JHCC Taylor Rd did a good job on repairs. Finding the needed parts was difficult, but JHCC worked very hard to locate them. The car was very new and parts were not available, taking around 6 weeks to locate. This was the car manufacturer NOT JHCC’s fault. Thank you to everybody at JHCC Taylor Road for a job well done.
Went to get estimate for some damage .They guy that did the estimate had a very nasty attitude. When he advised me of the cost it was almost $500 more than another estimate I had received prior to that from Mercedes dealer . When I told him how much my dealer quoted me, he stated oh well you can take it to them. Then he gave me the estimate and walked off. I most definitely will. A straight rip off . Didn’t make any eye contact did speak or anything. That’s the south for ya.
My car was returned to me way ahead of the date I was initially promised. It was returned CLEAN and neat. Will recommend Joe Hudson Collision Center to anyone!!!

we have a fender bender and the front passenger door was not opening. I brought it to this store, the guy brings out a tool and pops out the dent and vola, magic. My door is operational now and didnt charge us a penny!!

Well folks how many of you have had concerns about taking your car to the auto body repair shop and wondering how it's going to come out you know it's not like something you do everyday.
Let me tell you tell you fellas from the moment I walked in there the receptionist was warm friendly kind attentive to my concerns about having a this company repair my car the way I wanted to be repaired with the original part and they just melted my heart the way they treated me listen to my concerns and that's what made me feel good now.
Now the best part is when the gentleman came out and did the evaluation on my car a very friendly warm person made me feel comfortable I told him what happened to my car how it happened he did a thorough examination of my car so they wouldn't miss anything from the initial stage and anything that we couldn't see at that point he said he would address you know it just made you feel good like your car was going to get fixed right he was fantastic the people he works with everyone here at Hudson Auto Body treated me warm and professional and I had my car I must say fixed there before and they did an outstanding job nothing falling off everything's looking original my car looked brand new and it made me feel good proud to drive it again so if you are looking for a really good body repair shop you got to check out Joe Hudson's auto body and Montgomery Alabama they do a fantastic job seems like they have more than one location and they will treat you right the way that they have treated me right this is my second time coming back to get my car repair so looking forward for another fine job from them thanks for the good work guys keep up the good work.

I will never return nor recommend this company to any friends, family, nor any my followers on social media. I had to return the same day because my door wasn't closely property and nothing was wrong with my door when I took it in. Also my headlight and fender wasn't push up like it suppose to. Also a bot to fenders wasn't tight enough. I advised Paige or Payton I think was her name about the paint on my bumper was like a hump it was mess up and she never addressed it or advised me they would fit it. They fix everything expect paint issue on my bumper at the bottom, and I been without my car for 2 weeks. For an $8,000 job it wasn't done right. They only contacted one time and advised me my car were done getting painted, and was headed to mechanic shop. I had to call or had my insurance company to call them for updates afterward and had me taking my rental back early due to they didn't contact my insurance company. My vehicle was later then expected and wasn't ready. Mrs Debra at front desk was the only one that was respectful or nice. One of the guys when I called for an update actually told me they wasn't calling me later that day since I already called and I asked him to call me and update lately that day. My car had drink bottles, it were dirty in side and out, it wasn't wash nor detailed as promise. My car was so dirty I could see the workers hand prints on the hood and the windows.
They did a great job fixing my Ford Explorer after I was rear ended by another driver. They were very polite, kept me updated several times a week during the repair process, finished early, and handled billing perfectly and efficiently.
I had a phenomenal experience with these guys! They made the process of getting my car fixed/working thru insurance so easy. They outlined everything for me! Employees are fun and great personalities. Couldn’t recommend more!
Fantastic service, amazing communication. I was very impressed! I thought it was going to take forever and continually have to worry about when I would get my truck back, but they stayed in constant communication with me every day, letting me know the process and returned my truck way sooner than I expected.
Great repairs. Needed a whole new door and they blended the paint so well you can't tell repairs were ever done. Missing one star for not checking in with me on the status of repairs and then calling the wrong number when my car was actually ready for pickup. It also took 3 weeks when it was estimated at 1 but it was around the holidays so I understand.
The customer service is overall really great and the repairs are perfect.
Left a vehicle that was immaculate, for a fender replacement. There are 4 massive (and obvious at night) scratches that were not present before the fender replacement. When I originally came in for the estimate, the estimator even commented on how clean, with zero swirl marks, this black vehicle was. Extremely frustrated with how poor the workmanship and quality was. I’m a car guy, and I expect excellent work. This was the worst quality I have ever seen out of a body shop, and even more disgusted that they were ok with giving it back to me this way. I will be leaving it until resolved.
I will always take my vehicles here to be repaired if the need ever arises. The office staff are so kind and wonderful. I was called every other day by Rebecka and I loved my updates! I even was updated through text. Deborah is so pleasant and greeted us when we walked in the door. I’m so glad to have my car back, and the way it was before the accident
Nov. 5, 2020 I got into an accident where the right lift gate and back fender on my 2019 Jeep Compass was damaged. Once I chose them to repair my vehicle they got me right on in the following week & got started on all my repairs. They kept me informed every step of the way (even through the Thanksgiving Holidays) & called every other day to give updates on how the work was going which I appreciated. They even had someone to help take me to & from the car rental place. I give them a 10/10 on every aspect, the staff was great & the finished product was as good as new. I truly recommend them to anyone!!
