I called last night to schedule a tow. The owner was very nice and worked with me to get my car where I needed on time. Our driver (I think his name is Bobby) was absolutely amazing. He looked at my car to tell me what he thought the issue was (and was correct), loaded my car fast, got it to the mechanic safely and promptly and talked to the mechanic for me. Overall amazing experience. Fast, kind and affordable! Will be using if I need a tow again.
They were great to me when I got into my wreck. The driver who picked up my car was so nice and answered all my questions. Kenny was so nice and worked around my schedule so I could come clean my car out! Great company and great people!
Very professional to deal with. Excellent communication via text and phone calls. We set up a time to meet at the house so he could tow my wife’s car to Decatur, he showed up on time and took good care of the vehicle. He was easy to talk too and very friendly. I was stranded by the side of the road today with transmission problems, i have a full warranty with the ford company who told me to call this service because they are contracted together. I was hung up on three times and insisted that I pay when they are supposed to bill ford. After getting hung up on for the third time I used my insurance to tow my vehicle.I don't recommend this service at all. Very rude!

The charge was reasonable at 90.00. I couldn't get the car repaired so I got them to bring it back to my house , same distance as before. Cost was 157.00. That's just wrong for doing a senior citizen that way while you were at the beach . Don't have to worry about me using them again ever

Platinum Towing has my absolute highest recommendation. I needed my classic truck towed and I was concerned about it being behind a standard wrecker with two of its wheels on the ground. I spoke directly to the owner, Mr. Kenny, and he listened to my concerns and although not required he came out with his rollback. He treated my truck as if it was his own. Platinum towing done a great job. They were very courteous and professional. I needed to have them stop at my shop to get some stuff off the truck before they took it to the mechanic and they didn't hesitate. They made sure I was able to get everything off my truck because we had to have a forklift to move the stuff. They went above and beyond because they knew I needed this stuff to keep my business running. Highly recommend Platinum towing.
