So, I woke up to a flat tire on Christmas Morning. Of course, everyone is closed so I decided to replace the tire today. Driving through the rain while it's cold on a spare tire was definitely an exhilarating experience. I went to 2 shops & no one had my tire. As I head to my 3rd stop, I noticed "C&A" and decided to give them a chance. The WELCOMING was great & they took care of me immediately. Professional, Prompt, & Price Reasonableness sums up my experience with them. Thank you all again.

Was passing through with my family on vacation and my vehicle broke down. They were able to take a look and identify the issue immediately. They also had my vehicle fixed and ready to go in less than 24 hours. Everyone was professional and accommodating, communication was fast and informative. Highly recommended.
My experience is one for the books , Unknowingly I Volunteerly allowed my vehicle to be in the hands of a unprofessional, dishonest , low down Establishment. I paid for a service I did not receive. I brought my vehicle here to have the rim unbent and to my surprise the Vehicle was returned to me with no work performed, and to add Insult to injury the price was marked up 100 percent . I was quoted $125 by the caucasian manger. The next day the black manager charged me $212.20. But the matter got worse when they asked me for my pin number to my debit card because they did not want to turn the chip read around. I was reluctant but I obliged Because I was just in disbelief On how much corruption was going on in this place. There were customers complaining about how they didn't get a car back correctly and how they were to being over charged from the quoted price as I was in there. This is a classic case Of what the customer don't know won't hurt them. But the mistake is I knew immediately when the handed my car back over to me because the tire wobbled just as it did when I brought it in. And that was the sole purpose of bringing it in there. To unbend the rim so the wobble stops. Its unfortunate that the face of this company is black brother and sisters , because they are being used as a pawn to lie ,cheat and deceive their owb kind and Community. But you could never win when you play dirty, and in this case with others lives. I don't find money to be the root of all this evilness here , but I find it to be the Greed , Deception and lack human Decorm that should one day bring these people great shame.
Very unprofessional. They don’t have the proper equipment to mount tires on large rims, although I was asked to sign a waiver “just in case the machine scratched the rim” there was never a machine to put the rim on. When I noticed the guys putting the tire on with crowbars I was told I can’t just stand around and look. Also, we were told different prices BUT they were the only place that could get the tire. We took a chance and now it’s going to cost us more than the price of the tire to repair the rim!!
I commend Vanessa at C&A Tire Co. in Montgomery. Vanessa was extremely professional to resolve the issues I had regarding the warranty on my brakes & rotor via phone. Thank you Vanessa for being the jewel I needed today to have my car repaired.

However, I gave a 3-star review because the mechanic that worked on my vehicle did a poor job & didn't replace the parts like he was suppose to. Women ALWAYS get taken when dealing with car repair places & dealerships. It's SAD!!
I was overcharged 500 for an alignment that they never completed. The car drove the same way it came in. I waited 4 hrs for nothing. While there, another customer came in complaining that a tire C&A put on came off in the middle of the road, and they and their kids could have died. Please don’t take your car here.
My experience with them wasn’t all that great at all. I thought my truck needed a tune up and ended up needing a transmission. They had my truck almost two months costing me money in rentals as my truck was my only transportation and I’m a mother. I feel like I was ripped off by half done work. The bolts on the flywheel wasn’t even tightened. It was loose. My truck sat so long my battery died and I ended up having other problems than I had before it went to the shop. Miraculously. The truck is old but goodness gracious. I’m not going back there. I ended up getting a loan to cover repair expenses I couldn’t afford and forced to have to fix the truck I considered just letting it go. But I’m already invested. I should’ve just let them kept it. I contemplated it and I should’ve went with it. I reluctantly paid. Believe all the bad reviews and none of the good ones. They will con you out your money. Their ratings should be lower than what it is. No one should take their car to them. They will screw you over. That’s for sure.
I won a judgement against them in August of last year and still have not received payment. Had my attorney send letter requesting payment and no response, called and was told their attorney would contact me. That never happened and when called back to speak to manager she told me the only way I would get my judgement is if I went back to the courthouse. That lets me know they have no intention of paying the judgement I won.
I called C&A Auto regarding tires and the lady at the front said that she had tires for sale $57 per tire when I got there I waited about an hour she sent me a text on my phone and the tires added up to be $ 1,348. The mechanic did not even put my spare tire on . The cashier at the front desk wanted me to sign the receipt stating that they wasn't responsible for nothing and no warranty was on the paper . I had tell her to put it on the receipt. I was there a total of 3 1/2 hours. Bad business.

