I can always find something I need. The staff all seem to be kind and helpful. Would give 5 stars, but alot of the cars I've needed to pull from have been really close together and in alot water. Can't really get to them.
I always manage to get what I need and the prices are always reasonable and the staff is friendly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the site doesn’t get updated for this location as often as it used to. The inventory for this location was last updated 17 days ago as of this review.

Cheap prices! Saved me over 200 dollars.. I don’t know if the part works yet or not but hopefully it does,we’ll know here sometimes later today when it’s put on and it starts and charging the battery up! Fingers crossed

Came from Florida to get an item that their website said was in stock. And the employee said they had it. Charged us to walk in the junk yard and come to found out they didn’t have it.. never again will we try to buy anything from them

This location is clean and professionally run. Monica and Brittany greeted me as soon as I entered. As I was about to pay for the entry fee, I was asked a series of questions and thanked for my Military service! I was surprised to learn that my entry would be waived and free entry granted! That simple gesture shows their appreciation to the community. I had a few technical questions about tires, Yes, they sell used tires! Brian, a gentle giant explained everything to me in easy terms. Thank you again for the excellent service !

I do enjoy going here and have found several parts. Im from Birmingham and don't want to travel an hour and 20 minutes, without knowing more info about the vehicle or at least a picture. I've been looking on their website, since Thursday, for a pic of the car. It is now Wednesday (6 days later), and nothing! Please include in the info on the car, if it is an automatic or manual transmission! Please get somebody to take and upload a pic of the new arrivals everyday! I'll look again tomorrow.
The experience of selling the car was good but you can’t get in contact with them for concerns because no one availabale to answer the phone when it rings going to the voicemail and you have to leave a message and never get a call back! Then you get a check instead of cash a check that can’t even be verified so to them not being able to get through or answer the phone!! I regret my decision on selling my car to them now .
