I can’t thank this company enough—especially Ryan. At 2 a.m., my wife and 1-year-old child were stranded in the middle of nowhere with no water and no help in sight. Ryan showed up like a true hero. Before even leaving Parker, he called to ask if we needed anything and made sure to bring us water. That kind of care and compassion is rare these days. He arrived quickly, was incredibly professional, and treated my family like his own. I’ll never forget the kindness and service we received that night. I have a 38 foot Rv that broke down in Gila Bend Az. I try for over 24 hours to find a Tow service through my Insurance. I took it upon myself to call Parker towing out of Yuma. Dan was there within two hours which is the distance between Yuma and Gila Bend hooked my vehicle up, towed it to Yuma to get it repaired. He knew exactly where the repair shop was. He was prompt and cordial and relatively inexpensive thank you, Dan.

Well it wasn’t cheap, but good isn’t cheap. John and Leroy made easy work of the little mess we found ourself in. Got us off the side of the road and saved our weekend trip. True professionals!! Michelle was also super helpful and a pleasure to deal with on the phone.

I would give negative stars if I could. Do not let this company take your vehicle to their yard. I was driving my F150 and towing a flatbed trailer when a young driver pulled out in front of me totaling both my vehicles. The police called for a tow and both my truck and trailer were taken to the yard in Parker. I had just bought both and had not even updated the information with my insurance. There were two different insurance companies involved, so there was a huge concern about the truck and trailer becoming separated which would cause two separate tow/storage fees. I was assured many times by Melissa (office worker) and Diego ( driver/lot attendant) that under no circumstances would they allow the truck to become separated from the trailer. They stated it they would keep the vehicles together so that the insurance company would be billed out for all of it on one invoice. Unfortunately, they did not keep their word and the truck was picked up by the salvage yard. The trailer was left behind. No one called to inform me of the situation, and a separate invoice was generated for the trailer. Once I discovered this had happened I contacted Melissa and she agreed that she had given her word to keep the vehicles together. However, she sated she would need to speak to her boss before reducing the fees generated by the trailer. She sated she would get back to me. She never did. I contacted her several more times, each time I was given the excuse that she had been too busy to speak with him. I asked if she could at least pause the fees, until she could review the situation with her boss, and was told no. Each day the fees continued to climb and now my insurance company is penalizing me in the tune of $2000 because Melissa failed to keep her word or speak with her boss about the situation. I called and spoke to Melissa one final time to ask her to provide me with both invoices on my vehicles and for a contact number for her boss so that I can speak to him directly. I was abruptly cut off and told she was too busy to talk with me and that she had other customers to attend to. Needless to say, I never received a copy of my invoices or any information on how to speak with her supervisor. RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS REPLY : just because the trailer was new and not insured by MY insurance doesn’t mean the insurance company of the driver who was at fault’s insurance was not covering it, thus the remark of being two insurance companies involved. Mine, who I settled on the truck with because they offered a fair price while State Auto covered the trailer because the other driver was 100 % at fault. I don’t expect free towing/storage. When I left your yard after removing personal items, both the truck and trailer were hitched together and your employees stated they would not allow them to be separated. They should have at least called me when the trailer was left there, and instead they kept telling me they could possibly do an adjustment after speaking with the boss and never doing so.

Big shout out to Melissa for helping us out today she was very professional, honest and caring! Our driver was struck in sand while making a u turn. They gave us the best price. A toe towing quoted me $1700 and Parker Towing did it for 600$. Thank you once again!

I got stuck with my SUV on the dirt away from the I-10 between Ehrenberg AZ to Blythe in a very complicated situation when a few other Towing companies didn't want to deal with that I had the life savior of Parker Towing that took care of me and my car. I want to thank Tim & Heather for helping me and pulled me out of this nightmare lol...They got everything you need to pull you out from the dirt and off the road. If you get stuck call Parker Towing they are the best.

I don't know how this place is in business! I couldn't get passed the rude female dispatcher. She was so bad I canceled and chose a further company in banning. She had no sympathy for my family and she kept cutting me off. When I called to cancel she smirked and sighed!!

My Class B van wouldn't start, even with a jump starter. I was stuck at a gas station in Lake Havasu City on a Saturday. Josh and his father came up from Parker and towed me to a service facility. Their tow truck handled my 10,000lb van with ease. Great service and I seriously appreciated the care they took of my van. And I enjoyed speaking with Josh's father as Josh worked on getting the van hooked up and ready to go.

josh. what a guy. so there i was, stranded on us-93, just north of the kingman inspection station, contemplating my life choices and the cruel, indifferent nature of the universe. then josh calls. not just to say he’s on his way, but to ask if i want coffee. coffee. like some kind of roadside guardian angel with a tow truck and a caffeine delivery service. he shows up, and i’m expecting the usual ‘this is gonna take a while’ routine, but nope. he hooks up my freightliner like he’s done it a thousand times (which, let’s be honest, he probably has!), making it look as effortless as tying a shoelace. meanwhile, i’m just standing there, feeling useless, nodding like i know what’s happening. then comes the tow. a long, scenic ride down to phoenix, during which we have an actual conversation. not just the awkward, ‘so, how long you been doing this?’ chat. no, josh is an engaging dude. he's a local. he’s got stories, he’s got humor, he’s got that rare ability to make you forget you’re in the middle of a mildly humiliating situation. long story short: josh is the real deal. efficient, professional, and absurdly thoughtful. if you ever find yourself stranded and in need of a tow, you better hope you get josh. because otherwise, you’re just getting a guy with a truck. five stars, easy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome recovery of my 1995 Prevost marathon coach that had a roadside accident and was 150 foot down in a ravine and they recovered it effortlessly for me and prompt service would highly recommend them to anyone for their road hazard needs.

