They need to change their hours. I get off late and went on a 30 minute drive for them to tell me they actaully close earlier than what it says on their website. Mind you I was still in “open” hours. If you looking to waste your gas and time this is it.
They say there are open until 4:30 but don’t let no one into the yard past 4:15, might as well just update hours or make it known beforehand. Waste of time.
Went to get quote on what they would pay for a vehicle we had. Loved the price so told the guy we would be back within the hour to sell it to them guy said okay I'll be there. So we get back there with the vehicle and the guy who handles it I guess was gone on lunch. The worker text the guy letting him know we were here. It's been over an hour the guy still hasn't made it back here. Ask the person to call him not text him bc we rented a trailer to bring it over and trailer had to be taken back to uhaul same day. Kept trying to get us to leave it there with them and we could come back and get our payment. Then tells us oh well we dont know when we will be back. Okay but you told us he was gone to lunch? Anyway been over an hour still sitting here waiting on him to come back. The worker keeps trying to show us where we can drop it off at I AM NOT LEAVING MY TRUCK HERE WITHOUT PAYMENT! IF YOU SELL YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE MAKE SURE THE GUY IS THERE TO DO IT OR YOU WILL WAIT ALL DAY FOR NOTHING!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE MY BUSINESS WITH THEM IS DONE! NOT TO MENTION ALL THAT IS LISTED IS A 1800 NUMBER TO CALL AND ITS AUTOMATED AS WELL. SO EVEN AFTER GETTING QUOTE AND TELLING THE GUY WE WOULD BE RIGHT BACK UP HERE WITH IT TO SALE IT HE WASNT HERE AND WAS TOLD BY OTHER WORKERS TWO DIFFERENT STORIES. SO THANKS FOR WASTING 48 DOLLARS WHEN YOU WERENT EVEN HERE TO DO YOUR JOB. OH AND WE HAD STOPPED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE TO GET A QUOTE AND SUPRISE SUPRISE HE IS NEVER THERE WAS SHOCKED WE CAUGHT HIM THERE TODAY. IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE!
As far as u-pull junkyards go you won’t find a cleaner one around. Looked like they really take pride in this location. Saw an employee walking around picking up small broken parts when I was there. They’re doing a great job keeping the ground clear of debris which is not common at most yards.
3$ to get onto the lot, it’s very clean and well organized. Found what I needed quickly. Front desk and cashier were very friendly and helpful.

The customer service here is awesome. The workers are very respectful and nice. They had the parts that I needed for my car and it was not hard to find. I definitely will come back
Professional courteous and had the parts that I was looking for. Although the numerical system for their vehicles could use a little bit of improvement. Overall had a great experience and will most likely use them again in the future
Nice place have alot of part's they have a small fee to walk on to the lot and you pull the part's yourself so bring tools and maybe a >step stool< the cars are jacked up to get part's off of but great place
Cleanest lot in North Alabama. Organized. Very helpful staff. Samantha and the other lady working the front were very helpful in me locating the vehicle I wanted and very transparent. Thankyou.

I had an excellent experience at this tire shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. They took the time to explain my options clearly. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
This is the worst place I've ever been in my life. You have to pay $3 per person to even enter. This is not a movie theater. The front sign says "We refuse admission to anyone we want 100% discrimination." Also a very bad attitude from the women at the front desk. If you don't want to have a bad situation today do not come.