Please Do not take your vehicles here . The owner is very rude and will hustle you out your money . I purchased a brand new motor with this company and same day I got my car I have been having problems with the motor and things in the motor. They first didn’t hook up all my equipment that was supposed to be hooked up on my motor . Also trying to charge me parts off my old motor to put on my new motor. I have been letting them fix on my since the beginning of the year . Every time they fix my truck it’s something new wrong right after literally before I can leave the parking lot . The owner is money hungry and will not give you the service you pay for not all the employees are bad but some can’t be trusted . He will literally try to get over on you I am currently fighting a battle to get my truck fixed correctly I have been putting off if I want to take this to court . But how much I have been going through going to court seems like the best option.
I came in and the ladies at the front desk were very polite. They were able to take me immediately. They finished the work on a timely manner. As I say waiting Liz at the desk kept me informed on what was going on with my car and engaged in conversation with me. Liz was very sweet. Overall I had a great experience
I would give this place a -0 if I could. Horrible communication and Horrible service‼ Liz at the front desk is dishonest and will give you the run around! I spent over $400 on my car at this place, when I should have read the reviews first. I spent 5 hrs on work they didn't do right. I spent then another $160 on getting my car back like it's suppose to be. My front caliber bolt came out while driving from work done by these people. My whole caliber SHIFTED, IT COULD HAVE BEEN A MAJOR ACCIDENT W/MY KIDS ON THE CAR!
These people aren't certified mechanics here,they over price you and con artists!! They don't do refunds and want you to contact their general manager. Very nasty attitudes because they messed up!
Don't bring your car here, it will come back in worse conditions than when you first bring it SERIOUSLY. Never again! The girl at the towing company was really NICE and the heavy set Caucasian guy that tow the cars....he was the only one that sympathetically apologized.
Brought my car in for a front wheel bearing replacement,front brakes,and front rotors (all brand new parts that I brought) In the end my problems were... I needed a new caliber, my rotor was damaged like it beat on, warning lights on dashboard were on, caliber thread was stripped, bolt fell out, brakes weren't tight. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!
I can’t believe this dump is still open. I took my car to them a couple or years ago. The scratch my rims and didn’t want to pay for it. I had only had my car about 6 months. My rims was painted before I purchased the car. Reading these reviews made me mad all over again. People STOP taking your car here. Sometimes it’s worth spending a little more money to get your car fixed. They ready didn’t deserve the one star rating but I had to give it to them to leave this review.
I usually let Firestone on Troy Highway do all my maintenance on my vehicle. Decided to try and support a black business. 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I got my brake pads replaced and all four of my center caps were on my vehicle. After I picked up my truck, I didn’t realize the center cap was missing until I got to my destination and the shop was already closed. I called prior to going back to the shop and the young lady that answered told me okay to come on to the shop. When I arrived to the shop, the bay manager said the center caps were on there when he finished the vehicle and even if it came off while I was driving they wouldn’t replace it.
Moral of the story:
If a $20 center cap can’t be replaced, imagine if it were something major!
I wrote a review the other day about the Atlanta Hwy location. I still stand on what I said but I just wanted everyone to know the the location on the blvd gave me the best service I can ask for from beginning to end Ms. Liz the manager was absolutely amazing and her mechanic Mr. Randol fixed my car in no time and they were so professional. I just want to thank them again!!
I called and asked for a tow from my old apartment to my new one. Once the driver arrived, he asked if I wanted to take it to one of their shops to be looked at instead of towing it home. I said yes, and asked the fee. The driver told me $85 for the tow and $69 for the diagnostic but the diagnostic will be waived if I get it fixed. I’m like okay, we arrive at the shop and Haley gets my name and phone number. I leave and they call back and said oh it’s your starter and it’s $600. I then went to the store, offered to bring my own part and they said they would charge me $249 for bringing my own. At this point I didn’t even want to use the services because it seemed underhanded. Most every customer in the waiting area seemed disgruntled so I asked them if they could just tow it to my home. I agreed to pay the addition $85 to have it towed again plus the $69 diagnostic fee. At this point I just wanted my car. This was at 2:00pm by 5pm my car still had not been towed to me. I called the driver from earlier. He said he should be at my home by 6:45pm. By 7:30pm my vehicle still hasn’t arrived. I called the shop back and was told that my car would be brought to me in the morning because my keys were locked in the shop and the shop was closed. By this time I’m livid because you’ve proven to me you cannot be trusted and you all aren’t honest people. You’re just looking for a way to get money. I’m 8 months pregnant and I don’t have time for shenanigans. I’m praying they bring me my vehicle in the morning. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had and I’m upset because I trusted you with my business, paid you my hard earned money and you all basically just got money from me and still haven’t given me my vehicle. I’m highly disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone!
On our way to Atlanta and we broke down at 7:00AM in Montgomery. So thankful Elizabeth, manager of C & A Mobile Tire & Auto answered our phone call. She welcomed us in with a warm smile, and within minutes we had a diagnostics test done on our car. I can't speak highly enough about this team, they changed spark plugs and coils and saved us from having to buy a new engine. Back on the road within 3 hours, thank you guys so much, we appreciate your generosity.
Very professional, very personable, and great customer service… it’s rare that you get your car done with expenses that are reasonable and the people that work there actually are doing their job. Will definitely recommend and will be bringing my car back to get everything and anything done! They did everything in a timely fashion!

