They did a wonderful job, great customer service, they responded to every call and message! They weren’t able to tow my car until the parking lot was emptier around my car and they communicated immediately when my car was dropped off! I definitely recommend them if you need your car towed!

Had a company vehicle go down with a mechanical after hours - Excel answered the phone right away and (Tony? I believe was his name) was at the scene in less than 20min. Did a great job with the towing - dropped it over with the shop and even remembered to leave the key with the shop too! Price was very fair. Thank you Excel!
These guys are THE BEST! I got my car stuck in a snowy parking lot in the middle of a storm and they got there so fast and helped dig me out. Super friendly service and i would 100% Use them again. (Hopefully this doesnt happen to me again)
Had a boat that needed shipping out of Juneau, Doug from Excel towing took care of everything, made sure boat was delivered safely and in a timely manner. Very Pro and efficient. I appreciate the service
They never anwser the phone. They say to text them but they do not respond to that either. Also they never follow up. So I do not know if this company is even in Buisiness or what the problem is for them not to Answer or follow up. So much for for emergency help.
Update: Got a response tonight. Very nice and fit me in.
Doug(?) & Jo arrived timely and were super friendly and helpful. They gave me a ride, along with my car, and we enjoyed pleasant conversation on the way. I'd highly recommend calling Excel for your towing needs!
I had such a wonderful experience- I came out of the gym to discover a totally flat tire. I also doscovered we apparently don't have a tire change kit or the necessary key to get the spare off the back. Can you tell neither of us were boyscouts? So this fella from Excel comes out, we futz around with the air compressor, he says he's super busy but he'll try to swing by in an hour or so to get me going. (This was the day after that cute little blizzard, so an hour or so was a decent waiting time.) Turned out, eventually, that the maintenance guy at the gym (Pavitts! Best gym in town!) had an air compressor that got me inflated enough to get to Les Schwabb so I didn't need the fella's services after all but he was just so darned decent, and didn't charge me a penny, and next time I have an emergency, this is now my go-to. I mean, there are not words for the sheer decency!
My car was in a ditch on a very snowy night. Stan got there as soon as he could and was efficient, smooth, professional and friendly. Definitely the one to go to in time of need!
Excellent service, called them early in the morning and made an appointment, and they were right there on time. Knowledgeable on transporting my AWD vehicle and delivered it to the shop. Thanks.
