Fix can't say enough, the detail work and service that i received, what is light years away from others shop. I don't know if this matters to a lot of people but I dropped my car off dirty on the inside when I pick it up it was ( clean on the outside clean on the inside ) well done Thank you so much

Very happy with the customer service I received. Eric kept me informed all throughout the repair, he was able to have my vehicle done sooner than he expected. When I dropped the vehicle off, they ordered me a car to pick me up from the rental company I was using. Highly recommend this facility to have repairs done.

They are awesome! Got me in right away. Kept in touch throughout the repair process. Was finished when expected. They deal with the insurance company. Super easy process. We’ve used them in the past for hail damage and after an accident. Highly recommend!

First, I want to personally reach out to Martin Flores by thanking you personally by following through every request and concerns I had - dealing with the insurance claim and following through the final touch ups. Martin works extremely hard to make sure quality control is top notch. He is attentive and responsive even after the vehicle has left the property. I highly recommend this body shop. The entire team was phenominal, courteous, and truly loves their work making sure the final product is as good as a showroom piece at a dealership. They love cars wnd it shows from everyone you meet. I have to say to everyone before getting your vehicle repaired, look at every inch of your car and get it fixed and or repainted. Make sure to be patience and understanding that quality work and detail require extreme patience. I only have one negative - James Johnson (PPF Detailer). He has nothing to do with this shop but contracts his work through here. Mr Johnson's attitude and lack of professionalism in his final work and towards his customer is pathetic and a petulant child attitude. This location deserves a professional PPF partner such as Tyler from TRM Mobile Detailing and Ceramic Coating. Tyler and Nick's experience and attention to detail is primo and first class service. I highly recommend Fix Auto Avondale and Martin Flores. Thank you Martin for you friendship as well during this process.

Overall, a good experience getting our vehicle repaired. Friendly helpful staff, that kept us updated weekly with progress reports. Work done in a timely professional manor. One minor issue we had when our vehicle was finished was addressed on the spot. I would recommend to anyone who needs auto body work or paint .

Kris Pfingston gave me regular updates throughout the inspection and repair process and let me know exactly when I would be receiving my vehicle back. My car drives and looks better than the day I bought it! They fixed damage sustained by hitting a large tire on the freeway. Their communication, attention to detail and follow through was so appreciated. They made me feel at ease about leaving my vehicle with them. I would highly recommend them.

I would caution anyone who is considering using this shop. A 1-star rating for the experience I had is generous. I will say that Martin was helpful when I dropped my car off. However, I waited nearly an hour for enterprise to pick me up. Had I known it would take so long, I would have happily paid $6 for an Uber over there. Dropping my car off should have taken 15 minutes - instead it took over an hour. I missed way more work than I anticipated due to this. The shop had my car for 3 weeks exactly. Apparently during the initial inspection, they missed a crack in the taillight (I was rear-ended), so when the repairs were estimated to be completed, they weren’t. This wasn’t the only thing they missed when they inspected the vehicle, assuming they inspect the whole car which I would think is standard following any collision. But I wouldn’t have known about the other issues had my 13 year old not pointed out a couple of things to me as we went to leave. There was sporadic communication during the repair process. During the last few days, I was told it would be ready on Tuesday - then it was Thursday or Friday, because of the taillight that had to be ordered and repaired. Martin was going to be OOO, so he said a tech would call me. They never did. Finally on Friday morning, I called the shop myself. I was told my vehicle needed to be washed before I could come pick it up. I got a call back a few hours later saying it was ready. I have no idea what they washed. I couldn’t even drive home without wiping the steering column down. The display screen in the car was so dusty I couldn’t see anything on it. Touching anything inside of the car grossed me out. When I got home, I realized it wasn’t just the front of the inside of the car that was dirty. The inside of my trunk and the entire inside of my vehicle were also covered in dust or the remnants of some kind of material. It is settled into my backseats, stuck to the fabric inside of my trunk, and the car itself had a weird smell to it. This issue alone is infuriating. On top of the filth, a random car part (also filthy) was left in my backseat right amongst my own belongings which had been in my trunk. Apparently it went to a sensor of some sort, and had been replaced - which from the explanation sounded related to the other problem my daughter noticed when we got to the car - a loose, hanging green wire which was sticking out of the front end and apparently has something to do with my a/c functionality. But I was told before that, that they didn’t work on the front of the car. This brings me to the next issue, which I would have never known or been told about had the manager not insisted the tech tape the green wire up underneath the car for me. When the tech brought my keys back, he proceeded to point out that my skid plate and a cover that protects my radiator under the front of the car were missing. I guess I would have just found this out the hard way since they apparently missed this in the initial inspection as well (or just didn’t care enough to mention it). I was recommended to go to this shop by a family member. It is located 35-40 minutes away from my house, so it was not convenient by any means. But, the Google reviews and the fact that they work with the insurance company seemed promising. Realistically, there are many other shops to choose from and I regret using this one. I am extremely disappointed with the way my vehicle was returned to me. I didn’t expect it to be spotless but at least counted on the shop cleaning up their own mess left in the car before returning it to me. To return it to me in the condition I recieved it in was highly inconsiderate. I absolutely would not use this shop for future repairs. In the end their work has created more of a hassle for me. I wish I had taken more photos of the inside of the car before I wiped things down, but I could not even touch anything in the front of the car to drive home without cleaning it up some because it was so gross.

