One morning I locked my keys and stuff in my tuck while it was running. Going through my insurance company would have taken 2 hours and every other company I called were either booked or would take at least an hour. 1st call tow & recovery came within half an hour. I'm so grateful and will definitely recommend.
Car was impounded, fair enough. What I came to realize upon arrival is that $300 will not only get you your vehicle back, but also a side of sarcasm and pitiful slapstick comedy. Really appreciated the skid plate beneath my tire dragging the ground from their expertise too; it was remedied with no apology and a zip tie. Pitiful.
Excellent service they answered the phone at 10pm and he was the only call I made for towing. They picked my car up in Elberta and towed it to Saraland for a warranty issue and just as he said it was there in an hour. I learned during this process that calling your insurance for roadside assistance is a claim against your insurance so cancel that and just call 1st call Tow & Recovery then submit the bill to your insurance for reimbursement!!!! Best experience ever!!!
Don't mean to jeopardize anyone's job so I won't be specific. That being said, this morning around 9:30 driving through foley one of your drivers come flying past me 80+ mph slinging rocks and debri on my truck. I now have a rock Crack in my windshield. Management really needs to have a meeting with the drivers about safety.
Big shout-out to 1st Call Tow this was the best company I've ever delt with they was nice and fast response time I got towed from Gulf Shores because I was trying to get closer to hangout fest but I know now that I was trespassing now I know it could be worse so thanks 1st Call tow you will get five stars with me keep it up Mr Cody and I think his name was Mr Little
Last night we couldn’t get nobody to come pulled us out from a Sandy round.
CODY said he will be there in 30 min and showed up 22 min after we hang up the phone call. Very professional and quick rescue.

1st call stole a JBL speaker from my vehicle. The police said it wasn't the first complaint they received about 1st call stealing property. I did wait two weeks to confront them about this. It took 3 days to retrieve my vehicle, and another 9 for the police officer that had the body camera footage to check it and get back to me. I went through the proper channels before I just threw out unfounded accusations. You can see by 1st call owners unprofessional response that they steal and take advantage of people regularly. Also, this is not the proper forum to personally attack someone. The speaker only costs $130. I don't expect to get anything back. This is just an honest review of the business. Keep these unsavoury people away from your vehicle at all costs.
They did a great job transporting my Box for me when no one else would. They were quick in doing so and made it with no damage.
I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future for any towing needs!
I had to have help with getting my car towed home from the Dodge Dealership. I called 1st Call Towing and spoke to Eric. Super hice man . He was so helpful. I am glad I called. If you call them ask for Eric. You wont be sorry.
By far the best and most personable towing company I’ve ever had to use. These gentlemen are top notch and treat their customers like real people instead of ATM machines. If for any reason, I am ever in the Foley area again and need a tow truck. They will be the “1st call” I make.
The owner is a genuinely nice guy and more than fair, so if you're going to end up towed for whatever reason, this would be the company you'd want to do it. Excellent service.

Eddie did an amazing professional job at getting both our 150 Chevy and our trailer with jetskis off the beach, we dug it and buried them into the sand and he winches my trailer first and then grabbed the truck right after. Maybe took him 30 min for both, amazing job! Thank you for coming all the way out to Fort Morgan too for us! Can't say enough good things about this experience. Great Job!
Boy, I got my truck stuck in the sand in fort morgan and Eddie Arquette came to rescue me. Don't know what I would do without his help. It wasn't a simple job either I had a jetski trailer he had to pull out first then my truck. He made my experience really enjoyable and took the time to treat me like a real person. Top notch service! We got Our 26 foot box truck stuck in the mud on a recently mudded side road and called 1st call tow and recovery to see if they could help. Eric answered immediately, had us send photos and proceeded to show up with the right equipment, knowledge, and expertise to get our truck back on the road as well as keep it from dragging down a tree that it was resting on across the top of the box. He had Gerald show up and use his expertise and equipment to handle the backside of the truck to help pull it forward while keeping the truck from rolling over. It was honestly a site to behold! Top notch guys! Will definitely use again!
