Absolutely the worse towing company I have ever encountered. Their app is unreliable and their customer service is even worse. I highly recommend staying away from this company and choosing anyone else to handle your towing needs. This company has no integrity and is a nightmare to deal with.

I had a dead battery and was stuck at work. Cedric came and got me started and let me follow him to the nearest auto parts store, just in case my battery went dead again. I’m so glad I used them and so glad he helped me because I know nothing about cars lol

Got rear ended and called insurance who hooked us up with this company. Was given a bogus time and after waiting 2 hours we called and were told we still had people ahead of us. We cancelled the tow. Ideal my foot.

I've used Idea Roadside twice as part of my roadside assistance with Verizon. Both times, Blake was the driver that came out for my tow. Extremely professional. On the 2nd tow i wasn't home when he arrived to get the vehicle. He called me to let me know he was picking up the car and also when he was dropping it off. I definitely recommend with 5 stars.

My driver A. Blake was very professional and persistent with everything. He answered all of the questions I had and he was also training someone as well and he mad sure he didn't make any mistakes while training and I admire that. He did a very good job handling my car.
First and foremost, I want to extend a big thank you and shout out to Blake. He was quick, very professional, exceptionally kind, and courteous, engaging in great conversations while speaking highly of the company. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. My insurance provider, Progressive, contacted this company to tow my vehicle to a dealership around 11 or 11:30 AM. I received a call around 12 or 12:30 PM indicating that the driver was approximately four minutes away, which was perfect since I needed to be at the dealership by 2 PM to pick up my loaner car. I overheard the driver conversing back and forth with another gentleman in the vehicle, which left me a bit confused. I mentioned that I had a car seat with me, and he informed me that he had someone else in the car and could not transport me and my child to the dealership. Being from Michigan and having no assistance here, I reached out to my neighbor to watch my three-month-old child while I headed to the dealership to get my car fixed and make it to work. I told the driver that since he was four minutes away, I would open the gate and be outside. I also mentioned that my car was parked in the backyard, which might make it a bit challenging to retrieve. I then heard the driver speaking to the other person in the vehicle, saying, 'Oh no, we’re going to a different stop first because this one’s going to be harder.' I stood outside with my neighbor, opened the gate for easy access to the backyard, and waited. I received a text from the driver stating, 'Deietrick from Ideal Roadside, I will be to your car in the next 20 minutes. There was a complication with calls, so I’m on my way immediately after this drop-off.' This was a significant inconvenience because, while there were multiple people in the car, that wasn’t the issue since I had a babysitter next door. However, the shift from 'I am four minutes away' to 'I’ll be there in approximately 30 minutes' was frustrating, especially after just being told he was four minutes away. Now, due to the job being harder and the heat outside. I then called the guy who texted me, and I found the lack of response to be quite unprofessional. They sounded like immature boys bickering in a car, but now it feels lazy since it’s a bit more complicated. We’re planning to go to a different stop and then return to this one. When Blake arrived, he got the car out in no time—less than five minutes. That’s the only reason I’m giving this two stars, as he truly salvaged the experience. After not receiving an answer, I contacted this company because this was the number provided by my insurance. Kenya, the dispatcher, was not very pleasant. She even mentioned that it’s not their responsibility to tow babies if they are with you, which struck me as odd since I’ve had this vehicle towed multiple times without issue. However, I guess having two people in the car was the problem. I called back four times because I didn’t get a response the first two times. On the third and fourth attempts, I finally got through again. Now, I’m on my fifth call, only to find out that she hasn’t contacted anyone. I still haven’t received an update on the whereabouts of the tow truck; 40 minutes have gone by after already waiting an hour. In total, no one arrived until 2 o’clock. My insurance company called them at 11:30, leading to a total wait of three hours, which prevented me from getting my rental car because this job was deemed less important than the one that called in before. Kenya assured me that a manager would call me back, but I have yet to receive a call from a manager, not once. I ended up calling four times after the initial call just to get an update on how long it would take so I could inform the dealership. Honestly, Blake was the one who saved the entire experience; my overall experience was tainted due to all the back-and-forth confusion, unprofessionalism, etc. I literally sincerely want to thank Blake because he was extremely nice and fast!! The only reason it got two stars. Thanks Blake
Although this tow was not the closest, meeting Mark made me give this service 5 star. It took longer because of his location, but when he arrived, he introduced himself and asked questions that helped him quickly determine what to do next.
He was able to get my car started immediately and rather than towing me to the dealer he suggested that I drive myself to determine what was wrong before going home to be safe. Oh, and the dealer was less than a mile away!
Bryan was exceptional! The wait time was about 40 minutes.I needed my car towed. He was courteous and really backed my car how I wanted. He is a true hard worker & professional. They came through and helped me out of a bind when my car stopped on the interstate. Highly recommended
Mr. Blake was very professional. He arrived quickly even though it was the 4th of July. When he opened my locked door in 2 minutes flat, the alarm started going off and he crawled into the back of my Yukon and got the keys I left in the back of the truck when loading something. I really appreciate that!

I appreciate the quick response in getting my car towed. Blake served me with kindness and courtesy every step of the way, from the time his arrival and to the repair shop. He made sure the mechanic understood what I could not explain in reference to the problem I had with my car locked gear shift. Professionalism at its best. Thank again
They were great! We set up the tow through our insurance and they communicated with us when the driver would be there. The driver, Mike, texted us to verify our location and called to let us know he was headed to us. He had the car loaded and on the way to the shop in under 15 minutes and arrived under the ETA. Mike and Ideal were great after a terrible experience with another company. I cannot recommend them enough!
