My car was heavily damaged mechanically, with not a whole lot of body work that needed to be done. Upon my car being returned to me, someone either from the mechanics shop or the body shop decided they wanted to go fast in my Dodge Charger. 136 mph to be exact. My windshield wiper tube was snapped and not fixed, and body paint is smeared on my passenger window. My windows are tinted so i didnt even realize it until id gotten the car back. The only reason im giving a 3 star review is because they did do an amazing job on the paint and body work itself.
This is my second time using Joe Hudson Collision. From the front office to the service supervisor, everyone is professional and friendly. They do quality work.

Unfortunately, my car got hit at my job while I was inside working. But the person was honest so they informed me, we started the claim process. They sent me to Joe Hudson on Waresferry Road ..from beginning to end everything was done professionally, I was updated & my car was fixed, and it looked better than ever. Paint job matched perfectly. It was actually done and ready for pick up before the expected date. I had a good experience with them.
Great experience. Car looks great. Got my car back faster than estimated. Only had an issue with my sensors and camera, but it was fixed the same day of pick up.
I had an accident on 3/10 and dropped it off on 3/11 for repairs. Everyone was extremely helpful with this process. I picked it up on 3/28 and it looks great. My vehicle is a 2015 model and I didn’t expect that the paint would blend in as well as it did. It’s better than i expected. I’m more than happy with it. I hope that I never have another accident again but if I do I will definitely bring it back here again. I would highly recommend them.
I dropped my car off and I had five bags I brought for my employees that I left I my car along with a cup to match .when I picked my car up only three bags and no cups was in my car. Yes, I did sign I had no personal belonging in my car but whatever I had in the inside of my car shouldn’t have been stolen. Yes they were bags but it’s the principle.

Bought my Mercedes-Benz in for a replacement of my front bumper that had been hit they fixed the bumper told me it was a new bumper, which also included my daytime running light. When it came time for me to pick up my vehicle I did so and within a few days my indicator came on my dashboard saying that my daytime running light left side is out so I go out stands in front of my car and it is out I called back to Joe Hudson Collision Center on Wares Ferry Road and notify them of it and I was asked to bring it back in so I did when I bought it in it went right back out when I was on my way home haven't even made it to the highway yet again I called on my way home, now this one now is a light that is under warranty I had to end up talking with the manager which was new and started around the time i picked up my benz and didnt know at the time what was going on but ordered a new light and asked me to bring it in and it would only take 30 min so later in the weeks i did so and it was completed as i waited and when he bought my benz round the front we both looked at it and both lights were working. Now heading back to Selma, Al the indicator came on and sure enough it was back out. I called b4 I left Montgomery and told the gentleman who was there who ordered the initial bumper and he was shocked that it was back out that quick and told me it was the warranty light. And told me to ck with a shop in Selma and see can they fix it. I did that when I got my oil changed and they told me to take it back where I got it fixed at cause they not gonna touch it but didn't explain why when I asked and I was just told the body shop needs to repair it. So I contacted my Ins Co. USAA for help in what to do and my Adjuster had to call them after I told her my story and when she called she was put on hold for a while from the lady who answered the phone so my Adjuster hung up and called back and again put back on hold and finally the Manager came to the phone and told her that it's nothing else thay can do cause he ordered a new light and it might be something else going on. So my Adjuster spoke briefly after that and ended the call. My light was working fine before the accident and I did expect to have it repaired to work again but now I'm driving with one daytime running light on my Benz. because Joe Hudson Collision on Moores ferry rd in Montgomery can't fix it. #lefthanging. And now back to square 1, USAA is opening the claim to see where I can take my Benz to have it repaired.
A nightmare on Wares Ferry Road is what this was and what we'll live with. The first time they did not trim the excess off the edge of the new front bumper and it was noticeable with a gap below the headlight, and the front fender at the seam had a rough finish with an uneven gap compared to the other side. The second time the bumper and fender paint finish did not match the rest of the car and it was quite noticeable. The third time they had issues getting the paint to match so they sent it to one of their other locations so their 30-year paint guy could get it matched. He got it matched, but there are now three spots on the upper rear portion of the fender that have trash in the paint. For something that I was told would only take a week, my wife was without her car for approximately seven weeks. Four trips from Luverne to Montgomery. While we realize this considerably devalues the vehicle, we will live with the poor quality finish because she refuses to let them touch her car again and she doesn't want to have to be without it again. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend using JHCC.
My husband's truck had been hit from the back. They not only fixed it but corrected an issue with the hood. Very prompt and very courteous and professional. Now the receptionist is a whole other review I choose not to post about, but the courteousness of the ones who fixed his truck made the experience worthy of five stars
Overly expensive!! They took almost 3 weeks to fix 2 scratches and a partial dent on a 2022 Dodge truck we had. We had to continually check in due to no updates being willingly provided. Also, we weren't informed that one of the scratches on the truck wouldn't be covered by our insurance until we got there to pick up the truck! Someone should've called and told us prior in case we wanted to pay out of pocket smh.
I had an excellent experience here. The lady who greeted me and assisted me in this process was great. The repair team was great. The manager was great. And the service was great. Overall, this is one of the best professional experiences I've had in Alabama. I received text messages indicating the stage in the process that the team was with my vehicle, which was very convenient. I hope I don't ever need to come back, but if I do I know I'll get excellent work and professional service.

Dropped my car off on Wednesday and was told it should be done by Friday. It actually wasn't finished till Tuesday, but I understand there are other cars that need to be repaired and things like this take time so I'm not concerned. I'd rather them take their time to do their best work than be in a hurry. Overall I'm very impressed with the work they did; made my car look brand new all over again. They were very friendly and kept me updated very often. I will definitely take my car back if necessary in the future. Great job!

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The process of checking my truck in and out was vary fast. I am very pleased with the repairs done on my 2006 Ford Explorer. They were able to match the paint up perfect!! If I need repairs in the future I will be sure to give you guys a call. Over all experience was excellent. One of the best things was they kept me posted each step of the way. I knew when repairs started and when they were finished. I received my truck back on the date they said I would. The rental service there was also very very nice and it was nice to get repairs and rental all in one place.