Stopped at a rest stop on 1-10 heading west with my car's tank long on empty, I called to see if Parker could send a truck with fuel. Many thanks to Michelle for her understanding and her kind and wise advice over the phone. She encouraged me to try to make it to the next gas station 7 miles further on and offered to be on call in case I didn't make it. In the end, I did make it, and I thankfully avoided the cost of the rescue fuel. When I called to let her know, she was just as happy as I was and offered a few additional and helpful travel tips. Lesson learned on fueling up outside of Phoenix before venturing out on that stretch of 1-10! If you're in the area and need a tow or other help with your vehicle, I highly recommend calling Parker for their services. You'll be happy to work with them.

Mark just saved us!! We got locked out of our car and our child was inside trapped in his car seat! Mark came so quickly and very efficiently was able to get my door unlocked! I’m so thankful, and i would highly recommend them for any car emergency!

Michelle went above and beyond to assist me and my family in a time of need. Her customer skills are a testament that there are still good people out in the world. Not only that but they were faster than expected. Definitely would recommend if you’re in need of a tow in the area.

This last Sunday my wife and I were traveling home from riverside California to Denver Colorado. We were driving my diesel truck pulling a 26’ camping trailer, we were about 20 miles east of Blythe, the desert was about 120 degrees and my alternator caught fire. Tim and Heather showed up from Parker Towing, we loaded everything up. They took us into Blythe, went to 2 part stores to get an alternator, then they dropped us in the shade. An hour later we were back on the road. We are so grateful to these two. It was a rough experience but they helped us tremendously! They went way out of their way to be kind. After being stranded in the heat and needing a tow, Parker Towing was a great breath of fresh air! The initial conversation was very easy and they were so helpful! Bill was the driver and made it to the scene earlier than expected. His friendly and professional personality, and knowledge in the field made for a fast recovery! The prices are very reasonable! Visited Parker Arizona this weekend was down at the river with my kids got stuck in the sand. It was a horrible situation. Everybody was miserable. Then Mark came and he helped me out. He didn’t charge me a lot of money. I knew he had to charge me, but he was very kind and patient with me and help me get out. My son got his truck stuck in the mud by the river. By the time he called us it was dark and the water was coming up quickly. My husband’s truck couldn’t get him out and AAA failed us so we found this website and called Mark. I was frantic because his back tires were really in the water by then and the water was rising quickly. Mark got there so much quicker than he said and got the truck right out! He was amazing! Such a nice guy and definitely saved my son’s truck! Hopefully we won’t need him again but we know who to call!

Unbeknownst to us, our tire blew on the jeep we were towing behind our motorhome. Another driver alerted us as they passed. Google got us this local company and we can't be more impressed. From the kind lady who answered our call and patiently got us hooked up with her driver, to the driver, Diego, who showed up... TOP NOTCH! Diego arrived in a matter of minutes and was awesome. Diego got us back on the road fast! Thank you so much!!! The cost was very reasonable too! We highly recommend Parker Towing!

Mark really rescued us last weekend!! We were stuck near the craziness at the river with the float tube event, and he assisted my husband and I. He was the nicest man, very friendly and professional. Very grateful for his services, and will recommend this company to anyone in the area!

What a great company. My truck died in Ehrenberg AZ. My company sent Parker Towing to tow my truck to Riverside CA. The tow truck driver was one of the most humble people I've ever met. Usually, tow truck drivers tend to be a$$-----s. Not this guy. He explained everything he was doing. He is passionate about his job. The trip was almost 3 hours but felt like 1 hour. The driver, (whose name I unfortunately forgot) is an asset to Parker Towing. Thanks for everything!!!

I broke down just outside of Blythe and needed to have my Rig towed all the way into Phoenix.. Paul showed up in a timely manner was very professional and knowledgeable .. I’m a Carhauler so you have to really know what you’re doing to hook my Rig... Paul certainly had the experience. It’s hard to find good help these days I highly recommend Parker Towing I would use them again if I ever need a tow...

After several conversations with the owner mark about paying for the damage his driver caused stating that he would pay a fair price for it and after sending him the invoice we were charged by the contractor he has refused to pay it, the contractor had to stop his current job and come to this site under an emergency repair charged us emergency rates to eliminate a road hazard. Parker towing provides emergency road side service and charges that accordingly and expects his rates be met with no negotiations but wants to be able to dictate what rates he should be charged! His driver backed into a street light on our property, damaging the pole and electrical power box next to it, his driver attempted to pull the light pole straight with a chain and his trailer, the attempt failed and left the light pole hanging low over the road and a hazard to traffic. He towed a vehicle into our location expected and received prompt payment, he was presented the contractors bill which well exceeded his bill so he decided to just refund our payment to him as compensation for the repairs to the light pole that leaves us almost $2900.00 in the hole.
