Classic Collision didn't do any body work but the locals working there were very helpful and accessible. Even helping us find a rental car in town when there were zero available. Very pleasant to deal with!
We have not had the use of our car for over three months now. It was in an accident at the beginning of May, Classic Collision could not even look at it for an estimate until the beginning of June, and it is now mid-August and they are saying they may be able to finish it by the END OF SEPTEMBER!!! I am recommending to my insurance company, USAA, that they remove Classic Collision from their list of vendors. I would not recommend Classic Collision to repair a wheelbarrow, let alone a car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will never fix your car.
They can't find records of doing business with me because I wouldn't ever consider utilizing this business after the rude and unprofessionalism I experienced when asking for a quote. Their defensive public responses should give you a good peek of their integrity.
Fix Auto is awesome! They were super professional and provided twice weekly updates by email about where my car was at in the repair process. I banged up the front of my Toyota Rav4, and they were able to fix it. Even throughout the waiting time of parts that were shipped, they emailed me updates on Tues/Thurs. Definitely will take my car here again for other auto body repairs in the future.
Fix Auto is professional and fixed my car earlier than they said they would. My car is now in excellent shape and they detailed my vehicle, free of charge, while it was in the shop. Fix Auto was helpful every step of the way.
Fix Auto did a great job repairing the bumper on my truck. Fast service, constant professional communication and they even cleaned and detailed the truck. It looks like new. Would highly recommend them!
Fix It Auto in Juneau, Alaska did a wonderful job painting and repairing our car after it got scratched and damaged in a hit and run while parked on our street. The excellent workmanship was timely and matched by fantastic customer service that kept us informed every step of the way. They returned our car not only repaired but cleaned and shined both inside and out. I couldn’t give this business a higher recommendation.
After a deer attacked my car while I was driving home, I took it to Fix Auto for repairs. Not only were the repairs completed ahead of schedule and to perfect specification, the customer service and follow-up were fantastic. They even detailed my car before returning it to me! Highly recommended!

I was dealing with a paint damage issue from a car I’d recently bought from a dealership out of state. Fix Auto helped me navigate the process of speaking with the dealership, explaining the damage, etc. to get the best results and looked out for my interests. And the final result of the paint is great!

I called today to get a quote on new windshield. I was told I have to bring the car in to get a quote. When I questioned about just getting a quote over the phone (As multiple other places in town will do) the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. They will not be getting my business in the future. Just a heads up for anyone else, Don't ask questions they don't like that!!
OMG... I can't even begin to explain how amazing the folks who work at Fix Auto are. The work they've done on my truck was incredibly amazing and they keep me updated on EVERYTHING that was done or about to be done to my "Pretty Red". Very reasonably priced and excellent customer service. If I ever need body work done to my vehicle again, they'll be my ONLY choice and go to.

Had my 2010 GMC Sierra worked on there. Not only did they replace the panel they vacuumed and washed my entire truck. Not sure if this is typical of the shop but I was overly impressed with their work, communication and service. Cheaper than other places in town and I like the work they do. Thanks FixAuto
Excellent service. No one is happy about having to get their vehicle repaired. The staff at Fix Auto take the stress out by giving you rides to and from wherever you need to go. They do excellent work and get you back on the road in short order.