before they begin work on your vehicle and after they finish they give you a whole different price which is higher than the original price and don't even check with you to see if you want them to get the extra parts. And on top of that they charge a 4% card fee to the customer which they should be paying to credit card companies themselves not the customer. I don't recommend anyone to go here. They have a no refund policy which also customers should be aware of. Also if you have a vehicle on their property for less than 3 days that you don't want fixed they will charge you a $40 dollar daily fee. Was notified that my vehicle was ready which was there for 3 days already waiting on parts when I got there it was not totally complete and I had to leave for more work to be completed, and more parts to be ordered, wasted my time. Total rip off don't patronize. I tried to support local owned small business but this is not one to support. No star rating.

My 18 yr old son and his friends were driving back from the shores and got a flat tire sunday night. We googled auto repair shops in the area so he would know where to have it towed. This was the only place that had open 24 hours so he took it there. He had placed a call to let them know the situation and he would be bringing his car. They told him it would be $150 with the tire. So he assumed it would be for a new tire and putting it on since they did not say what all that covered. They did spend over an hour fixing it and telling him he had a bad rim which they had one but it wasnt the size so he didnt get that fixed. They fixed it so he could get back on the road knowing he had to get back to bowling green ky from there. They said it should hold to at least get him there. 2 hours into the drive they stopped to switch drivers and the posted pic is what they saw (the rim is bad on the edge due to it being driven on). So another tow to a different repair shop had to be done. The second repair shop said c and a charged for a used tire ($45) and the other $105 was for a service call. Turns out the rim wasnt bad like my son was told and the tire they gave him was over 5 years old which is why it didnt even make it out of the state. As since they feel the problem was resolved afer they fixed it they are probably the ones who broke the peice that caused the tire to shred after it being driven for awhile. When i called i told him all that happened they didnt even want to credit me any money back knowing they didnt tell him about the service fee, or being wrong on the real problem or even using a tire that wasnt gonna make it thru the drive. The website does not say there would be a service fee all it says is open 24 hours. This is misleading as hell. When i kept telling them this was a problem he kept going back to the tire situation so that tells me he knew he didnt tell my son about a service fee which my son and his friends said that he never did mention. I see other bad reviews on here and i see they like to take advantage of people inexperienced or in a bind. I would have been happy with a credit of the tire since i had to get another one since they didnt fix that right in the first place. Ill be contacting legal representation since my son and his friends lives and the lives of other people on the highway were in danger with them not fixing the right thing. PEOPLE READING THIS BEWARE! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!
