Wish I could leave a 0 Star Review. Those location is a joke. Just needed a battery tested and surprisingly I was the only customer in the store. The first employee eventually come from the back and nonchalantly acknowledges me... Tell him I need a battery tested, he doesn't know how to do this, fine. I'm guessing the "manager" is the next to acknowledge me, has a tester in hand, great. As she is testing the battery I am standing 3-4 feet away, the normal space you leave in any convo. She says "I need you to stand back." OK, I'm not in your personal space, she repeats. If I was close enough to be in her personal space, I can understand the request. I wasn't. I came into THIS store ready to spend $200 plus for an AGM battery. EVEN IF MINE ONLY NEEDED A CHARGE. I gladly went 1/2 mile down the road to Advance Auto Parts for a much better experience.

My truck was having battery issues. I went to this store and spoke with the heavyset lady, who brought a testing device to my vehicle. After testing, she said the battery, charging system and wires were all in working order. Went home, next morning truck wouldn’t start. Went to an auto repair shop and he looked at the battery and said that even though he tested it (it was bad) he could tell by looking at it that it was bad. It had started to swell. Please train your people more thoroughly.

The Kravers' Catfish House greeters were very polite. The order takers were attentive, and got our orders tight the first time. I had on my Disabled American Veterans Cap, and a man who is a Deacon in his Church honored me by paying for my meal. Worse service I've ever got...the assistant manager was so rude to my son and she wouldnt let the associate put our battery in even after the manager said he could...I called twice to talk to someone about it and kept being put on hold...for 20 mins..I am a widow and I always thought you guys were a decent company but not any more...

These people at this store have the worst customer service ever. Last week they sold me the wrong headlight, a month ago they sold me the wrong ac compressor, and today I just wanted some simple bumper trim clips, they refused to help find the correct ones. After I found what I thought might work they refused to verify by the part number to see where they went. The girl helping me this time straight up cut me off and answer the phone with out putting them on hold to wrap up my transaction, and then told me that I needed to move out of the way. If you don't know exactly what you're going in for or have a part to match I would not trust their opinion cuz they obviously don't know their facts I will just go to O'Reilly's from now on like my mechanic advises me to. Worst customer service One more thing to add, when I went in to get a headlight, brake light and parking light, it seems like he didn't want to help me find the other bulb so they lost to sell on that. I went to O'Reilly's for my brake light and return my headlight which the one that gave me was double so glad I didn't use my card cuz then I would have had to wait for my refund more than likely.. This Auto zone is the worst

I was literally four minutes late to return a part that they knew I needed tonight there was a wreck out front and wasn't able to get in the parking lot in time I even called and spoke with the ingots I knew better than to shop here that's why my business normally goes to O'Reilly's Auto

I have always used Autozone you come in tell the sales reps what you need and they get it not like someplaces that you go to and they try to argue with you and tell you that you need more then what you really do. Autozone has always put the customer before the company..... Way to go

So, it’s Saturday morning - visit Semmes Autozone to pickup a replacement belt for my mower. There is one other customer in the store. The manager handles my request. The one I had previously purchased was not in stock. I asked if he could check for a smaller size. He knew in his head the entire stock of belts? I’ve worked in auto parts… no one keeps that in their head. He just replied no to either question without verifying. Odd - bad experience with the “manager”. Good experience with the employees. I would never work for someone so lazy.

Mr. Robert is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met!! From my experience he is very hard working and genuinely cares about helping people. I couldn’t get my car to crank. I had a bad battery but he got it charged up for me and I got home safe because of this man.He went out of his way to help me, (they were about to close and very very busy) and it wasn’t like it was just because it was his job, I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me out. I won’t forget this experience and I hope his higher ups recognize him for his hard work.

They gave my mechanic a price for parts that were ordered for delivery to them the next day. I went the next day and was told parts price was about 30% higher than quoted to mechanic and I would have to wait for parts to be delivered to their store. Two hours later I asked for them to track the packages. They did and then told me they would not be delivered until the next day. Not a pleasant business experience.

Got stranded in AutoZone parking lot, battery was so bad it wouldn't jump off. Before purchasing a battery I asked if I could return it bc I had another battery but I couldn't make it home. Went to return the battery and was told they couldn't take the battery back unless it was bad and I wanted a different one.

Friendly service and great price on my parts.. Usually it's cheaper to order parts online these days but Autozone actually was cheaper on the clutch than online. The shipping charges put the online order about $25 more than Autozone's price plus Autozone has a lifetime warranty.

I love this store and their prices even more. Plus I ordered some parts last week and got free delivery to see how it was.. I got my parts delivered to my house in 45 min from purchase time. I was beyond impressed.

I called and they couldn't find the part I was asking for so he went to his manager (Roe).she finally came to the phone and barley have me time to say anything before hanging up. So I called back and she picks up and I hear omg it's too many "phones.." before she hung up again.

Usually a good experience. Sometimes a part must be ordered or transferred. If this is your case, do yourself a favor and CALL AHEAD before you show up to hear them tell you that 'we can't find it', or 'it hasn't made it in yet'.

Walked into Auto Zone in Semmes looking for some specific spark plugs. Was immediately greeted by sales associate by the name of David M. He has a great attitude, was very helpful and price matched a local competitor. He also uphold me a couple of items. I was very happy with my experience and will make Auto Zone my first choice from now on!!! Thank you David!!!!

Kevin and Jay at Autozone is the best! My brakes gave out while I was traveling and it was too late in the evening to take it to a shop. I just so happened to be passing this autozone when they gave out. He was extremely helpful and did way more than he was obligated to to get me back on the road again. All in all 5/5 starts for service and helpfulness.

Half way to our destination and a brake goes out. Luckily we were passing this Autozone. The guys here are so nice and accommodating as we do an emergency brakepad switch in their parking lot! Would definitely recommend them for their friendliness and their knowledge in helping us get the parts we need to back on the road. They really went over and above!

Kevin is the most customer oriented employee that has ever walked thru those front doors, He is always willing to go above and beyond for any of his clients, employees like Kevin deserve to be recognized, rewarded, and promoted. I highly doubt you will ever employ another person who has the resilience and commitment to his customers that he portrays!! Have a great day and it was a pleasure doing business with you!!

Stopped in to get turn signal bulb counter girl with dark hair and tatoos was rude needs some customer service training. Otherwise great store but going elsewhere in future if they treat customers like dirt.

The employees are especially courteous and go out the way to help people in need especially their employee Cannon! Thank you Cannon! God is going to bless you my friend for life!

Excellent customer care. I know these guys had to have been tired of all my questions! It was close to closing time at the end of a busy weekend, but they went out of their way to help me. They exceeded my expectations.

I fractured my back so I used a buggy to return a part and hold my baby one of the workers took and demanded me to take the buggy outside it was very rude and then I asked to speak to a manager the manager was really nice and brought me a chair to sit down I was not going to take and use the buggy in the store I just pushed it to the front counter I am temporarily handicap and I was mistreated by this employee I wish there was actions being took against that employee but I know it wasn't so I was a very unhappy customer
