(Warning) Not honest business, They will take your money fast,But very poor service.They have ripped me off for the last time. They have broken down trucks,and very run down. I know they need to close down. Just think first to check around for a honest place for your vehicle. Don't give them your money. They take to long to work on cars.They scam insurance companies as well..Dont fall for ac work,that's how they first got me.They go through alot of employees in a very short time.
Horrible experience our car has been there for 4 months and has been paid for and still has not been worked on! They are liars please find somewhere else to do your business... I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
My husband was left on the side of the road on I65 for over two and a half hours waiting for this company AFTER STATE FARM HAD SENT THEM EVERYTHING AND SENT CONFIRMATION. The dispatcher "Kayla" was beyond HORRIBLE! She yelled at my husband when he called to see what was taking so long and flat out said I aint sending anyone until I get paid. Are you serious? We are doing everything we can and our insurance agent to make sure State Farm is aware of what this company did to us. Thank goodness when we kept calling a sweet man by the name of Mike answered. When we told him what was going on he immediately jumped in his truck and came and got my husband. THIS WOMAN SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!! and we wont stop until something is done! Until this company takes care of the people they have representing their company BEWARE AND DO NOT USE! I will update review IF we get a resolution by the owner Charlie.
