Our vehicle broke down on my husband's work break on his way home a few days ago. We have progressive, and they sent us these guys. They were considerably early compared to the eta that my husband received. My husband kept going on about how kind that man they sent was, and how it was a much better experience than several years ago when we had to use a different company. Great communication. Everything went so smooth. Smooth as it good for the drive shaft to break off while driving I reckon. He parked that mess just perfect in our yard as well. Thanks guys!
Dirty South Towing responded to a car recovery for my family at 12am on a random Thursday morning. The car was stuck and after a quick assessment they got to work, had the car hooked up and pulled it back to the road quickly. Communicated well and told me what to expect. Excellent service and even in the middle of the night was pleasant to talk with. Thank you guys!
U joint went out on the interstate disabling my truck. Tow truck got there in a reasonable time and was quick and professional getting me and my truck to a shop. Highly recommended!

Terribly unethical company- they got the name spot on. Illegally picks up cars on Friday & Saturday and claims they’re closed over the weekend. Next thing you know 3 day storage charge. Company need to be shut down for auto theft and fraud
Allen was able to come rescue us after being stranded on the side of the road for a couple of hours. He was very professional and helped us so greatly!
Allen quite literally saved me and my families vacation. Woke up that first morning to go and get the family some breakfast only to find that my car battery was completely dead and I couldn’t get into my car. I called these fellas up and Allen showed up shortly after, within 5 minutes he had my car unlocked and running!! Vacation saved!! Very fast and friendly service. Driver called to confirm he was on the way and also when he dropped my vehicle off. Very professional and was great with my kids, involving them in the process. Highly recommend this company.

Well, nobody likes to have their vehicle broke down. But after getting hold of Dirty South they kept in contact very good timing, even though we understood that they may be late because they were running behind. But that was all done in the text which we appreciate. The pick up guy Allen was very polite came in a beautiful truck. He was very helpful. Besides towing it, he looked at my vehicle to see if there was anything he could do. Really enjoyed that guy. My insurance company has tried assigning them to my request for service on two separate occasions and they have never come. They even called saying they were enroute, and we watched them drive by us on the app. If you’re busy then don’t pick up the job.
Amazing service!! The man had brown hair and a mustache I believe. He towed the car perfectly and was super nice. He came super quick as well and updated us on how far away he was. I couldn’t have said better things! To add on he ultimately cared for our safety :)) Will 100% recommend to others and use again if needed!

I called looking for my car the was towed after an accident last night. The tow truck driver I talked to at the scene of accident told me they were located off co rd 10, but when I called, the man told me they did not have my car. I explained they told me it was on county rd 10 but he told me I would have to call the police station and find out where my car was. So I did.. turns out the guy that answered the phone at dirty south when I called could have told me they SHARE a damn area with another tow company!!! I mean, how hard would that have been?? Rude and appear to be full of themselves. Can’t even help someone out by simply being kind and letting them know they share the same area with another company, Kings Towing and Recovery. Kings Towing have been very helpful and kind and will also get a review.
When you call your insurance company they call for a tow dirty south towing has help me 3 times so far and they have been the most sweetest and kind people 10/10 would highly recommend.

Daughters car needed towed late at night. Tow truck driver called me as soon as progressive booked them. He gave me a time of when he would be there and was right on time. Took good car of the car while hooking it up, even got it in my drive way for me when he towed it to my house. Highly recommend!
