I have an issue with my mini-split. The refrigerant hose was sheared off. Mike took a look and researched a source. Mike is in Parker Az. The shearing took place in Cape Cod in May... I have searched 8 Canadian provinces and 30 US states...you gotta sift thru a lot of chaff...

Dangerous place for a gear head... there's nothing they can't get. Most amazing parts store around. Watch your wallet cause there so much good stuff u gonna leave broke

Awesome! I went in for a temperature sensor sending unit and walked put with what I really needed.... an impeller. Last weekend my Chaparral overheated and I never thought it could be an impeller, but after the guys at the desk walked me through my situation, they made me feel confident that it was the impeller. It was. When I pulled the old one, I found half of it chomped up, making sense to the low idle high temp situation I was having. Most parts stores would have sent me out the door quickly with a potential long list of diagnosing this and that, but they took the time to pull a water pump they had on the wall, take it apart, match-up the impeller and o ring and show me how simple the impeller change is. Now that I know how to do it, changing my impeller will be an annual thing when I change the oil in the spring pre lake season. I couldn't thank the guys enough! I forgot their names but it was the redhead and the height challenged bearded guy (sorry about the junk descriptions). I will only go there in the future for local parts needs and couldn't recommend them enough.

Great customer service, they care about helping you get what you need. They didn't have the tool I needed but called other auto parts stores to help me find it and even got me the part number to order it from another company.

I needed a part that most people discard on there old batteries. I lost on side mount for a ATV. They had it. Thank you.

The guys there are friendly and always glad to see you walk in the door. They treat their customer's well and they are usually pretty helpful and less expensive than their local competition. It seems like, as with most auto part stores, they pretty much have to order everything I need and they are like 50-60 miles from my place. So if I have to order it from one or the other. Big on-line auto part store vs Parker auto. The big on line stores wins every time. They get it here just as fast and deliver to my door for less. While, when I order though Parker auto, I end up spending an afternoon driving to/from Parker. I pay a higher price for the part + the expenses of gas. Then usually a lunch and drinks and with out fail a run into Walmart. The On-line store wins this one, even though I would rather support the local business.

Use this place as a last resort.... as a last resort, be prepared for the worst customer service ever! Pretty much the worst experience I've ever had! Good luck!

Ordered parts and went to pick up and employee had no clue to where the parts were so had to return on a day when the person took the order so there is a major breakdown on communication which seems to be the way it is in this area with the businesses.

Neutral on this. Friendly, helpful staff, but their hands were tied for lack of access to replenishing supplies because of government shutdown. We were in search of maps for off road exploration.

Like good parts houses were in the past. The guys know what they are doing and are helpful. Prices are competative.

Went for a simple prop. They had it in stock and the hub. It was fast and simple. They also have old school bug/vw parts.
