due to an electrical problem. This place is slightly cheaper than other comparable parks nearby for a reason. You get what you pay for.
The leasing agent was RUDE!!!! She kept telling me to call if I have questions instead of answering my questions while I was standing in front of her! She said it takes 1 day to purchase a home! Incredibly not helpful. She stopped talking to me to take an application from someone else and refused to answer any more of my questions. I offered to make an appointment if she was busy and she just kept insisting that I call instead of working with a potential buyer right in front of her!!! I will NOT be moving here!
It was 5 stars when I moved in before they got rid of the last 2 sets of managers and now have a "trainer" of new management harrassing me constantly because items that were previously park approved have now become issues... Even though I looked it up and legally I'm in the right?
I’ve live here for a while now haven’t had a lot of problems except for the water always turning off at random times, they are starting to lock the bathroom doors at night, pool is always nasty and green and they almost never keep good care of it. Missy and chuck was starting to turn this place around doing a good job too but since they left i don’t know
Moved in 2months ago with my family. Never have any issues. Has been peaceful here "Management & Maintenance" are on point they are very professional and real people. After searching around phoenix for a month to park our home we decided 1hr after meeting management that this was the place we wanted to raise our children. Love our neighborhood! Well done Missy & Chuck. You guys actually work too hard lol
Most unprofessional park built on cesspools the drunk owners gamble the money away and might say you didn't pay rent . They don't put any effort to make the place better, filled with tweakers and laundry room has black mold in the machines

Lived here for a year, never had an issue. My biggest complaint was that they taped my bill to the fiberglass side of my trailer. Left a tape spot. Super nice otherwise. And loved it. Great price. Great location. Will recommend to everyone. Looking to move back here actually. Hopefully they have some open spots
Lived here for 7 years. Nice neighbors and no problems as long as you pay your rent and aren't being a menace. New management just took over and have been phenomenal.

Tadeo's Manage this property terribly their purchase and rental contracts are fraudulent and misrepresented and seem to enjoy taking advantage of disabled and mentally challenged people that are on fixed incomes by evicting them only after tenants completes major repairs required {at their own expense} to avoid paying for repair costs themselves,, living here has been hell !!!!!!!!!!!!
Cool private everyone seems really decent polite helpful patient but no push over fosho. Connie runs a good clean respectful neighbourly reasonable nice place a safe place; to park rest live work play near most anything you need. Accessible 10freeway 30mins to Phoenix . 20mins to SkyHarbor airport 2mins to Fry's grocery store less fir CircleK all around good deal. Respect is is given as well as received kinda a requirement. Drive slow kids animals humans thx enjoy just meJb a tenant right here next to a wonderful swimming pool.

To be honsst. I don't think this even desires ONE star . Living here for a couple months was a nightmare, HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEONE ELSE . Can't even count how many times the water was turned off because they were working on plumbing , or how many times I was harassed by the office guy! There so called "lease" states no pets over a certain weight limit ! HA! The office lady has a GERMAN SHEPPARD AND A MASTIFF & she lives in the office! The roads have pot holes everywhere you drive and they "patch" them up with sand ! Absolute hands down the most UNPROFESSIONAL & such a nasty place to live . If you ever need maintenance forget it!! Nor do you even want them coming in your home to fix anything . Doubt any of them are even HVAC certified! Fair Housing should shut this place down. THE OWNER SHOULD REALLY STOP BY AT A RANDOM TIME & GO DOOR TO DOOR TO SEE HOW THEIR TENANTS FEEL!
Multiple code violations very rude staff n. Poor manage ment everything ive done to fix i still got notices n many complaints over lousy things.. She does take n ups rent very rude i lived here fr two months and been nothing but harassed treated rudly if you need staff help u dont get it maintenance is lazy as hell jus drive around all day ive been waitn for a fence for two months never got it all manager would say is wait till construction dies down what construction there is none... If they have a problem thy wont waite till u r home thy will show up at someone else spot n argue about whats not right very unprofessional. She forgetd alot of things that she had said. She is a gambler goes inside your homes when u r not there ..... Jus very unprofessional
multiple code violations, Owner is hateful, charges little extra so she can go to the casino instead of fixing the roads and fixing the place up. Sends letters out saying you need to fix a certain problem, but when you do she goes against what the letter says, won't rent to VETERANS or run their background check either
