When I took my monte carlo to tire city i ask david how much would it cost to get my car running he said 5k i told him of a pay that price im not bringing a trailer they had my car for 7 months when I came back to get my monte Carlo it had a oil leak and the wrong universal joints with me having all my parts there I still had to pay 4k and a trailer they do bad business

Excellent customer service.. Took my car to get service for front end issues and with in 2 hours they were calling me with diagnostics results. He gave me the price and explained finance options or cash price. Had car ready next business day. It ride excellent.

I would like to thank David and his team for doing an outstanding job to my F150 truck. I called and spoke to David and he was very kind and asked if I could bring my truck in after telling him about the issues. My starter was going out, water pump leaking and my tires were dry rotted. The next day David sent me a text showing me a very detail issue with pictures as well as the prices of each individual part. To my surprise the next day I received another text saying that my truck had been fixed and was ready for pick up. I was thoroughly pleased with their services and have found a new home for all of my families car needs.

Had my car over two months give me thr run around did not fix the issue just pick it up yesterday in they still did not fix the problem. Now my car is having more problems it was not like that before I drop my car off

Decent prices and good customer service. I've received service twice from this location.The most recent visit took a little longer than expected. I was originally quoted about a hour for drop off but decided to stay. Service was roughly 3 hours for tire replacement and alignment. The wait room was pretty clean and quiet so I was able to work from my laptop. I did bring water and ended up walking to the Burger King nearby for breakfast since service extended about 2 hrs past the estimated wait.Overall, not a bad experience. I would suggest a vending machine or small bottled water since the waiting area can be quite warm. I'll be returning for brake service as well.I have yet to receive an email of my receipt (after emailing the company)which is why I removed i rates the facility 4 stars instead of 5.
Overcharged me for something simple went and got a ignition coil changed but instead of changing all 4 they charged me 300 to change 1. My part was only 50 dollars a piece and I ended up changing the other 3 myself and it literally took me 5 minutes at most. That’s 250 for labor and they was going to charge me another 450 to put the other 3 in that would’ve been 700 for literally a 250 dollar job

DNT NEVER GO HERE!! ONE MORE THING NEVER GO HERE! They over CHARGED me for work I never told them to do! 2nd they gave my truck back in worst condition as it was bc I told them I wasnt giving them $150 to beat something on my truck with a hammer! And then he told me I was lying that my truck been In a wreck in which my truck was never in a wreck!
I had some major repairs that need to be done to my car, the guys were honest and told me.the truth about what I needed to have done and in what order. They did the work and my car runs like it is brand new. They are the best. This is truly a one stop shop.
Had a tire blow out on my trip. Luckily these guys were nearby and had a towing service that picked me up in less than 30 minutes. 2 new tires for a fraction the cost I would pay in Florida. I'm still surprised with the quality and speed of service offered here
We had a blow out on the interstate, we were towed and had the tires changed in under an hour. The service was fantastic and some of the nicest people I’ve met, honestly pricewise wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Just passing though, and these guys managed to fit me in, worked hard to fix a problem on my truck camper. And gave some advice on other issues with the truck, happy with the service I got thanks.

About 6 weeks ago, prior to leaving for work, my sister walked out to her vehicle and noticed that her driver’s side rear tire was slightly deflated. Because she didn’t want to be late for work, she went ahead and drove to work – slowly (it was 6:00 in the morning, so there wasn’t a lot of traffic on the streets that she used to get to work) – and then she called me to ask if I could drive to her job, get her keys (from her), and then take her vehicle to a tire shop close to her job.
So, prior to driving to meet her, I Googled tire shops within 3 miles of her job. I decided to go with Tire City because (1) it was less than a mile from her job, and (2) I liked most of their online reviews. And yes, I’m fully aware that some online reviews are fake. I didn’t have time to debate whether Tire City’s reviews were real or fake; I had to get to my sister’s vehicle before the tire completely deflated and left me with even more work to do.
Long story short, I slowly drove the vehicle to Tire City (the tire was about 1/4 deflated), the owner showed me what had caused the tire to deflate – it was a small piece of metal wiring about 2½ – 3 inches long that had punctured the tire – and the repair bill was only $25 (woo hoo!!). The entire process took less than 30 minutes from the time I drove up until the time I drove out. I was so happy with their quick, professional, and courteous service that I told the owner I would be writing a positive online review for them. In case you’re wondering why I waited 6 weeks before writing this review, it’s because I wanted to make SURE that my sister didn’t have any issues with her tire. I’m happy to report that she has had ZERO issues with her tire thus far. She’s very happy with the repair work that was done on her tire. That’s why I made sure that I gave her and my other sister Tire City’s business cards (I kept one for myself just in case). Keep up the good work, Tire City. You guys are great!

Inherited location from the venerable Seago's Montgomery Service center, but modernized by Carl with database and remodelled waiting room, office. Seago's had highly qualified, honest mechanics who could save you money in careful maintenance. Similarly Tire city has experienced mechanics, so likely will continue to provide good service at reasonable prices.
My husband and I had a light come on in the middle of a six hour drive home conveniently close to Tire City in Troy. We stopped by, and Charlie was super kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop!
Our truck started making a worrisome engine noise on the highway, so we brought it in to get checked out. They asked us detailed questions about the vehicle, and gave us a range of options, including best and worst-case scenarios. The guys were honest and professional, and genuinely cared about getting us on the road again safely. Highly recommend if you're in the area, or if you're in a pinch.

I was just outside Montgomery on my way home to Birmingham when my car died. Symptoms told me it was a bad alternator. I found Montgomery Service Center via a Google search for "towing service" and called them. They arranged for the tow truck to bring me to their shop. Even though they are listed as a "transmission shop" they are a full service auto repair shop. They quickly confirmed my diagnosis, installed a new alternator, and had me on my was in JUST OVER AN HOUR. Wow! And the price was reasonable as well. They more than met my needs and thoroughly exceeded my expectations. And I've never been made more welcome at an auto service shop in my life. If I lived in Montgomery this would be my car service place of choice.
