I called this company and within an hour he was towing my truck at a very reasonable price. He was polite, efficient and cared enough to refer me to a better transmission place than I had originally picked because I’m new to the area. Highly recommend!!
Our family is from out of state. We had car trouble and called R&R. They responded right away and even gave us the name of a guy who could fix our truck. The truck was ready the next day. They really saved us alot of time and money. Highly recommend!

I was passing through Andalusia headed to Huntsville. My cars engine starting acting up quickly. I was able to get it to Nelson’s auto shop (another fantastic person) as it was dying.
I needed to get it towed to Hamilton Hyundai
I got it all set around 1:20 with Hyundai Roadside assistant who got it confirmed with AAA. I was told it should be 1-2 hours but most likely one. There are so many more details to this disturbing story but was finally told by a AAA supervisor that after leaving me stranded for over 5 hours that the driver could not make it. I was never called by anybody this whole time. I initiated every call and was on hold nite than i can tell you. My partner, who drove 1.5 to come get me googled tow services near us and R&R came up. She called while I was just hanging up from the useless supervisor with AAA. It was now 6:30. Rayson said he would be able to pick it up the next morning at 8:00.
After the experience I had with AAA, I was a little skeptical. He said he would call at 7:30 the next morning. So we drove back to Santa Rosa Beach. Guess what? He called at 7:27.
It’s about a 1.5 hour drive so I got there at 7:50
He got there at 7:55.
He was kind, professional, concerned, on time and VERY reasonable. He took my car 75 miles to Ft Walton and got it there safely and gave them all the necessary paperwork.
I will say he was the saving Grace of that miserable day and I can’t thank him enough!
They are really high. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They towed my Nissan Truck almost three miles and kept it two days and charged me 450 dollars to get it back. They are a bunch of crooks. STAY AWAY FROM THERE IF ANYWAY POSSIBLE !!!!!!!
Didn't meet the driver but he seemed nice on the phone. Don't know why Progressive insurance called him all the way from Marianna, Fl to Panama City Beach, Fl but it took a long time which I blame on Progressive insurance.
Rayson is the definition of amazing. He restored our faith in humanity. My wife and I were traveling from Memphis to Destin for our very first vacation when tragedy struck. My transmission went out on my truck. I called R&R and he was there within minutes. He drove us back to the shop where he was able to find me a new transmission and someone to put it in for me at an extremely reasonable cost. He also used his own personal car to drive us to our resort so we could start our vacation with minimal hiccups. Thank you so much for saving our vacation and for helping me get my truck fixed so quickly! I would recommend you to anyone that has issues in your part of woods.
