Very good people with reasonable prices. Recovered our truck after blow over 3 times cheaper than competitors in the area. Also helped to load our truck on lowboy to get it to Chicago.

We had a really hectic day when our family van needed to be towed to the shop, but this company made the situation so much easier. The driver was prompt, professional, and genuinely kind. He handled everything with care and had such a calm, friendly attitude that it honestly helped turn the day around for us. It’s not often you remember the person who towed your car — but we definitely will. We’re very grateful for the great service and would highly recommend this company.

Tried starting my Escape this morning and all I got was some garbled noise. AAA suggested a couple of local folks but I already knew Big Al's from two or three previously uses of their services. I was told 30 minutes by Mike, but Jordan was there in 15 or 20. He took my car to my regular mechanic quickly and safely. Thanks to all.

Very good company. Their equipment is top notch. The tow truck driver (Duane Martin) always a very nice guy. He was concerned about me being cold, let me sit in the tow truck and we had a great conversation for an hour. That truck towed my truck and loaded trailer like it wasn't even back there up the hills and it was very comfortable. I highly recommend this tow truck company. Great job (Big Al's).

Great service!! Needed my car towed to our house. From the time I was contacted to the time my car arrived to our house was less than an hour. 100% top notch service.

Had a dead battery and Will was dispatched out and got me goin quickly. After he left I got to the on ramp towing a 45 ft RV and my truck went into limp mode and wouldnt go over 15mph. So I submitted another request through my insurance and he was quick to turn around and take me to a repair facility in Cheyenne and was back to me in about 30 mins. Jose was awesome as well, he was extremely polite and professional on the phone. He listened to my concerns and kept telling me “we will get you taken care of, dont worry” here I am stressin out tryin to get down the road. After bein stranded in the cold for the night, luckily I was at a hotel, so I went ahead and got me a room. After we dropped my truck and trailer off He drove me to the hotel so I can get a room and didnt leave until he made sure I had one. These guys provide top notch service and it was an excellent experience. If it ever comes to it, Ill use them again, but hopefully I dont have to. Lol. Thanks Big Al’s team, you guys are the best.

AAA Customer- The NICEST experience. Will Collins is just a total delight. From courtesy call, pickup, to drop off (which he offered to do solely himself from previous experience), Will was just the epitome of amazing. So so thankful for such a wonderful community in such frigid wind! Thanks Will!

Called AAA to fix a flat tire. Big AL tow truck showed up in 20 minutes. Replaced flat tire with spare in 15 minutes. Great, fast service. Highly recommended.

My entire experience was excellent. Once my roadside assistance plan gave my info to Big Al's, they contacted me to confirm my location, and they showed up quickly. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I want to say Pedro was the first person I talked to (I'm not 100% positive I remember the correct name, but I hope I'm right), and Will picked up my jeep from way outside town on a dirt road. Both were fantastic, understanding, super positive and friendly. Truly appreciate all the help getting my vehicle back to the service center to get fixed!!!

Will was incredible!! My battery was dead and he arrived earlier than scheduled to help me get it dealt with before it got dark. He was professional and very nice!!

I couldn't get my Rav4 Hybrid to start. Dead battery - and the battery is not accessible to a person with my skill level. Big Al's guy showed up and had my vehicle running in less than 5 minutes. He did an excellent job with my car.

Over the years, I’ve used many tow truck companies in the past and I will tell you this this company is top-notch. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They took care of business and got me back to my life. I apologize. I don’t remember my tow truck driver’s name, but obviously he’s been with the company for some time been in an industry probably forever. Arrival time was within the ETA given by AAA dispatch. Donovan was very friendly, informative and understanding. For his first time assisting someone who ran out of gas, we didn't feel like it was. This was a good experience.

Was stuck on side of the road in an EV ( to EVs). Taylor from Big Al’s went above and beyond to assist us with our towing needs. He took great care of our rental EV, towed us to a charging station, and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and that our needs were taken care of while we waited for our vehicle to charge. I can’t rave enough. 6 stars out of 5 for the level of service. From call to delivery, excellent!

By far the greatest customer service I’ve received. Duane was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure what was a bad day turned into a somewhat decent night by making sure me and my girlfriend and dogs were safely off the interstate and got us to a hotel. Duane was kind and Professional and made sure we were settled before leaving. This man deserves to be recognized or employee of the month, year or Decade! Thank you Again Duane! A week ago we had one of the worst days of our lives. Big Al’s came to the rescue and were amazing. They got us safely on our way & took care of our trailer. The next day they went above and beyond to help us gather personal property out of our destroyed trailer. Every employee there that day was so kind and treated us as family. Hands down they are one of the best!

Big Al's are the people to call. I've used their services many times all the way from my personal vehicles to the semi's I Drive for work. Every single one of the drivers there are knowledgeable compassionate of all their customers of whatever the needs may be. But importantly they are reliable. As a truck driver, They are the number one people to call because you know for a fact that help is coming when you call them. As a local truck driver here in the oil fields. I know when I bury my truck in something they will get me out. On a Sunday afternoon while crossing into Cheyenne, Wyoming on I-80 my RAM 3500 diesel began to lose power with no check engine lights. Suspecting bad fuel and after unsuccessfully attempting repairs on my own, I found myself in need of a tow. Triple A recommended Big Al’s so I gave them a call. Shauna answered and was she great asking all the right questions and answering my concerns. She quickly sent Chris out to haul my truck and the camper I was pulling out of harm’s way. He was very careful with my rig and with me not knowing the best place to go, Chris recommended Patriot Diesel as the place he’d take his truck, so I trusted his word. I’m glad I did, they know their stuff.
