First off, dont make your customers do your job for you. You can easily attach ends to a battery cable. If you dont have the parts then you should offer to order them in. We shouldn't have to call again to ask for parts to be ordered. I was a manager for a NAPA store and these folks here act like they have no clue what's going on. They had to order battery cable and connectors from another store for us which took until the next day, then when asked if the parts came in they said they could "figure something out for us". You shouldn't have to figure anything out, you should just make the cable for us with the parts you supposedly ordered! And don't say you can't make the cable when I know you have the crimping pliers in the back and it takes maybe 5 minutes. It also shouldn't have taken a half day to get the parts when there's a store an hour away in Driggs that should have them and will shuttle them to your store for us. There's more that was horrid about this encounter like the guy looking up our parts didn't use the computer at all, just got out a book and disappeared into the back. When asked what was going on another employee simply said "that guy works in mysterious ways". Well that was clear when he said nothing about ordering parts in. And when we mentioned there was a store in Driggs we were told we could drive there. We are missing a battery cable, how and why do you expect us to drive an hour over Teton pass to get parts you can get shuttled to your store?! Extremely disappointed with this whole experience and being lied to throughout the whole thing.

Harley from NAPA auto parts in Jackson WY was extremely helpful to us! He assisted us in finding the correct parts needed for our sprinter van, as well as helping with diagnostics. He took time to explain things to us. Thanks Harley and NAPA!!

Customer experince needs improve. I been here twice they are telling me you are wrong. I am not, but they open to chance to me discuss with them. Cheap products 5 star but service 2.

Employees that care! My shifting cable clip broke and they found the replacement and suggested a local repair shop to help me. They even installed new windshield wipers. They saved my vacation!

They didn’t apologize after bringing me back multiple times for wrong item, each time I had to bike half an hour to get there, an apology would have been appreciated

Andi was amazing and she helped me save the day with a broken trailer hitch with two different adapter cables I'll keep coming back for thus great customer service thanks NAPA AUTO.

Bunch of grumpy workers who could care less to be there and help customers. Kinda sad to see it. Hopefully they can find a career that brings a ounce of joy to their lives And everything is very overpriced. Definitely recommend going to car quest first. A lot friendlier and professional staff and much cheaper. Hope you guys get it together!

Not very helpful and kind of rude staff. 3 people working the front desk yet when I walked up to them I was completely ignored and not one person even bothered to say anything like "we will help you shortly". So I went to find what I needed on my own and brought it to the desk. When I asked to confirm that I had the right part, i was told "yes" in a rather unfriendly manner. If I could avoid going back to this place I will.

Our first ever rental camper van started smelling of oil and gases when climbing teton pass. So we stopped and came down at Napa Auto Parts to ask for help or oil change consultation. The guy at reception was super helpful, asked us clarifying questions and made sure we calm down. Told us to cool the car down and take another route (which google does not suggest even when it is just 15 min detour) which was super scenic all the way till Idaho. Has excellent views of the snake river and is easy on the vehicle. And all this for free. Thank you! Appreciate your help!

Stopped in today for some parts, and they had everything as usual. Always a helpful person nearby! Been here many times, and I will always start here for my auto parts searches. Thanks NAPA crew!

Cannot believe we drove miles to buy DEF fluid only to arrive at a CLOSED Napa Store. It should have said so on the website. Convenience store here we come...☹

6 STARS. Lost an entire bearing assembly on an older travel trailer hub up in the park. Dropped it and drove down to Jack$on to see what I could do to avoid an insanely expensive tow, on a Friday, that would end up requiring a 2-3 night hotel layover on top of the repair (in Jack$$$$$on). We found this NAPA. Because of the trailers age, all the parts were obsolete. I know that if I had walked into any other place, in any other town I could have been at a dead end. The guy that helped me managed to dig out some old parts catalogs from the 90’s and outfitted us with everything we would need to do the rebuild. On top of that, when I finished and got the rig rolling again we popped in for brats and burgers and soda because it was customer appreciation day. We were so thankful for the help and the needed nourishment. I will always remember our experience.

Locally owned and operated. These guys are the best. Carly, Francisco , Jose and the rest of the crew provide expert help and are always ready to lend a hand to solve a problem. Really good selection of parts, tools, and supplies. Recommended.

This is written by a local. The staff is knowledgeable and there is a huge inventory. On several occasions I've seen employees actually step outside to help somebody put on windshield wipers! Now that's going above and beyond the Call of Duty.

Great customer service here. Thanks for your help changing my battery in my car key and allowing me to use your tools. I was a long way from home and it would annoyed me to have to use the key in the door like an animal, hehe.
