Dale and Kenny were great! Got us right in and got my daughter’s car taken care of. Kenny was prompt in calling me back to let me know the diagnosis and cost. Car was fixed by the end of the day.

Took my car to deckers for the first time because another shop quoted me for $5k in repairs and I wanted a second opinion. Kenny was very helpful and pointed out that the repair I needed should be under warranty. Ended up fixing my car under the warranty and didn’t have to pay a dime out of my pocket. I felt like Kenny was actually trying to help me rather than hustle me and make a quick buck. They definitely have my business now and are worth the wait.
These guys are the best!! Especially Chris who is a Toyota guy!! I love an auto mechanic that explains and shows you what was wrong with your vehicle!! I was camping in Grand Tetons when my engine light came on. I was far from home and didn’t know the area at all. Another shop I called highly recommended Chris and Deckers in Jackson. They were busy but got me scheduled within a week and had me back on the road ! I’m so grateful for their help!!!!! The best👍

I'll be honest, it's hard to say anything because I worship the ground these guys walk on and it's already tough getting into them. This garage is fabulous. Ron has great integrity and I have never EVER worried about being given the run-around. If these guys say you need work done, you can trust them whole heartedly. I had Decker’s Auto Care give me a second opinion after Big O in JH told me my 2021 GMC Sierra w/ 50,000 miles on it needed brand new rotors and breaks ($1300). Dale, a very experienced mechanic informed me that the rotors and breaks still look brand new and I certainly do not need to replace. The employees at Decker’s are honest and experienced professionals. I will only be taking my vehicles to them in the future! Thank you guys!
Deckers came through for me in a tight pinch! My vans starter died on me my first night camping with my daughter. I drove from Seattle and she flew in from New York for a week of camping and hiking and on day one we were out of commission due to a bad starter. Deckers got me in the next day, with help from AAA, and had me back on the road , and camping as we sleep in the van, that afternoon! Can’t say enough about how great they were! Fair, fast, and helpful. Thank you D’s!!
Adam at Decker’s Auto is a true gem! He is a thorough mechanic who did his due diligence to diagnose and fix what was wrong with my car! (Spark plugs and wheel bearing). I had a lot of questions, but Adam was patient and took his time explaining everything to me. I felt completely comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend Adam at Decker’s Auto!!

I highly recommend Decker’s Auto Care. We were leaving the Grand Tetons to drive back to Texas when something happened to our Jeep that was being towed by our RV. I called them and explained the situation. Adam said he could take care of us that afternoon! What a nice surprise! They were quick, professional, understanding and helpful. We visit the Tetons every year and will return if we ever need their service again.
Ron and his team helped us out of a huge jam, and fit us into their busy schedule to do so. The truck we rely on was exhibiting issues that had us losing sleep for months. Other shops were unable to find the problem, (two in particular had failed to properly install our motor mounts as well). Ron was able to diagnose the issue, correctly install our motor mounts, and even replaced/programmed our failing instrument cluster. He turned down a boatload of money we'd offered him to work on the truck, and didn't charge us for anything we didn't need, though he could easily have done so in our case.
Best shop in town, hands down. We've been customers for years for a reason. They say what they'll do, and do what they say. No surprises and always a fair price. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Ron and his team are great. I take all my vehicles there and have for years. I really appreciate how honest they are. That’s something that seems harder to find these days.
I DO NOT recommend this shop. The entire shop lacks any resemblance of responsibility, not sure they know the difference between metric and imperial, bolts marred up and differential plugs stripped. A component was broken as a result of the performed maintenance and the shop would not replace the part even though they broke the part. As a customer who has spent 1000s of $ here I would expect better treatment. Take your business elsewhere even if this is your last resort!
