We were in a real bind; we were on a dirt road with a blown out tire, we tried our spare and it was somehow flat. We spent 6 hours trying to find someone who would come help us....tow us, bring a new tire, an air compressor, or just a ride into town so we could take the spare in for service. Nobody that our insurance roadside had referred us to could help us, and no one local after the insurance had approved us to figure it out for reimbursement, would help either. Then AAA set us up with A Toe Truck and Rafael showed up shortly thereafter. He aired up our spare, then found that the seal around the rim was leaking badly. He tried to find us a tire shop that was open late (at that point it was after 5), and when that didn't work he changed the service to a tow, and got everything switched over for us through his company. He gave all four of us and our dog a ride so we weren't left behind in the desert at night, and on the drive he was friendly and told us all the great local spots to eat and neat things to see. I went through my AAA and they sent A Toe Truck out to rescue myself and my daughter. We broke down on Christmas Eve and they were absolutely great. From the dispatch lady I’m sorry I didn’t get her name to Chris the driver, my experience with them was awesome. Thank you so much for saving the day.

I needed my work truck loaded onto a trailer. I called a whole bunch of different tow trucks and this is the only company that was able to get it done! I don't really want to give all the credit to the company, though, It got done the way it got done because of the Driver. Shawn. He said he typically runs the heavy rotator, but he was able to get me loaded up with the medium duty truck. Sean thought outside the box to set up dual winch lines with a snatch block, And walked my work truck right onto my trailer with . Honestly, I wish I would've got his phone number because I would Try to Poach him lol. So if you're reading this Shawns boss give that kid a raise Or I will.

We ordered their towing service and were charged far more than the normal rate. They required full payment before providing the service, which we paid — $1,100. While their driver was still on the way, I called to let them know we no longer needed the tow because we managed to pull our big rig out ourselves. Since the service had not been used and the driver had not arrived on-site, I asked them to deduct any reasonable charges and refund the remaining amount. Instead, they kept the entire $1,100 even though no service was performed, no driver ever showed up. Their refusal to issue any partial refund was extremely rude, unprofessional, and honestly just greedy. I would not recommend doing business with a company that treats customers this way.

This company is TOP NOTCH !! Not only are they very knowledgeable in the industry, they have the utmost respect for everyone they come into contact with. Marsha is very easy to deal with and will communicate with you any time you need to discuss your account. There are not enough stars for this company as 5 STARS seems too little !!!

These guys are the best ! My car needed a tow in a very remote area. I called and they sent a truck right away. The driver Chris was just AMAZING ! He was very helpful, fast, and always watching out for my safety. The woman that i spoke to was great as well, sorry i can't remember her name. IF YOU NEED A TOW, CALL THESE GUYS FIRST !!!!

Called AAA for a flat tire on my daughter’s call (no spare tire). They contacted A Toe Truck Towing Company. I talked to dispatcher Ruby. She took my information and and got me immediately connected with Daniel Payne the tow truck driver. He said that he could be there in about 20 minutes which he was. Daniel arrived and got the van on the flatbed then off to Big O Tire. The process was very smooth and quick. Daniel and Ruby displayed professionalism and care. The did a great job. I’m very happy with their service.

Terrific experience! Chris from dispatch was helpful and caring and our driver Gustavo was fast and efficient and helped us find the best spot to take our vehicle. We were quoted 2-3 hours from AAA but Gustavo got to us in an hour - a huge relief when you’re stuck on the side of a busy freeway. Thank you for helping us!

I am almost at a loss of words to review these folks in the way they deserve. They are the type of people that we need more of in this world. I called my RSS out in the literal middle of the desert and they sent me an angel named Chris Page. He easily got me, my dog, my jeep and my travel trailer hooked up and safely to Parker about 30 miles away. He was incredibly kind, down to earth and assuring the whole way and made my situation go from highly stressful to secure in 10 minutes. He even called another tow truck friend when we got to Parker who solved my car issue that got me stuck to begin with and he met up with us to help! Chris then came back 2 days later with the needed items and got my car on the road good as new. Above and beyond doesnt even begin to describe it!!! When I called roadside service I expected a basic tow and nothing more but I could have never known the people I would be sent that day. Chris Page and Daniel Payne are not only great at what they do, they are remarkable human beings with huge hearts. I could go on and on but PLEASE call these guys if you need towing help.. it will help you in more ways than you could ever know. Thank you Chris!! Thank you Daniel!!

The staff here are amazing. They made every effort to brighten up my cloudy day with ease. Everyone from the receptionist to especially Bradey the tow truck driver. He took very good care of my car. Bradey definitely needs a raise. Hats off to him.

In a word WOW! We went through our triple A after being absolutely stranded 260 miles/5 hours from home- no uber or Lyft but boy how fortunate we were to have A Toe Truck pick us up! Dispatch communication was on point and though concerned that both my husband and I would need additional services home “A TOE truck was able to accommodate our transportation along with our truck! We meet Chris a remarkable employee, great conversationalist and we felt right at home with him. Concerns of driving five hours with a stranger quickly left our minds as his services, care with our vehicle and genuine concern and compassion for what we had experienced was evident in his kindness. This company was on time, reasonable prices and willing to accommodate us and may I say comfortably too! I highly recommend service with Chris and A TOE TRUCK for your towing needs. We had a tire blowout on our travel trailer on Interstate 10 at the California/Arizona border. We were able to get safely off of the highway. We contacted AAA and they put us in touch with A Toe Truck company. Dustin, our dispatcher, was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. He sent Gabriel to assist us. We had just finished getting our spare on the travel trailer when Gabriel arrived. We weren't sure we would be able to do it on our own. Gabriel double checked our work thoroughly to make sure we were safe to continue our travel. We are grateful for this excellent service!

A Toe Truck was dispatched via AAA and showed up super timely. My driver was Brody and he was awesome. He was very fast and extremely competent; got my car up on the flat bed in minutes. Broke a tie rod end while driving in the desert—right off the 95 in Lake Havasu City. Called A Tow Truck, and no joke, Daniel Payne showed up in 10 minutes. Fastest tow response I’ve ever had! He’s truly the boss of towing—professional, friendly, and got everything handled smoothly. Highly recommend this company if you ever need a tow!

Patrick was awesome! We almost made it from Vegas to Busses by the bridge in January. We broke down at the Pilot on the 40 & 95 in Az. Only about 20 miles away! I had my Jeep up there for 2 days before I finally called A TOE. Customer service Chrissy was amazing it was pricey but definitely cheaper than buying a Jeep! Would definitely recommend this company amazing service quick and polite

My car was struck by a large panel flying off a truck, tearing off some hoses and ripping up the transmission box pan. After contacting AAA, a dispatcher contacted from A Toe Truck to let me know they were responding, then gave me an ETA. The truck arrived promptly and the operators worked on getting my car onto the truck with the problems seen. The senior operator, Ross, was knowledgeable as he worked on getting the car out of gear, and was helpful in letting me know what steps would likely follow in repairs and claims for the incident as we drove off in the truck. It's hard to imagine anything more they could have done for me. Top-notch work, guys!
