Did well on their part, bought a battery a while back. Battery went bad (defective) showed up to get it tested, and replaced it after finding out It was bad. Still under warranty, employees showed nothing going but upmost respect. Recommend this place a lot.

A staple in the Decatur community. They beat any price and have the biggest inventory of Ford Motorcraft parts and fluids. Great staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. An old school parts store. Places like this are disappearing and being ousted by the Advanced’s and Auto Zones. Give your business to the guys at Netherton and keep the legacy alive.

These ppl have the worst return and warranty policy I will not shop there again turns out when you buy GASKET SETS $109 they have a warranty but you have to buy new ones to get the warranty never heard of that just bought a pair of head gaskets from O'Riley auto parts they had a year warranty there were no questions the guy honored my warranty that I had on a part I paid for he gave me a new set and told me to have a nice day?? now that's good customer service
