Phones must be broken! Have called multiple times on several occasions and still no one has ever answered the phone! I know it’s hard to pick up a telephone and answer simple questions.
The people that answer the phone need to know what they are talking about, I had to go to two different stores, the guy told me the price was 106.40 then he argues with me, I got there and it was only 30. Ridiculous!
I went into O’Reilly’s stressed, without knowing what to even look or ask for, I just knew my headlights were so done for, I could no longer see when driving at night. I got there and Jose was so nice and knew exactly what my little camry needed and to top it off, he switched the light bulbs out and had it fixed for me in just minutes. I will definitely be back to this location!!

My son and I went into o’Reillys right after we walked out of the part store beside them (which gave us no help at all and truly didn’t even try) we was greeted by a gentleman named Archie that asked us if we needed any help, we talked to him about the headlight we was looking for he went straight to his computer found us exactly what we needed and even taught us a thing or two about the led headlights!! We truly appreciated him he was very willing to help us and make sure we had what we needed before we walked out!! I can’t explain how my it meant to us!! THANK YOU ARCHIE!! You will be our go to person any time we need help!!
It seems this location has really deteriorated over the last few years ....counter staff turnover is extremely high and just poor leadership and customer service 😢
When your employee comes into another place of business in his uniform. Reyson! He should NOT use profanity , throw things or act a fool . He really makes it appear that you have horrible employees acting this way while representing his place of employment . At Least change out of that Oreilys uniform
It's 5pm on a Tuesday and it was really busy. The young young man that had beautiful brown hair that was the manger today was an awesome guy 10 points for him for helping me out.. everyone that was working was very nice I give them a 💯 ill always come to orelillys for my parts..
This store sold me the incorrect ignition control module at the time I didn’t realize there’s 2 different ones a black one and a gray one they sold me a black one after 800 dollars worth of parts I finally went back to icm I took it back they refused to swap it out for a gray one so I ended up having to buy one I took it home put it on and truck ran perfect it also threw a lot of wrong codes having the wrong one on that’s why I didn’t catch it and started replacing parts that weren’t necessary I tried returning some parts as well and they refused to refund them so I take it as they did this on purpose knowing what would happen and I would return and buy more parts we need to stick together and not buy parts from this store anymore I will never do business again with them and I hope whoever reads this does the same thing if they did it to me they will do it to you . The people who work behind the counters of these stores are paid very low wages even the managers so they don’t really care about you getting the correct parts they care only about the sales for the store and themselves so I understand to a point of their lack of concern when selling parts normally a good auto parts store will tell you that there’s 2 different icm for this vehicle black and gray that way you the customer is aware and can decide for yourself so when they don’t say anything that shows they did it purposely I notice the manager doesn’t even respond to any reviews let’s stick together and stop shopping at this store and see how they feel about that take action against big business and show them customer service is the most important part of business without us you’re store goes under and no jobs are available
Update on review after O’Reilly responded to this review I reached out to them explained everything to them. They had a district manager call me back (Jose) from Arab,Alabama store and him and I spoke for a while he was very pleasant and I believe he put the customer first he told me I could return the extra parts even though I didn’t have a box or receipt anymore to a local store near me and they would give me back the money for whatever parts I didn’t end up using. I’m happy this is over and they in return did the right thing. I’m not going to say anything bad but I guess it was partly my fault I should have researched and known exactly what part I needed. I’m happy with the outcome of the situation and will continue doing business with this auto parts store even though mistakes were made they in my opinion are still one of the best auto parts stores around and they did take care of the customer needs which was me.. Great service here. Running bone dry on coolant and didn’t know what to do. Zack helped me out through the whole process, learned something new today. Would definitely recommend this place o anyone!
O'Reilly's has always treated me with prompt and courteous service, no matter which state and store I was in . Recently though, the folks at Albertville Al. Went way above board in helping me with a tough problem. Jose, in particular, took precious time during a busy part of the day, to help resolve my concerns. As I waited a few minutes for Jose to do what no one at any other brand would do, I noticed that each and every employee seemed eager and courteous beyond standards. Hats off to the managers and employees at O'Reilly's in Albertville.
I bought a set of rainx wiper blades. The employee who helped me was very courteous and went out of his way to help. He also installed them for me. This is my go to place.
Well, usually I like it. Sometimes though they don't have enough help. If one is changing a battery and one wipers there is probably only 2 customer service people left. It happens.
O'Reilly Auto Parts is a solid parts store. Good employees with the knowledge to get you the right part the first time. Let's face it, no one wants to make a second trip to the parts store because they got the wrong part the first round.
Worst experience I think if they don't know what they doing, they should not been braking parts on someone else car.now will cost me more just they answer was just sorry like nothing was damage.. need better management
They always do right by the customer. My family and i have dealt with the O'Reilly Auto team in albertville for years. They carry parts where other auto stores don't. I prefer them over anyone else.