My experience with Fix Auto (Avondale) was great. The process was simple and to the point. They communicated with me throughout the whole process by either phone or email. They left my baby(truck) looking sexy with her new BBL(rear-end damage). Overall, I am completely satisfied with my experience here and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair.

My vehicle was in an accident and needed to be repaired. I took the vehicle to FX Auto Body towards the end of July. The vehicle was in their possession for nearly a month. After picking up my vehicle I noticed that the repairs did not look right. I had asked another body shop to give me their opinion on the repairs that had been fixed. After a quick glance at the vehicle there was numerous things wrong with it. There were missing bolts, clips, screws, parts that fit incorrectly, fluids leaking, and a lot more. I called my insurance company and informed them of the situation. The next day my insurance had went out to the second body shop and was appalled at the work that was done. Higher ups from my insurance went to look at my vehicle and took plenty of pictures and inspected the vehicle. My insurance company then made the owner of FX Auto Body go out to the second body shop so he can explain himself and the horrific repair that was completed on my car. The owner had nothing to say. During the first repair of my vehicle I had to find my own way of transportation because I do not have renters insurance. I will be without my vehicle for a second time (not my fault) because FX Auto Body failed to ensure my vehicle was done properly. FX Auto Body paid for a rental for me for 8 days (this was during the inspection time between all parties). The owner called me and told me he refuses to provide me with a rental vehicle anymore because "the time that it should take to fix the damage we caused is 4 days". FX Auto Body has failed to keep in mind that my vehicle is getting repaired AGAIN because of damage they caused and damage they missed. My insurance company even paid for brand new parts to be put on my vehicle and FX Auto Body put my old parts back on. Where are my new parts? Sitting in your shop? Did you sell them? Hmm. I feel as though FX Auto Body has done everything they can to sweep this situation under the rug and forget that they potentially put my life in harm’s way. Troy Buck the owner is a very unpleasant person to work with and my vehicle shows their horrendous quality of work. Troy stated that the tech that worked on my vehicle was terminated. That does not solve the issue. Was there not a Quality Check performed on my vehicle? Is this not a procedure? I will do everything in my power to save anyone’s car from suffering from a loss like mines. Moral of the story: They will take every dollar they can and not care for the safety of you, your family or friends. I hope they endure every ounce of karma they deserve. *********ALL PHOTOS ARE AFTER REPAIR*********

Great friendly people that are very organized and professional in the way they do business. Troy gave me a tour of the facility when I walked in for the first time and it gave me comfort to know that my car was going to be in good hands. He also explained to me how some of the work is done and that made me happy because consultation is very important to me. Prices were fair and reasonable and they were quick to address any of my concerns, or answer any of my questions. Their attentiveness and agility in adapting to my needs as I communicated with them about the things I wanted to get done was a pleasure to work with. The work I ordered was done in a timely manner, they provided consistent communication with me throughout the process than when I returned to pick up my vehicle it was clean and looked like new again. That was wonderful considering that the recent storms had left my car looking like it took a shower in dirt. Thanks a lot guys, you’re awesome!
