My family and I were traveling to take my son to college. We had a UHaul trailer, and it broke a spring. Derrick went above and beyond his duties to help us. He came out and inspected the trailer, then arranged for another one to be brought to his yard, and help me transfer the stuff from one trailer to the other. Derrick, his wife, and two daughters all pitched in to help!! Amazing people thank you so much!
The absolute best towing company that I have ever dealt with! I hit a deer at 5 am I waited a couple hours call tow truck. I had lots of dogs with me and 400 miles from home and 200 miles from my destination!He was quich to get there professional neat and had a solution to every problem! Got me set up with autobody shop got me a ride set up to go get rental car 80 miles away!The absolute greatest!
We had a great experience with D&B Elite Services. We ended up in a snow bank off of I-80 in terrible weather. Called D&B Elite Services and they came to our rescue! Derrick and his team showed up quickly, wrenched our car out of the drift, and got us safely back to town. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. A great company!
joseph absolutely saved the day. he came to pull me out of the snow when no other company for 30 miles would come. i would have been stranded overnight in my car buried in the snow without them. they came quick, kept in constant communication with me every step of the way and truly saved the day. these guys are absolute angels and were so kind and sweet. D and B sucks they over charge and won't let you go get your vehicle because it's a weekend. I recommend Jim Cook. He charges over a half less and will let you get your vehicle. Even if it is midnight or a weekend.
My husband hit a deer on his way home and totaled our car. After 3 hours of talking with progressive and them not figuring out how to get a tow truck to my husband’s location (they suck), I gave up and called these guys. Derrick answered right away and was at my husband’s location within 30 min. They’re fantastic! I highly recommend.
I wanna thank D&B for being outstanding at what they do. My girlfriend and I got into a nasty fender bender yesterday while making a pit stop on our way home to Utah and they went above and beyond. They are super nice men I appreciate you guys for the job you do even tho our car is totaled and we won’t see it again thank you so much for the service. Allowing us to grab our belongings from our vehicle after you had closed up shop you came back to open gates for us. While traveling through Wyoming on 80 west, I came across a pothole that wanted to swallow my car, fortunately it was only my rim and tire that was decimated. But that left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. Mile marker 57 is not the place you want to be when you need help with your car. I began calling the closest town’s (Green River, Lyman) roadside/tow companies, no luck. Then my roadside assistance companies, informed me they had nothing until 8am Tuesday! After hours of phone calls and rejections/ no responses.. I attempted the next town away, which was Evanston. The first one that came up was D&B, they also had the best reviews. And I can attest to them being the best. I am blown away by their awesome customer service and their genuine passion for helping their customers. They brought us to the local hotel and got in touch with the company that will be fixing my car. If I lived closer, I’d be happy to send them anyone of my family and friends. Thank you Derrick and Breanna for saving me and my sister and for going above and beyond!
D&B Elite Services is amazing! I'm an insurance agent and interact with towing companies almost daily for my customers. When a customer of mine had his truck and travel trailer break down 40 miles outside of Evanston on the weekend, I called Derek with D&B Elite. He was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to help my customer over a 2-day period. The rates D&B Elite charged were very reasonable for the amount of time spent and the work that needed to be done. Derek and D&B Elite are exactly the kind of people you hope to deal with when you need emergency roadside service. I highly recommend them!
Flat tire with no spare and Derrick and team came to our rescue. He went above and beyond to help us out, even on a Sunday holiday weekend! We would still be sitting there waiting for roadside assistance if not for D and B. Helpful with local information and referrals for help. Hopefully never have to use again but definitely recommend.
This guy was very knowledgeable and a huge life saver. Our 350 truck that was hauling our very heavy 25 ft trailer got stuck in the mud and no one else who could come pull us out, would drive out that far. He did. And he was by far the most fairly priced. Huge fan of this guy and so grateful for him coming out in the middle of the night and getting my family unstuck so we didn’t have to stay the night on the side of a road.
With a big tangle on the highway we also called for a tow. These guys were helping with the larger incident but called another friend in tow to help and got us assisted. Thank you!

Unfortunately we ran over something on I-80 just west of Evanston, that shredded both passenger side tires as well as the wheels. We contacted both our insurance company as well as WY state patrol - WSP found D&B Elite Services and Derrick was on site within 45 minutes of our accident. Oh, and I forgot to mention this was while we were traveling at 3 am. Derrick was awesome - he towed us and our vehicle to the nearest Les Schwab and even had arrangements for a hotel stay while our vehicle was being repaired. In an unfortunate situation, Derrick was absolutely awesome! If you’re in need of a tow in the Evanston area, I highly recommend.
Highly recommend! Down to earth, shoot you straight and will make sure you get home safely. I had to get my car towed 100 miles in the middle of the night and through a snowstorm. My dog and I got home safely and no damage to my car.

I was driving up from Orem, UT to La Barge when I slid off an icy road just outside Evanston. It was bad weather and there were wrecks all over the area so a lot of companies were too busy to come. 911 said they couldn't send anyone for hours. I had my wife and 2 year old daughter with me and was really trying to get back on the road before we ran out of gas to keep us warm. When we called D & B Elite Services Derrick answered and got out to us within an hour which is way better than we were hoping for. In maybe 20 minutes tops from arriving Derrick had us back on the road with no damage to our car and no stress. It was a Saturday so we paid more than the usual cost and we still felt it was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the speedy and professional service.

My friend and I got stranded about an hour north of Evanston after our serpentine belt busted. Derrick went out of his way to make sure we were picked up safely, brought us back into town and diagnosed the issue. He helped us get settled into a motel for the night and promised to come back to fix the belt in the morning. We got the part ordered, he picked it up for us and got it fixed in a jiffy. We had some more car issues further into our trip and, while we were too far for his service at that point, he was only a phone call away to give us advice. This a great towing company that went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I were safe. He even fought with my insurance company for us. Highly recommend!
🙏 What a blessing these folks are. My 85 year old mom was stranded on the side of the highway by herself, and the tow coverage she was using let her sit there 4 hours. She called me in tears not knowing what to do. I didn’t either! She’s in Wy and I’m in No. Ca. I called Derrick and he was out the door while still talking to me to go help her. He got to her within 30 minutes and repaired what was wrong, so no tow needed. He was going to tow her back to Evanston, Wy, set her up in a hotel and drive her to Salt Lake on Sunday (where her husband had been taken by ambulance the day before!) This is Saturday night!!! So grateful there are still kind and generous people willing to step up when needed. 🙏❣️
U-Haul roadside service called D&B services out to assist with our trailer that messed up. They came in a timely manner and were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
