I have always loved pull a part ,but last week I went and bought a transmission and got it home and put it in and it was bad .so I took it out and waited till the weekend and drove another hour and half to get there again .had my receipt and they said they couldn't exchange it .I grabbed the wrong one and it didn't have a mark on it .remind I drive and hour and a half to get there .instead working with me to get me going they said nothing they could do because it didn't have a mark on it .like I was trying to get one over on them .why in the hell would I want to lay under that damn truck again after getting a bad one .and waist another weekend to come beat them out of one .give me a brake pull a part .y'all need to come with a different plan for different things ! I don't want to be at nobody out of nothing .I'm the one that has to spend four hours doing all the work for getting a bad one .no reason to call y'all damage is done and this transmission is gonna end up costing me out the ass because of this situation .should have bought one I knew was good and stayed away from there.now I drive this borrowed vehicle another week and make another trip back down down there and still might not get a transmission that works .all this because of a mark on a transmission .what the hell does it matter .I had my receipt and wasn't trying to get my money back just a damn transmission that is good so I didn't have to keep crawling around on ground under that damn truck .y'all need to think about this before making same mistake I did .buy one you know is good .so you don't get disrespected like I did from these folks ! And now I bring the damn thing back and try and get a other one .they don't have one ,try and get a refund so I can go somewhere else and they tell me they don't give refunds just store credit ! This is absurd pull apart .you have screwed me just about every way possible.this is my third trip here and and I'm almost five hundred in the hole and still no transmission .never again .y'all lost my business after I spend my store credit .and I will make sure as many people as I can knows what happened .
This place has some amazing people running it and working there. I haven’t been in years and I just went back recently for a part and the people there, especially at checkout, were absolutely amazing. If everywhere had people like them, this world would be a better place for sure! <3

Called the Montgomery location today to check the hours during Christmas and the guy was so rude and hung up on me. If they don't want my business just say so I'll go to Pensacola
Today was my first day at pull apart a friend recommended and it was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced i had a great time they explained it in a way i understand the front guy i approach was nice enough to help me out finding the things i needed and the check out was very good sadly we didn’t get all what we needed but it went great.

I’ve been going to this location every week for several years and I’ve never had any issues until now. A couple of weeks ago the new guy was pretending that he didn’t know English the entire time that he was checking me in. When I went through the glass doors to walk into the junkyard, he yelled “I’m sorry man I was just playing”. I’ve dealt with him before so I already knew that he speaks perfect English. Today as this same guy is ringing up my parts for me to leave he asks me what the part is so I tell him. He gets an attitude and says “I’ve got this, let me do my job”. Why ask me what the part is if you’re going to get an attitude when I tell you? I would rather start going to gw u pull it than to keep dealing with this guy.
Used parts at a reasonable price. Customer service sucks. You ask a question about a part and they dont have the answer and their communication skills suck and their website really sucks. You can't get a price on the part most of the time and the staff are a smartass.

I literally drove 200 miles one way this pull apart. When I arrived, everyone was very helpful, because I have never been, and filled me in with their policies and procedures. When I checked out, they were helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed the visit.

I've had a amazing day at pull a part today on norman bridge rd, montgomery alabama location...I was very stress and hot today, somehow i bought the wrong parts for a car i was working on in the parking lot, a did not have a solution what to do next ...when this amazing employee name morgan came to my rescue...and explained to me all of my options to resolve my issue very quickly and quietly,she also directed me to the correct parts and saved me a little money all around I love pull apart....thank you morgan
Lauren is the utmost friendly and dedicated employee there. I think she’s underpaid and overworked. And regardless she still devotes her time to the customer and their needs. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received from anywhere!!!
It has online that they close at 5:30 and it says that it was updated a week ago by them. All I needed was 15 min to get my part. I got there at 4:38 and they said they closed st 4:30. I have a wedding to go to and they still wouldn't just give me 15 min. There was people still paying for stuff they got. I could have got what I needed and Bern back by the time they last person got checked out.

Drove over two hours to go there yesterday mainly looking for a ladder rack bumper or steps for my truck. I just wanted to look on the yard and see what was there. I was informed by the one lady employee I spoke too that" if it ain't on the computer we ain't got it."very rudly. I happen to own ten older vehicles of varying makes and models but I'll get my parts elsewhere you won't see a dime of my money after driving so far to be spoken to like that.
The worker jonathan and his Manager morgan did a great job on assisting me with all my question and needs. They were polite and very attentive. I would recommend comming up here if you need to pull- apart.
I was very pleased with the help of Lauren who was at the counter as she assisted me in finding the parts I needed for my car. Once I knew where to find the parts the yard was set up in a way that was mostly easy to find. I will be going back in the future whenever I need a part again. I ventured for the first time a few days ago. Out of my element and totally lost. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The yard is laid out very well and easy to navigate. Their staff is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend taking a ride out there. It is worth the trip. A mechanic quoted me over $1k for a repair and Pull-A-Part saved me over $950!
