Purchased a headlight bulb the other day from this location. I specifically went here, rather than AutoZone, even know the price was cheaper at AutoZone. The reason was because the website states that they do bulb replacement installments. I was planning to try to get this done myself, but just incase wanted to know that I would have the help from the employees by choosing to go there. The lady that checked me out was completely rude about it. She said that the "newer cars" were not included in this. I told her my car is older, a 2011. She still completely refused to help me if I had needed it. I was not impressed by this and will but going to AutoZone from now on.

Brandy and Mary were awesome. Broke from the norm and took care of us when we were broke down. Could not be more greatful.

The guys were closing, counting the registers down, because I showed up less than ten minutes to close. The guy (Mike) still found the time to look up my car, find me the right ATF. The cheapest one (for my pocket). And was able to tell me how to check my fluid level. It ended up being so low it was not registering on the dip stick. No wonder I was having issues, while driving for 14 hours straight, across 4 states. Definitely give these guys your business, they strive for perfect customer service. *The other guy, was counting his to down when some other kids came through the door to do a return, and he told them they had to go to Mike, because he was closing his till. So they had to wait until I was finished. Thought that was not so nice of customer service. Go team O'reillys

Told both parts were ready to pickup, but only one was in stock. Have to wait a week for other part to arrive. Should have been told this before I wasted my time and gas to make special trip to store making me late for class.

I got a lifetime warranty on brakes from this place nice service and people!

Went in for 1/4 inch fuel hose which they had, asked for 5 feet, was charged for 5 feet but only received 4 feet and 1 inch. When I returned to get the correct length the lady that cut and sold it to me tried to tell me 3 different times she measured it. She tried to put her mistake on me, luckily Mary used a measuring tape and gave me a refund (because they now only had two 4 foot pieces), other lady again asked “you returned 4 feet or 5?” It’s very clear she thinks I tried stealing 11 inches of fuel line. Rude lady, will not return.

This is your standard O'Reillys. Most of the staff are knowlegable, and are helpful. Though I have had a few instances where this was not the case. To the extent that I chose to go to Autozone instead

lady that helped me up front was so nice and tried to price match a part for me but the manager on shift tonya wouldnt allow it although the lady said the general manager allowed it!

My wife was stranded in Evenston with a dead key fob. The gal working that day sold her a replacement battery, then went the extra mile and installed it for her. Crisis averted! Thank you!

I want to give a huge shout out to Carol and Shannon for some amazing service. These girls were able to show off some great ingenuity for an emergency situation. I will definitely be back. They make a great team and provide a good experience with some comical relief.

I appreciate the staff for helping me get what I needed today. Mike at the Evanston location deserves a raise. He's an excellent asset to the business & went above & beyond to get me the parts i needed, when he didn't have to. Thank you!

I have dropped in many times to O'Reilly's in Evanston for parts and anti-freeze and oil. The management has it's staff well-trained and are happy to assist in every way. Highly recommended. Thank you! 5/5

I wish I could give 10 stars!! I was on a long trip from OR to CO I just about lost my drivers front wheel doing 80mph. The staff was so helpful getting me tools and part that I needed to get myself and my two boys home. NEVER in my life have I had such AMAZING customer service! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

We had a check engine light on our RV as we were coming through Evanston. Shanon helped us read our OBD2. Once we had the code she really went out of her way to try to help us locate parts. It was a pretty stressful day for my family, I appreciated Shannon's friendliness and help!

I worked with Rin and Shannon in regards to some parts for my vehicle, they were knowledgeable, helpful and my parts needed to be ordered. These ladies know there parts, are knowledgeable, helpful & the parts were there as they said they would be. There customer service and follow through was excellent. Shannon is the best parts pro there is, she can do it all standing on her head. She is great at hunting down that rare part or sorting through a troublesome situation. They dont pay her enough. If you find your self needing something from here, talk to Shannon, tell her I sent you ... ...

Able to find the tools my fleet manager needs, reasonable prices, and quick check-out. Needs a little help of notice as you enter and offer to help you find what you are looking for, and the network was having problems all day.

Needed a power steering pump for a 97 Chevy Lumina. They had the part Which I took with me. to avoid a core charge. Since I just changed the pulley there in the parking lot they let me borrow the puller to get the job done real quick. Worked great I had my own cordless impact wrench to get the pulley off. Then back on.

Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, asked what I was looking for and looked it up for me. They found exactly what I needed and asked for my rewards card. The staff member then helped me with a refund on a seat cover that didn't fit and gave me suggestions of where to find the one I needed online.

Really had a great experience here. Customer Service was very helpful in letting me know I was buying the wrong antifreeze for my car. And they put it in for me! Thumbs up.

Always great and wonderful service there each trip I've made in the store. Even if they don't have the part I'm needing they do their best to find it for me.

Everytime we come into this location we seem to be invisible. My husband walked through today and got his list of supplies, then waited 10 minutes at the register while 2 employees sat at a computer. Needless to say, my very patient husband ended up walking out because the employees were too busy to take our money. This kind of costumer service to locals shouldn't be tolerated, especially when it's everytime we come in. We're still in need of auto parts but not looking to waste time at Oreillys.

Awesome customer service. I went to several other parts stores before o'reilly, the other stores were rude and very unhelpful. The guys at o'reilly took the time to really help despite the fact they were extremely busy.

Eager staff, anxious to help. I went there looking for some GM Transynd fluid, and the staff helped me find the closest equivalent. Accurate information was available on their computer system, and they were happy to lend as much assistance as possible. Well done!
