I strongly advise against doing business with this mechanic. I was charged $10,000 just to install a clutch in my truck, which is far beyond a fair or reasonable price. To make matters worse, he left my transmission and clutch outside of my truck, unfinished and exposed. This experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and felt like an attempt to take advantage of me. I have pictures as proof of the condition in which he left my equipment. If you value honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing, stay away from this business.

STAY AWAY do no consider this company. They will shake you down for everything you have. Do not believe anything they say because lying to them comes as naturally as breathing air.

STAY AWAY from this company trust me Reasons the guy talks as if he will honor his word and as we no there is no honor among thieves. they promised to take my driver to and from hotel and did not they pretending to work on truck four days until my driver showed up unannounced and they were not claims to have professional mechanics but they are not certified with experience also my driver witnessed the guy shannon pretend to switch parts from a truck to my truck and never replacing original parts back to my truck they steal driver possessions out of truck damaged truck and other parts on truck After their done pretending to work on the truck they rack up fees so high you wonder how you got here The comments are true and dont make the mistake of trusting this company Its not worth it keep searching oh Especially if youre of another yea they will do you bad. This is not how you do good business no matter what class of ppl/biz you fall under.

Well how do I say these been proper. Pure garbage people, disrespect, lying and don't trust their prices, they will never remember and extremely overprice you. Professionalim? Gone, human values? Gone. Trustworthy? Gone. You are better letting your vehicle on the side of the road and and repairs don't even think they are going to repair anything, they will let your vehicle sit until the the metal rust.

This truck shop turned out to be a complete disaster. The service is completely unprofessional, the staff is rude and incompetent. Instead of fixing the problem with my truck, they only made the situation worse and imposed unnecessary and expensive services on me.I feel like I've just been tricked. Where do I begin?!! Had a major blow out in Greenville a little while ago. Trailer airbag, air lines on brake chamber, and 2 tires. This repair took almost 24 HOURS from start to finish. Shannon Bryant himself called to verify my location. Since his shop is in my hometown, I asked his mechanics' names. Not gonna name names, but the one guy said he was the only one that had a service truck. They sent 2 mechanics.. when they arrived the service truck was missing compartment doors, the back bed had junk scattered all in it... mechanics called me several times bc they kept arguing on which parts they thought I needed. They ended up not having some parts, including tires and air line fittings, so they had to drive 89 miles round trip TWICE, bc they had wrong parts also. I sat in the truck during most of this spectacle. I would randomly check my mirrors and see what the progress was on the repair... everytime I checked, the "head mechanic" was on his phone or either standing around smoking a cigarette instead of working. They milked the HELL out of the clock working on my issue!! Forgetting tools and parts seemed like it was done on purpose to gain more time and mileage on this repair. I really haven't heard anything good about their mechanics or the company in general. Definitely heard about some headaches and issues. And what's sad is, the owner, Shannon.. bragged about how good this service guy was over and over and said he wished all of his employees were just like him... LMFAO!!! If i could leave negative stars, i would!! AVOID CALLING THIS SHOP FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would advise others to be cautious. They charged me $1,000 just to replace a tire, despite the fact that I already had a spare. The initial quote over the phone was misleading, and I was ultimately presented with a hefty fee. I feel taken advantage of and will definitely not be using their services in the future. Stay away!

I would definitely go with ANY company but this one. My food trailer was to be picked up Monday of this week, no call no show. Then Tuesday, no call no show. I’m not sure if this is how you get treated if it’s paid by insurance or not but it was terrible. They finally showed up at 1PM when they were to be there at 8AM Monday. When they arrived they didn’t have all the proper tools. They knew the details of what they were getting. Don’t believe home office relayed the information properly to the field workers. Which would make sense because when I called to speak with the owner, he was very disrespectful would not let me speak and when I did get the opportunity to finally speak, he hung up on me. When I called back, he said I need to calm down and sit down. Anyways, don’t use them.

By far one of the worst experiences dealing with a tow company in all my years in transportation and logistics. We asked this company to do a swap of one of our flip axles from one trailer to another. They did that, charged us $4850, and demanded payment same day or they wouldn't let the trailer leave. We paid it and thought that was the end of it. Now, they have our trailer, did $14500 in repairs that we never asked for or approved, and now threatening to file an abandonment suit against the trailer unless we pay them the full amount via COMCHECK. I've also reached out to the local Police department to express my concerns regarding this company, they are going to investigate this further since they've received multiple complaints against them, for very similar issues. Will never use this company again and cannot express the importance of anyone else thinking about using them, DO NOT. Read the reviews, the writing is on the walls.

Guys, just stay away from this place…. Labor 225$ per hour! 40$ per gallon of “special antifreeze” This guy will get last penny out of your pocket! Important!!! Lock your fuel caps if you leave your truck in the shop! It will save you some fuel…

Terrible! We were stuck on the interstate at night. Called them, they charged us in advance, and then never showed. Also would not answer their phone when we called to check on when they would come. It took us several more hours to get help from someone else, and kept us in a very, very dangerous situation for much longer. They also never refunded our money. These people take advantage of people in trouble.

