Great company broke down on the side of I 80 in between Cheyenne and Laramie. Gentleman showed up within a reasonable time. Got me off of the freeway and towed my truck to repair shop.
After finding out, the shop was not open today I went ahead and booked a hotel room which the tow truck driver personally drove me to. Top-notch service. This level of service does not exist anymore. Overall great experience.
Came and picked me up just past happy Jack pass, towed me to Jackson group peterbilt and got me an my truck there in reasonable time and price. 10/10 will use again if needed.
Chris is the BEST! He is very professional, responses quickly, does his work efficiently and charges fairly. We were broke down near Cheyenne, it took 1 1/2 hours from the time we called him to having us safely dropped off at Peterbilt. Chris made sure we were checked in and good before he left. His kindness made a bad day better!!

Predatory Towing Company! 5 mile tow and 3 hours at the scene of an accident = $37,800 back in march of 2024. Read the current article in Freightwaves about these Wyoming towing companies. ATA and state associations need to come together to pass legislation to stop this, it's literally Highway robbery.

The owner of this place is extremely unprofessional and aggressive. I had to get an Uber here and the owner tried to collide head on with me and my uber driver when we tried entering the facility. This obviously terrified me and my driver. To make matters worse he jumped out of his vehicle and demanded to know why we were there! I’m sure you can guess how his attitude changed when he realized there was his money on the line… I won’t be back. I can’t imagine how he treats his employees and their safety if this is how he treats customers entering onto his property…
Very friendly and helpful driver, charged less then others towing services, but arrived very fast. Provided place to park the trailer while the truck was being repaired at the dealer and took me to the hotel. High quality professional service made my breakdown less stressful. BEWARE!!! This company are thieves. They charge me $3000 cash for 3 miles., my truck broke down on the freeway and need it a safe place to tow it, it was not down the hill or anything difficult. What they told me is that they charge $1500 per hour minimum 2 hours. Do not call them, they will bring you stuff to their yard until you pay them. The owner is a disrespectful person, yelling and doing racist comments. Do yourself a favor and do no use them.
