Worst towing company I have ever dealt with. They towed my truck last year, was in a bind and couldn’t pay for it immediately, so they kept charging me 50$ a day for it to sit there and rack up a higher bill. It sat there for a month and they said they would auction it off. Me and my boss went to the auction and offered them 4 grand for the truck back. They said somebody bid 200$ more than we did so they “sold” the truck. LIE!!!! The next day the towing company had the truck posted on Facebook marketplace for 8 grand. I literally offered them 4 grand for my own truck that all they did was tow 2 miles. I guess they decided they could screw a 20 year old out of his truck so they could make a few extra grand. I messaged them about it they blocked me. Nothing but a bunch of broke, lying crooks at that place and everybody in childersburg knows it.
I was coming through the area when my truck lost power. I gave these guys a call and they worked diligently to help me find a solution. One thing I can say for certain is they are honest and not out to get your wallet. They are much more than your average tow company. Thanks to them I saved 1500!
Thank God for Mr Dave. I called my insurance company, n they never got me a tow out for my car. I called Broken Spur, n they came right out.. service was even faster.. I appreciate you guys soooooo much!! ❤️?
If I could leave NO stars I would. My fiancé was involved an accident and they towed his car 5 miles. Said they wenched it out of the grass, but the car was able to be moved because it was drove from the back of the tow yard to the gate. There were ZERO marks in the grass the next day. For this, I was told the small amount of $600. Right before I asked one of the employees how much it would be to tow it to my house about 30 miles away. I was told $75 hookup and $4 mile. So how did we get to $600 for 5 miles? I heard a lot of excuses, was even shown other people's tow bill (I believe that's not only unethical but illlegal) They are banking on you not being able to get your car out. After 30 days they can get a title and boom they have a car to sell or junk. We paid $500 and took the car home on our own. I have never witnessed such crooks in my life. I would encourage you to stay away and if you are in an accident demand they not take your car. BTW I called 3 other local tow companies and they all said between $250-$350. That should tell you everything.
My son's car got towed 2.5 miles, and this place charged $320. On top of that, the owner was unbelievably rude and said they were "cash only" even though there was a card reader in plain sight. This place is shady, to say the least.
In response to the owner: I didn't leave my car anywhere. It was my son, and it was at Tractor Supply. You didn't do anything special by having the night driver come by. $320 is ridiculous. Stay away from this place.
I locked my keys in my car on the rainy National Championship game night. They came right out and, in the rain, unlocked my car in 90 seconds. It was very helpful and the technician was very kind!
Car quit on me while driving down the road and i remembered one of my friends telling me about how broken spur towed her car and was super nice to her. So I figured I'd give them a shot. They were very professional and nice. But the thing I loved most was how awesome their prices are, and how they have an on-site mechanic! Totally will recommend all my friends and family to use their services.
This company goes above and beyond to help make sure your towing needs are met, even on a Sunday!!! These guys were not only very prompt and professional, but the prices were also very affordable! Hands-down, the best towing service I have ever had the pleasure of using! Thanks again gentleman!
Great honest and professional people. Very understanding and they are not trying to take advantage of a bad situation. Would recommend to anyone needing road side assistance
