I must say the Joe Hudson provided me and my Mom with an amazing experience. My Mom's 2021 Kia Forte was involved in a collision through no fault of hers. From the moment we pulled in and walked through the doors of Joe Hudson my Mom's mind was put at ease regarding her vehicle. She thought that she was not going to be able to get her car repaired. Joe Hudson 's staff on McGehee Rd did a stellar job. They provided excellent customer service. They stayed in touch with the insurance company that was covering the repairs. They also kept us informed. On the day it was ready the nice ladies in the office remained a few minutes after closing to ensure that we could pickup the vehicle and check in the loaner car. The young lady went over all the details of the repair paperwork to ensure that I knew exactly what was done. This experience has been like no other. And needless to say that the vehicle looks like when I first purchased. I cannot even tell that it had been involved in an accident. I'm thankful to Joe Hudson for their hard work and diligence.

I am taking care of my Aunt because she can’t take care of herself. I complained 2 years ago (Jan 15, 2023)when they fixed my 2019 BMW tailgate. I noticed they didn’t put it back the way it was inside the trunk where the tailgate wires are. I was asked why did I take so long to complain by the manager on McGhee Rd in Montgomery AL. He told me that they didn’t do that the black cover must’ve shrunk, really! I was upset and began to holler. A natural reaction!! I called corporate and they called him. I was told that he said he would fix it but when I called he never responded.

I hope I never again need the services of a body shop. But if I do, I will definitely consider taking it to Joe Hudson‘s.

Our Insurance company recommended Joe Hudson for the repair of our truck. On there recommendation we took it there. We were told it would take 3 Weeks. I received the estimate before i left. A few days later I received a letter from my insurance company letting me know they had excepted the estimate and the one they provided was over $1000.00 lower. I called Joe Hudson to find out why. I was told the insurance company made them lower it but that they had ways of getting their money in full. That should have been my first warning. Three weeks after dropping our truck off we had not heard a word so I called and was told they were waiting on parts still. It would be another week. When I did not hear any thing over a week later I called and was told they had gotten all the parts and they were putting it together. It would be another week to get it fixed and painted. Another week went by and no word. I called again and was told they were waiting on parts again. At this point I was not happy. I had to let my husband handle them for fear I would say something that would make them take even longer. My husband was given the run around for another few weeks. we were finely able to get our truck back over 2 month's after dropping it off for the repairs. They never kept us in the loop and even lied to us many times in this prosses. The final bill was close to the original quote as the estimate said it would be. We were told we would receive a survey in a few days but never saw a text or an email from them. We were very dissatisfied with the integrity of this shop and the way they treated us. we will never use this shop again.

Very pleased with my experience. I was told that my repair would take 1.5 to 2 weeks. The car was returned to me on day 8. I engaged with four staff members on my visits and they were all nice and knowledgeable.

They did a great job on my car!! I was very satisfied, my car looks like I just got it off the lot. Kermit and Laura are amazing and made sure I was taking care of every step of the way. I needed major work done and it took them less than a month to fix everything! I would highly recommend them for your vehicle!

On my father's behalf, I am completing this review. Ronnie entrusted his vehicle with Joe Hudson's Collision Center on 8/21/22. His truck was hit while parked in his yard and sustained visible rear end damage to the tailgate, rear sensors, and bumper. There was no communication from the shop to the patron for status updates unless Ronnie initiated contact. Joe Hudson failed to report any changes for the projected completion dates--as the dates changed twice. Ronnie was notified once he asked for a follow-up; in which that doesn't present as good customer service. On today, 9/16, it was reported that his truck was ready. Upon his arrival, he noticed that his toolbox wasn't locked and his tools had been stolen. When he inquired about the missing tools, he was told that "he" (I assume the manager) would have to check the cameras frame by frame over the weekend and that "he" didn't physically see any tools in the shop area. As reported, the manager didn't appear to be concerned or empathetic to Ronnie's loss of his personal belongings. Instead, the manager informed the patron that it took (4) staff to remove the toolbox from the bed of the truck to replace bed caps on the truck. It's already enough that patrons are inconvenienced during accidents; but to have staff steal from the patron is disheartening and disgustingly distasteful. Personal belongings were removed from the inside of the cab, as requested, but there was no mention of staff needing to remove the toolbox to replace bed caps. Had there been permission requested to open/remove the toolbox, the patron wouldve been notified and this could have decreased the likelihood of his locked belongings being stolen. And to add insult to injury, the toolbox was not reinstalled correctly. A good review was requested by the manager--as theyve been taking "hard hits" ---as he described it, but tell me, is this quality customer service? Attached is the picture of the damages prior to being fixed.