My Van was towed by "The Man" for a ticket from 2017! When I went to pick up my Van 5 days later Aaron went out of his way to let me pick up after hours(small fee extra). He was very professional and accommodating. So now I will use this company anytime I need a service they offer!!
Our son was sick next to the baseball field on a Saturday night in Summerdale. 1st Call was there in 15-20 min. Dude crawled under the car, in the mud, got filthy but had such a positive attitude. He was also kind to our son who made a bad decision to drive his “very low” car into the mud. It had rained for about 50 straight days but he just wasn’t thinking. The very next day our lawn guy got stuck in our yard… guess who we told them to call? 1st Call Towing. Thank you!
My sixteen year old son was in a terrible wreck on County Road 6 Saturday August 27, 2022. To say the least he was lucky to be alive. When I called 1st Call tow about his vehicle the first thing Eric asked was how was my son. I don’t know this gentleman, but his compassion was greatly appreciated. He met us to get my son’s personal items, school computer, wallet, cash etcetera. As a Gulf Shores local, I definitely recommend these awesome people for any towing services. Thank you Eric. Called them at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon to tow my vehicle from foley on beach express to my home in Robertsdale. I was told it would be about 2 hours for them to get to it. One of their drivers was able to come by my house on his way back to foley and pick up my key from me so it would be easier for them to tow. I waited several hours and they still hadn't shown up with my truck. Received a call around 7pm from person who was to be towing vehicle and he said he had another job in Elberta to do first and he would take care of mine. At 9:30 pm, I called and driver was hooking up my truck and would be here in less than 30 min. He finally arrived at 10:45. He was friendly and quick so no complaints there. Just wouldn't call them if I were in a hurry to have a vehicle towed
I called 1st Call Towing and talk to Jimmy. It was on Christmas Eve about one in the afternoon. He was able to lift my car front end so that it could be put on a towing dolly. They were fast and efficient and very nice to work with I recommend them to anyone
We came down for a visit, and my moms car broke down, at a fast food drive thru. I called for a tow, explained my situation, and was told that they were 9 minutes out. Jimmy was there in exactly 9 minutes. He found the problem, and we actually did not need a tow. He fixed the problem and he had us back on the road in 15 minutes. He was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend him, and this company 100 percent of the time.
We were stuck on interstate 65 with a flat tire on my husband's 1989 Dodge Ram truck. AAA couldn't help us ( another story, not members any more since that night). It was about 6 pm, getting dark. We called First Call and got Jimmy Lassiter who went absolutely above and beyond to help us. If you ever need road service in Baldwin county call them and ask for Jimmy. I can't say enough good things about him.
These guys are great! We were trying to beat an approaching hurricane and make it back home when our wheel bearing went out on the interstate. Called about 10 people with no luck, they came and got us off the road and to a hotel. As if that wasn't enough they came back out in the morning (Sunday) and swapped out the wheel bearing in the parking lot and we were able to get back home that same day. Great guys! Will go above and beyond for you at a more than reasonable price.
My boat trailer wheel bearings went out and I was stranded beside the road. I randomly called Fist Call Tow because I had no idea whom to call. I'm glad I did. Within reasonable time, Erick came by, loaded up the boat and trailer, took them to my community boat launch, launched the boat, and took trailer to my home. I couldn't ask for more and the price was more than reasonable.
Had my motorcycle towed and was quoted 2 hours wait time. Jodi showed up in an hour and was professional, and just seemed to be an all around good guy. The price was fair especially in comparison to competitors rates.
I did not get his name but he was a LIFE SAVER! He came during hurricane Sally, and despite all the rain and wind, tree limbs covering most of the roads yet he still came! He also came as soon as we called and in the middle of the night! Excellent service, winched my car out of the ditch in no time! He was definitely a hero to me!! Would recommend over anyone else, he was so kind, wasn't rude or upset about coming in all of the rain, will be my first call for any help ever needed again!
The staff were very kind and showed us to the car right after showing proper I.D. I would describe the service as friendly, fast and easy. In just a few minutes we were able to get our belongings, take the necessary photos to file the claim and get back to work as we both took off to handle the situation. 1st call is highly! recommendable.
