I had Juneau-customer service expectations going into needing a small bodywork job. What I got was "Hey bring it right in so we can see what we need to do," and from that I got the ability to come back on the next business day for repair. They said to expect an hour, so I brought my book, blocked my time, and 15 minutes later I was ready to go. I really appreciated the no frills & great service that I go.
Great company. Nancy the owner was very helpful and friendly and gave me excellent service when I had to bring my wrecked car in from an accident. I appreciated her help at such a nerve racking time. Best in town in my book.

Very un professional. Zero employees wearing face mask, even after alaska was declared to be in a state of red. Called on multiple occasions during business hours to no answers of the phone. Being yelled at cause I was not able to talk to anyone for multiple calls, also no one at the shop during business hours. Now am being forced to pay storage, for the shops neglect to adhear to decent customer service.
Outstanding service. They went above and beyond with my car and service from the beginning. Nancy constantly was in contact and I really appreciated that. Definitely would recommend them over anyone

Doug's has done work on our vehicles multiple times. Never, ever disappointed. Besides, if I were, I knew they would make it right! Keep up the good fight, Nancy & Doug!
