Extremely predator practices. Car was towed there and stayed 2 days. To get my car back is 775$. Only to go up daily. No one has that type of money just laying around. Sounds like someone at these small town police dept. Are getting kickbacks.
This company seems to reap the benefits of being in a small town and takes advantage of situations. $400 tow fee to tow a car to their yard less than a mile total. Called by the town police and had the car hooked before the driver could even take pictures of the scene and without the owner’s consent. Add in the yard fees, well now you’ve definitely surmounted quite the bill to which strangely enough only cash is accepted. No explanation of fees prior to hooking up the car and taking it. Had the driver not taken a picture of the truck, we wouldn’t know where to pick the vehicle up and probably be incurring more fees! Unreasonably expensive and almost predatory practice. Be careful especially if you’re out of town.
Really solid local towing provider. State Farm Roadside Assistance was a mess but Big Mack stayed in touch, was courteous, and even following up with me to ensure my vehicle was at the destination service station. I’ll skip the third party next time and call direct!
Fantastic service!!! We were broke down for over an hour, the first place I called kept putting us off. Once we called Big Mac Towing they were there in 10 to 15 mins! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were such a huge Blessing to us!!!

These guys are great. Super quick service and decent rates with a flat rate of $55 for inside the city. They are very careful with your vehicle and you can depend on them to get your vehicle where it needs to go.
They went above and beyond to help my Dad when we found ourselves in a ridiculously expensive and uncalled for situation. Definitely need more people like them in the world!
I have used Big Mac Towing several times. I am always impressed with their good attitude and integrity. I do not have to ask them the price of a tow up front. I just call Big Mac if I need a tow, and ask how much I owe after they are finished. I have NEVER been overcharged. They are a great bunch of guys!
The owner, Terry, came to my home to pick up my huge Dodge Ram 2500 to be taken to the shop after my truck was slammed into at a traffic light a couple of days ago. He was beyond efficient and professional. I will recommend him to people in need of his services from here on out. He does top notch work!

This company is truly the best. Big Mac not only worked with me on getting my vehicle but he also came after hours to meet me because I work so far from home. When I got there I noticed he had covered my vehicle up to keep the rain out due to cosmetic damage and then he gave me information on someone who would give me a good deal to fix. By the time I left, I felt like we were family.

My vehicle recently broke down an hour away from home and it was latenight on a weekend but Big Macs was happy to help me and they came right on to pick me up. They are awesome, they helped my mom when her car got towed and followed her home with it they are truly in it to help people it's hard to find a caring and helpful company but they are. Thank y'all so much for all you did for my mom, I would recommend y'all every time.

This last week I had the pleasure of doing business with Big Mac Towing. They are some absolutely wonderful hard working guys. They made my experience really wonderful. They were so kind and amazing to me. I came into the office crying and I left with a smile on my face. They did a great job with my car and I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone. They honestly care about you and taking care of you the very best they possibly can. In today’s world you don’t find many guys like this who are honest,hardworking and all around great guys. These guys are the best. Broke down at night called 2 other companies in sylacuga first one didn't have a driver and the other wouldn't answer the phone called Big Mac answered 2 ring came and got me within 15 minutes. It was a mistake to even call the other 2 clowns. Big Macs is the best!!!
Great service. Came late on a sunday in the middle of nowhere Coosa county and unlocked my keys in my tahoe. Truly a life saver.

Great owner, fast service. Only wrecker service I will use, if I'm not out of service area. All other employees were on a call, owner himself came from Sylacauga to Talladega in about 15 minutes.
Big Mac is an amazing person. He goes above and beyond for his customers. My car broke down on me and was unable to drive to work. It took one phone call and Big Mac was in my yard to give me a ride to work. Awesome company, awesome service!
Big Macs towing was awesome to me Saturday. Ran over debris on Highway 21 outside of Winterboro. Called them and Terry was there in less than 20 minutes. Hauled my 2015 Toyota camry to the Toyota place. Very quick nice and professional. Busted my tired and rim. He made me feel like family. I highly recommend BIG Macs.

Several months ago my vehicle was needing to be taken to the shop. I called Big Macs and the owner, Terry McCleland, came to my house in a torrential downpour of rain. He didn't mind at all and never complained, even after telling him it can wait he worked through it and never skipped a beat. Very professional and courteous. Will use again if needed.
