Sexton is the best. They are so friendly and they always seem to fit me in when no one else can. They recently solved a problem in one day that would have taken the Ford dealer a week at least to get me in.
I've been going to Saxton for years, theybare always friendly. They always take care of whichever of my vehicles I bring in, getting me back on the road in a timely fashion. The prices are pretty normal ( what you expect.) But they do excellent work.
I went to another auto shop and they told me that I had a nail on the inside of the tire that they couldn’t patch. They also told me that they’d have to replace that tire and the other rear tire so that the treads matched. They quoted me over $1000 for tires and labor. I went to Sexton and when they brought my car around they had patched the tire and said the nail was dead center and could be easily patched. The customer service from the customer service reps at the front desk and the technicians that worked on my car was phenomenal and I truly appreciate their honesty. Highly recommend! They also got me in and out on my lunch break!

Recently, we took our 2016 Volkswagen Passat in for a basic oil change. While servicing the vehicle, they encountered a minor mishap that resulted in a service charge of $250.00. The shop absorbed the cost and took ownership of the minor mishap. They could have acted in deceit and passed the charges on to us but instead was honest and forthcoming in their dealings. How can you not appreciate that! Because of their integrity, we ended up getting a free oil change.

I am a returning customer, on thier mailing list because I bought tires from them. But recently, I needed an oil change, but my coupons were out of date, so they were nice enough to give me an early birthday free oil change instead! It shows they appreciate their return customers, which you don't get any where else. Great service too, in and out in under an hour on a saturday morning. I am very pleased, and recommend them.
As a long time customer I was really disappointed today.. My GMC was scanned prior to me taking it in and I started what it scanned to them. I got a phone call that my suv needed a Evap purge valve, as when I brake my car acts like it wants to take off. So I paid nearly $400 thinking what I was told was the issue..once I drove away my car was doing the same as before I paid to have the Evap purge valve put on.. I don’t have a problem paying for what I need done on my vehicle but this has me so upset.. I don’t have any complaints towards the staff as they are very friendly and professional, they always have been since I’ve been a customer. I’m upset that I feel I just gave away my hard earned money. Maybe it’s my fault that I probably should have taken my car to the GMC dealership who specialises in GMC and just paid $160 to find out exactly what the issue is for my car doing what it’s doing. I don’t mean to bad mouth Sexton Tires but this ordeal has really shaken me to loose that amount of money for nothing, when I try to do nothing but right by people..
My mom had a vehicle that was continually having error emblems popping up on the display. She had a diagnostic check ran at a local parts store. We brought it into Sexton and they were able to check out the codes and explain what they meant to us in more understandable terms than just mechanical. Prices are fair and work was quick. Every encounter from the first one we had with each person was phenomenal. The car actually drives and operates better than it ever has

The staff at Sexton Tire Pros were A-1! Both Representatives at the front counter searched very diligently to get me a full set of tires in an emergency situation, at an affordable price, when I could no longer wait out until February to get new ones. They were kind, professional, and gave me a realistic timeframe when I could possibly get my car back. I was not expecting to get my car back the same day, but they were able to work me in! I have seen many entitled, rude, and impatient people come into this establishment, and demand service for a car like it is a fast food restaurant.
If you are at dire straits with your vehicle, and you think your problem is the only one in the world, then you probably think this place didn’t give you great service. But if you are patient, understanding, realistic, and observe their parking lot, then you’ll see that Sexton Tire Pros in Montgomery is one of the best places in Montgomery to get great tier service! I recommend that you at least start with them, when shopping around for tires. And even if you may get a better price elsewhere, just ask questions, because their customer service (if applicable to your situation) is worth “possibly” paying a slightly hire rate for tires.
Professional and prompt service despite being short an employee who was out sick! I was able to drop my vehicle off, grab a bite to eat, and pick it up an hour later. We will be back!
It is extremely rare to find customer service like this. They treat everyone who walks through the door with the utmost courtesy. They explain what your vehicle needs in very simple, understandable language and offer options if there are any. There is never any "hard sell, up-sale" talk. And they make you feel like they appreciate your business. I've been a customer for nearly 30 years.
Sexton is a great shop for tires anything suspension related, oil changes, and.even light repairs! I've been really impressed by the professionalism and speedy work!

My car didn’t sit all day and they are one of the businesses that participated in Veterans Day, make sure you go see them, location Ann Street they Will greet you with a smile, you’ll be right at home.
The inside staff was good. However when my car came around I now have tire with less tread then I do on my back tires that were not changed has more thread. While discussing with the gentleman from inside three mechanics was outside and started trying to get my attention tellung me he will put old tires on after two hours of being there and I could ride off with my old tire. After sigma for the lease agreement and contract of payment. He then walked to my car and said it again in front of all associates. And I let them know I was getting my husband and leaving but I will be pressing action and will never return to this aher for service that allows their mechanics to say whatever they want to customers as a person in charge lets them and all they can say is I am sorry he said that and did not fix tire issues.
My car wa add ready very quickly and my new radius rods made my car drive as good as when it was new. Great job and it cost hundreds less than at the dealership.

I have used Sexton a couple of times. The first time, everyone was thorough. I received pictures of recommended services as well as good communication on the status of my vehicle. I took it back some months later for the recommended services & also concerned about my breaks on a Friday morning. I got a call saying the parts would be in by Monday or Tuesday for what they needed to do. Things went left after leaving my car for the weekend. Monday passed & I didn’t hear anything. I finally called on Tuesday. Ryan answered the phone & we spoke about what was going on & they were doing services I wasn’t aware of nor did I approve. He had been on vacation & profusely apologized for the lack of communication. They ended up having my car for an entire week. However, despite my frustration & inconveniences, RYAN personally did whatever & all that he could to keep me calm & make things right. Maria is also a gem there !! I recommend their services but please ask for Ryan. I am not fond of the others!!!
Sexton always takes care of me! We got into my car on Saturday morning at 11:30am to go to lunch and my wife noticed a low tire pressure warning. I found a giant screw embedded in the middle of my tire and drove directly to Sexton’s. They put me in line for repair and I planned my Uber back at 2:30 to pick up. Great experience (as ALWAYS)!
I had a wonderful experience having my truck serviced at Sexton. I have used another company for a while and have a few thousand dollars worth of work. My check engine light comes on and then find out on my own that only have the work that was supposed to be fully repaired was only half done. Thanks to Sexton and their fully honesty I now know my truck is in good hands and my money will be used to truly repair the entire issue.
I was short on time and they got me in and out and did not seem bothered at all when I asked questions as if I were questioning their skill set. Mrs Caitlyn very nice and well versed, also had conversations with a couple of mechanics. I love talking to people that have good intelligence. I will refer and use them again.