Do not call these people!!! I called them to change a flat on the side of the interstate. They said it would be $250 and needed credit card upfront and they would be there within 1 hour. I paid without hesitation. 2 hours later, they still had not come and I finally changed the tire myself. They will not answer the phone now and I'm out $250 for a no call no show scammer!!!!

I manage an RV resort and a strong storm came through the resort and a large 5th Wheel ended up on its side. This company was able to safely and quickly erect the unit upright while taking extra precaution to not damage the utility pedestal in the process. They then prepared the unit to be safely hauled away. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend their services.

*****I give this 5 stars***** Shannon Bryant and his team came to the rescue when we hit a deer 5hrs away from home at 8pm on a Saturday night. Our vehicle and camper had to be towed. The deer busted the radiator, air conditioner condenser and transmission cooler. They also drove out of their way to take us to the nearest hotel. Good trustworthy people, very professional and respectful. Shannon got our vehicle repaired to where we could drive it home and checked on us making sure we made it home safely. Special Thanks to Shannon and to your team. I feel like they went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend this company.

By far the worst experience on the road. They said I needed $6591 worth of work done. When they finished they said it wasn't done yet and that they would need more time and another $2157. As soon as my driver left their yard the check engine light came back on. We had to limp the truck back to Wisconsin where I could have mechanics I know and trust work on the truck. Once we got back to the yard we discovered the work was not done or it was not done properly, over charged by $1000, and their communication is lackluster at best. To top it off we found that they stole my wheels and tires off the truck and replaced them with old, bald tires. My bank will be looking into this and we will be pressing charges for grand theft. If you look at the reviews they are good for local clientele but those that have businesses based elsewhere are all terrible reviews. If you have an out of state trucking company I would highly encourage you to look for a reputable mechanic that does not lie, cheat or steal from hard working people. Rebuttal: I'm the owner of the company, not the driver, Shannon Bryant. At that time my drivers were paid salary and the driver that you had at your shop for 11 DAYS remained paid while you stole our tires, rims, stealing food out of my drivers fridge and performed shoddy work. I have proof of all of this including GPS locations, time stamps, telematics, the word of a combat veteran that explained how Shannon Bryant and company stole $140 worth of groceries from his truck, pay stubs to show my drivers were paid the entire time, invoices to fix the subpar work from my mechanic that we had to have redone, as well as receipts for the new tires and rims we had to replace. Stealing from a combat veteran is a new kind of low that is incomprehensible. Shannon Bryant, what proof do you have that this was not you? What basis do you have to stand behind your accusations that I wanted you to "tap the bill and give him money back so he could have extra money in his pocket"? That's right, you don't have basis/ proof because you only state opinions like angry children and not facts. I am willing to submit my documented proof to anyone that asks. Shannon Bryant truly gives a bad name to all mechanics. If you're local you get great service. If you're passing through they will not hesitate to take advantage, and IF you are lucky they may actually solve the problem you came in with, but that has yet to be seen on my end. Again, I have proof that he did not complete the work I paid him to do. It truly is a shame they call themselves Christians by hiding behind the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. They may be Christians, they are also thieves. Since it's ok to throw out opinions, Shannon Bryant should open a church instead of a mechanic shop and tow business because they definitely need Jesus.

What a shady way of doing business by owner. The mechanic is cool but the way this place basically robs you is insane. I had a bad hanger bearing on the drive shaft. An hour job to do nothing insane. It started with the day before saying they had the part but in reality they didn't. They go get the part..charge 320 dollars just to get the part but the WORST was what they charge for labor. They saying they got a 2 hour min work and charged 2 hrs for removal and 2 hours for installation. 4 hours of labor for a legit 1 hour job. 150 dollar per hour. They don't have the labor rates posted anywhere. They only put it on your invoice after all done. Oh and they send the invoice via email and aren't even in the shop to talk about it. Only through phone. Got robbed of at least 450 dollars right before the holidays.

One of our company trucks broke down in Evergreen and they towed it to a dealer in Montgomery. Only ones that were able to tow it same night.

The absolute most horrible service I have ever seen, after an almost 7000 thousand dollar charge for a tow right down the road and the brake valve to be replaced, they want to hold my truck captive until my company issues a comcheck. Then we get the truck back to my shop, we found repairs were sloppy, hardware loose and still had problems with the air brakes which they kept in there shop for a week to repair. Price gouging at the best here. Stay away from this company if you value good service and honest business prices. If I could give them a negative 20 star review, I would!!!

I would NOT do business with them! They charged us for the job upfront, did not provide us with an invoice for the “work” done after asking 3-4 times. Called and they send you a voicemail box that you can’t leave messages. They just screw you out of your well earned money!

I am soooo pleased with this company. Yes, rates are too high, but definitely in line with everyone else. On time, in perfect format with loading and unloading. I was thoroughly amazed at how much care and caution was taken to not damage my vehicle. Driver definitely knew what he was doing.

