Broke down 5 hours from home, Ced was out in 15 minutes! He was an amazing guy very helpful! Made a nightmare into a pretty good day honestly! Fully recommend this guy!!

I would avoid doing business with this tow company. I had recently won an impound no reserve auction for the starting bid through Ideal's bidding platform. When I went to arrange picking up the vehicle, the person tried to say that "oh, well there was supposed to be a reserve" despite there not being a reserve on the vehicle. Very unethical practice for an auction. Come to find out, they wanted $150 more for the vehicle and are upset that it was one for the starting bid. I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing ANY OTHER tow service as there are plenty in the Montgomery area. Do yourself a favor and avoid bidding on any of their impound vehicles.
Great company and tow drivers. Xavier (hope the spelling is correct) was here promptly. His mannerisms were second to none. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. It was like talking to someone I've known my whole life. I would personally recommend him any day. Thanks again Xavier and Ideal Roadside for the help. Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Had a blowout at 10:45 PM on a cold, rainy night. Ideal Roadside Assistance was the only company that responded immediately and actually showed up. Dispatch was fast and professional, the driver was respectful and efficient, and the price was very reasonable; no price gouging. Reliable, responsive, and professional when it mattered most. First time and I pray it’s my last. The dispatcher needs to learn better communication skills. I wish I would have read the reviews first before calling. I was stuck on the side of the road with a blow out for almost 2 hours. I tried to call the dispatcher after a hour after she told me someone will be out to change my tire in 45 minutes but she never answered. At this point I had got frustrated and Cj walker gave me a call and told me he was 25 minutes out. ( He was great and fast he the only reason I gave them 2 stars). But then she told him I was some where else instead of the right location but so happened I seen him driven in the wrong way or I will have me been still stuck. But like I said before thanks CJ Walker.
Got my vehicle and I home without no issues and excellent customer service from dispatch to the tow truck drivers. Id definitely use this company again.
Terry came out to jump my wife’s car at 1 am. He was courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend ideal roadside to provide help when you need it and don’t be afraid to ask for Terry by name as he will have you covered.

Ideal Roadside did a great job from start to finish. They are affordable compared to most. I called another company before them and they wanted 200+ dollars. Ideal only charged me 131 to pick the car up and take it to another city. They also came within 20 minutes of my call to them. The other company said it would have been a hour. Ill use them again if I have to and I recommend them over many.keep up the great service ideal!
Be careful if you receive Marcus as a driver !!!! My 1 year old son iPad was missing after he dropped my car off to my mechanics home and I arrived ten minutes after him. To steal from a child is sooo freaking low especially from someone who spent their hard earned money with the company you work for!!! Wish I would’ve chose another towing company ! Awful I’m only leaving a one star to bring awareness to others.

Awesome company!! Got to me in under an hour. Tow driver was very polite and quick. The other 3 tow companies i called first 2 did not even answer the phone and the other said it would be hours before they could tow me, i was stranded and didn't have hours to wait If i ever need another tow im calling these guys.

My driver A. Blake was very professional and persistent with everything. He answered all of the questions I had and he was also training someone as well and he mad sure he didn't make any mistakes while training and I admire that. He did a very good job handling my car.
Bryan was exceptional! The wait time was about 40 minutes.I needed my car towed. He was courteous and really backed my car how I wanted. He is a true hard worker & professional. They came through and helped me out of a bind when my car stopped on the interstate. Highly recommended

They were great! We set up the tow through our insurance and they communicated with us when the driver would be there. The driver, Mike, texted us to verify our location and called to let us know he was headed to us. He had the car loaded and on the way to the shop in under 15 minutes and arrived under the ETA. Mike and Ideal were great after a terrible experience with another company. I cannot recommend them enough!
