These folks were friendly and helpful. They gave us an appraisal and ordered the part. We went back for the installation. This seems to be a family run place and although I hope we don't need them again anytime soon, we'll definitely go back when we do!

Palmer and Son's Collision recently repaired my 2024 Toyota Tundra after a doe hit it. There was a pretty good bit of damage to the front driver side, and the vehicle had less than 4,000 miles on it. I was concerned about the repairs, as it was such a new vehicle. The team at Palmer and Son's did a wonderful job on the repairs, and you couldn't tell that there ever was any damage. I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. They worked with my insurance company directly and all I had to do was pick up my vehicle when the work was completed. Thanks, again!

Took my vehicle in for a 1-day job, according to the owner, that turned into a 3-day job, possibly 4 to 5, because they were sent the wrong parts. No fault of theirs, having the wrong parts, that's on the factory. But, there was a different excuse as to why it wasn't done each day that I called for an update, and when I was sent to talk with the owner, he talked over me the entire time and didn't listen. Before I could call back to apologize for my attitude on the phone, he had called and told me that he would no longer service any of my vehicles. "Don't even drive in my driveway." I was excited, at first, to have them repair my car, but after this exchange and the lack of regard for my own needs and concerns, I will not be recommending this shop to anyone.
The people here were more willing to discuss and help me understand things after my wreck than the other person's insurance company was. I am very thankful I had someone to explain things such as Jennifer. Greg also immediately retrieved my vehicle upon my request and helped me understand many things as well. If the situation presents, I would choose Palmer & Sons again.
My car broke down as I was passing through town and I was extremely nervous as I sat needing a tow truck on the side of the road. I am so thankful the good Lord took care of me as I researched towing companies near me and contacted Palmer and Sons. Mr Palmer was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He was more than fair charging me a very reasonable price and provided great service. As a stranger passing through someone could easily have taken advantage of my situation, but I am truly thankful for Mr Palmer.

I am so thankful to have been directed to this family run business. Exceptional service. The tow truck driver gave us a ride to rent a car after our car was totaled by another driver. The gentleman at the tow lot stayed late and let me get my belongings out of my car and never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend Palmer and Sons.
They did not call us back with a proposal and when I called them...my car was too old it would cost more than it's worth and they were just to busy to let me know that... Dont promise someone that you will call them and act like you can do something and then insult them when they call you!!! Had someone else talk because he is Very Busy!!!!
