Although it seemed crowded, the staff worked quickly and the line moved quickly. The young lady we had solved several issues for us without breaking a sweat and made it a very pleasant experience

It's a small town, and the people there know just about everyone. They're all lovely people. You'll get your questions answered, even if you have to wait in line for a little while.
Huge help! They were helpful with my situation. I ended up getting an address through Galaxy Travelers Outpost and after that I got everything taken care of finally. My vehicles are now finally legal and up to date and I got everything in the mail the next week before I headed north! Perfect timing!

2 of 3 employees spend more time BSing than helping customers. One of them said she was losing her voice. If she didn’t spend so much time talking about personal BS she would be fine. I’m not sure what happened, this used to be a quick in and out. Been here an hour?

What makes this location top tier are the employees. Every interaction I've seen and experienced has been as though they were life-long friends. You'd think each of them owned this business and what's most important is customer satisfaction. If the whole government operated this way we'd be living in a much better world rather than what we're facing today.

The lines are moving much quicker than before. Couple of changes made to check in, including no seating except a few handicap seats. The agents were friendly and quick. Definitely better.

This is one of the quickest locations that I've been to in Arizona. The kiosk help to expedite renewal of plates or update lost identifications or drivers license. The staff here is excellent well versed in the field that they operate in. Very polite pleasant and helpful staff.
Parker Motor Vehicle Dept seems to run like a well oiled machine. Tops, 10-12 minute wait, every seat was filled, and lines were moving quickly and everyone was in a good mood this Monday afternoon. Wish I would have gotten the young ladies name that waited on us. She was very efficient, friendly, and definitely knows her stuff. While she waited on us she was also training in the background and it was apparent she was great at her job. Ten minutes tops and we left smiling and wishing each other well. Can’t say that about very many govt. offices and staff!
I've been to this MVD twice. Really nice people. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They took care of both my purchases of vehicles. It not very busy ample parking and easy in and out.

The big fat woman in this office is extremely rude. She acted like she was doing me a favor to be open and answer any questions that she couldn't really give an answer to I just regret not getting her name she was on the younger side of life and just full of rudeness and then no chance whatsoever of saying hey you're from a long ways away and you don't have an appointment we're going to see if we can squeeze you in but nothing nothing so I left. I don't care if Arizona ever gets my registration ever again I pay a lot of money in registration.
Best motor vehicle department I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff if helpful and really try to take care of the customers. I’m from California and my dmv experiences were always unpleasant. Thank you Parker Arizona, job well done !
We took our number and waited a mere 18 mins and we had the most knowledgeable and helpful lady assist us. You get treated as you treat others. It was a perfect transaction with a delightful lady. No problems for us.