Mr Shannon Bryant is our guardian angel. Our family road trip from Wisconsin to Destin FL took a turn for the worse when our drive belt and idle wheel broke on our drive down. A quick google search and 30 minutes later Mr Bryants truck was pulling into the gas station parking lot. While my kids were almost in tears not knowing what was going to happen I was concerned parts or mechanics wouldn't be available for the quick fix. As soon as we arrived at his shop Shannon greeted us with his southern charm and gracious smile. The guy is as genuine as they come. He explained what broke to us, and didn't mind taking an extra few moments to let our little kids all poke their heads inside to see what he was showing them. Heck, he even went and got a bag of treats so the kids could give them to his dogs. After an hour our truck was fixed.....we were ready to get back to our spring break vacation! BUT....thats when Mr Bryant's character shown through. I went to the office to pay and I was showed the receipt for the parts he had bought for our truck ($63) and was told I could pay what I would like. He refused to take much more . I offer hundreds of dollars and he refused saying "I want ya'll to get those kids down to their spring break!" Who does that in todays world? Not many that I have encountered. Most would have charged us extra for the quick repair due to our desperate situation. So off we went and got to our final destination. Even more amazing was that night my phone rang about 9pm. It was a number I didn't recognize. It was Mr Bryant himself. After taking his wife to church and out for dinner he decided to take 5 minutes to call us and make sure we got to our final destination, safe and sound. Again, who does that?! Mr Bryant, I'm speaking to you. You're a true faith-filled man doing things the right way. Your father would be proud. Thank you for your repair and generosity but more so for being a beacon of light in a world that desperately needs it. May God bless you!!!!! Tim

As a business owner and running a Towing and Service repair for 18 years I couldn't believe what this place did to me and my Driver. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They fix your stuff then charge you astronomical amount of money and keep you in the dark about price, when the job is done that's when the price gouging begins. The mechanic left without giving us a price and took photos of our card (illegal). While talking to the Manager about the bill he was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. Go somewhere else, have someone else do it.

A deer ran into my friends vehicle in January. This shop gave a quote to her insurance and was PAID IN JANUARY. A month later, February 16, she still had not received her vehicle. I allowed her to barrow my car to get to and from work. My friend asked us to call The shop because they stopped answering her calls weeks prior. I called several times and was given the run around about this vehicle. I was told he was in the paint booth and would return my calls...SEVEN times. My husband went to the shop four times, once a week for a month, and was told each time the car would be ready the next week. The last time he went, he was told the A/C needed charged and then it would be ready, that was THREE weeks ago. On Wednesday the car dealership who was to fix the A/C called to tell Shannon the vehicle was ready for pick up. He did not pick up the vehicle. On Thursday I called Shannon’s to see when they would be picking up the vehicle. A rude gentleman told me the car would be picked up and detailed before delivery to my friend. When I asked when we could expect delivery, he hung up on me. Today, Shannon’s is refusing to release the car until the insurance pays more money. She can’t get her car from the dealership because the amount owed is rather large, A LOT more than the amount to charge an A/C. This auto body shop has had this vehicle going on FIVE MONTHS!! Strongly do not recommend this business!!

One star is excessive!!Less than satisfied. The original repairs were not done to standard, then it took weeks to get a hold of someone to get the issues corrected. The vehicle was left in their possession for 10 days as we were promised it fixed by a certain day and when we went to pick it up...the car had never even moved from where we left it!! This experience puts a bad name out there for small business owners. Lesson learned the hard way.

My husband, Bill Spurlin, recently had a blowout issue with a boat trailer on I-10. He called Shannon Bryant who was 1.5 hours away but showed up quickly and refused to give up until he had Bill ready to roll. That meant driving into Pensacola to locate parts @ 10 pm on a Friday! Shannon's professionalism and determination to get Bill on the road were much welcomed. His price was more than fair! We highly recommend Shannon Bryant's company.

One star is far too much to award to this customer based on their customer service. It down right sucked. Waited over two hours for a vehicle lockout and they are located only 5 minutes away. Apparently they were too busy to spend 5 minutes and 5 miles of travel to slim Jim a door. They never showed and told my wife to call someone else, this after three times being informed someone was on the way and would be there in 15 min. Person on the phone was just plain rude. Can't believe they would have charged my roadside assistance plan better than 50 dollars for their crappy service. Finally coordinated with another company and they were there and complete within 10 min. For only 30 bucks and it was after normal hours. Thanks Bryant, thanks for nothing! Palmers rocks!

I had an AWFUL experience with this towing company. I was in a car accident and this company was contacted by the sheriff handling our case, and by the time I tried to pick up my vehicle, the owner of this company charged me an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money. He was very inconsiderate knowing my family and I were in a very awful car accident and had to spend a few days in the hospital. I would not recommend this towing company to anybody! I live in Atlanta, GA and was told one amount over the phone and by the time I arrived I was charged TWICE the amount! They charge $400 just to hook up your vehicle plus towing storage fees plus title! We ended up paying $800 just to get my belongings plus giving up the title to my vehicle. You most certainly get ripped off!!!
