Everyone there is always helpful. The reason I write this is because Scott Kallas just helped us - me and my daughter. We just needed two screws to put her license plate on - one on the front and one on the back. Since the back didn't have anything to screw in, it took some time. We also asked about a brake late to put in the back. He went and got tools and took several minutes to do that. I tried to tip him, but he refused. He did all this for free. I highly recommend this store! Thank you, Scott and Napa, for showing how to go above and beyond with customer service.
I was in a pickle with Evanston port of entry. My mirrors wouldn't extend out past my oversized load. I walked in and said I needed mirror extensions and I was out the door in 15 minutes with what I needed. If you find yourself in a pickle at the port go straight to NAPA and be on your way down the road in a jiffy.

Has competition, two other auto parts which are chains. Napa more local hometown prices used to be higher. Is tighter in space in and outside parking. (Want to add new info from last review has become more competitive & carrying parts to older vehicles impressed, stars from 3 to 5 yay!)
Our NAPA here in Evanston Wyoming are like family to us. They know their customers so well, they not only know how joke with each them, but know how & when to ask about family. I would recommend them to anyone.
Stood at the counter and no one even said hello can I help you or anything. Terrible service plus I drove 40 miles for a part they said they had but didn't have. Big waste of time.
Bought a starter and some electrical items associated with the starter. They recomended the wrong electrical parts , they didn't fit. Went back to return the wrong electrical parts. They helped with some different parts to fit. I got back home the other parts didn't fit either. Went to a different parts store.
They did their best to help so it was not a bad place but they could have had a little better expertise to prevent so many return trips.
My husband likes to work on our vehicles himself and always receives friendly, knowledgeable help from the folks at NAPA/Kallas Automotive Supply. Last winter, he decided to repaint his motorcycle. He had never done anything like that before, but the job turned out beautifully thanks to the suggestions from Scott and the rest of the crew. The fact that they're located walking distance from our home is a plus, too.
Great place to buy parts. The employee's great to work with too. The own is great too help you give hard to find parts and will to make trip to Utah once week help drop and pick parts for costumier. Scott and Diane great to work with too. Ever need help I recommend Napa... I always try too buy part their. Been use them over 30 plus years.

I love napa auto because of the great service ,wonderful parts and most of all they have one everywhere in the USA. Napa batteries have best warranty and if you have battery problems out of town your likely to get it replaced with no hassle