I went to this shop to get my car fix. Car was fixed but my amp was stolen out of my trunk. Called on Monday no one returned my called. Called back on Friday 8/12/22 and was told that the front desk lady had been fired and the message never got delivered. Spoke with the manager for him to tell me my car wasn’t the only car that happened to and that the cameras in the back wasn’t working and they are working to get it fix. Needless to say it’s nothing that they can do about it because I signed a form. My car is on your property getting fixed and something was stolen and there is nothing you can do about it that’s crazy. So it’s like you were our to fix my car and now I still have to pay for something that happened on your property. I will be filling a claim with small claims because this is crazy and unprofessional.

My son had a significant fender bender ten days before he planned to drive cross country for a new job in Colorado. I explained the situation to the folks at Joe Hudson's, and was told they'd do the best they could but couldn't guarantee anything until they inspected the car, ordered parts, and completed repairs. I rather anticipated that this was a polite way of telling me "forget about it, it will be done when it's done." Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised to get a call the day after the inspection telling me they had ordered the parts, and that the car would be ready by the next day. Wow. They really did the best they could, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quick turn around and the quality repair. Thank you to Pat and the entire team.

Great customer service!!!! Parts were a little delayed due to weather and being custom but my truck looks phenomenal. Loved the status calls and they even paid for part of my rental car due to the delay! Would highly recommend and all of my business will definitely be handled here from now on. Thanks again to all the staff and technicians!

Great customer service! Any problem I had they were more than happy too assist and Mclain communicated with me through each step. This was my first experience having work done to my car and hopefully the last. They did an awesome job on my vehicle!

My car was brought for a bumper repair after being hit in a parking lot, and was fixed and returned to me in only two days. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicated with the insurance provider for me. Highly recommend them and their lifetine warranty for the work.

I had a great experience with these guys! They let me keep my truck there for two weeks after it was done while I was out of town. Then when I called to pick it up, Ronnie remembered that my husband was deployed and offered to arrange for the company to drop the truck off at my house! So nice and convenient. And of course, great work was done!

This being a new experience for me the staff was exceptional in helping me through this process. They guided me each step of the way. I got text updates on the work which was finished in three days. The work was exceptional. I hope to never do this again. But if I do I will go back to Joe Hudson's Collision Center. Thank you again for the positive experience.

I could not have asked for more professional or reliable service. The staff went to great lengths to explain repairs, time frame, costs, etc. Actually went beyond the call of duty in that I had had a flat on the Sunday prior to my putting the car in the shop on Monday and had the spare on. They sent my damaged tire off to have it repaired, remounted it and the cost was only $15. My car, when delivered, looked like new....repairs exceptional, car washed and cleaned. I would definitely use them again.

I was amazed at how quickly the work was done. Also the e-mails daily giving me the progress and estimated completion time were great. I would recommend Joe Hudson to anyone who needs work on their vehicle following a collision. They also worked quickly and efficiently with my insurance company so that I walked out of the place without having to pay a dime. Thanks again for the great service!

Joe Hudson did a fabulous job on my car! The email system that they utilize to keep you up to date on what phase your car is in is amazing! The customer service and friendliness of the staff was astounding. Last but not least, my car was promised in four days and I got it back the very next day! Talk about FAST!!!!! Take your Car there fast!
