Austin at Big Al's is amazing! I was in Cheyenne helping my son with a car breakdown (separate from my Big Al's experience). After dealing with his car issue, it was 10:30 PM. My own car then had an electrical malfunction. (Rough night)! I could only be towed to the nearest dealer which was in Fort Collins. I happen to live significantly South of Denver; Austin did everything he could to find a way to be able to get me towed closer to home without extra expense. While that did not work out, he was compassionate and kind, highly professional and made sure I was able to secure a hotel room to be safe. He dropped me at the hotel, making sure they did have a room available so as not to leave me stranded in the middle of the night 150 miles from home! Thank you, Austin and Big Al's for the middle of the night rescue, compassion and amazing human decency!

Scott answered the call and was really helpful and getting us taken care of. Philip showed up he was fast and helpful.Big AL'S was so helpful. I recommend them for everything.

Today I had problems with my car's engine and thankfully was able to drift into the Maverick parking lot in the vicinity in which my car stalled. After determining that I wouldn't be able to drive my car home, I Googled tow truck companies here in Cheyenne and Big Al's stood out being that they've held good business here in Cheyenne for 15 years now, not to mention their 4.9 rating! The lady I spoke with to arrange a tow was very friendly, courteous and helpful as were 'Corey' and the driver who actually towed my vehicle back home. I give them big ups!! I would certainly recommend Big Al's towing to anyone at anytime. Thanks guys for your prompt and friendly service!

Was stuck on side of the road in an EV (👎🏾 to EVs). Taylor from Big Al’s went above and beyond to assist us with our towing needs. He took great care of our rental EV, towed us to a charging station, and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and that our needs were taken care of while we waited for our vehicle to charge. I can’t rave enough. 6 stars out of 5 for the level of service. From call to delivery, excellent!

Will was great! He jumped my diesel pickup with a smile and made some great suggestions to me. He also noticed that my tires had cracks in them. I would not have even noticed them before. Thanks to him , I’ve got new tires in order and will now have confidence in driving my pickup again! He is a wonderful asset to your business!

Shane was our chauffeur and really was one. Picked up truck from side of road with no problems had front wheel come off. Had Shane take to a tire shop. Ask me to come outside gave the best advice possible. For our situation. What a blessing he was to us. Use Big Al and ask for Shane THE BEST TOW SERVICE. Than you Shane. By far the greatest customer service I’ve received. Duane was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure what was a bad day turned into a somewhat decent night by making sure me and my girlfriend and dogs were safely off the interstate and got us to a hotel. Duane was kind and Professional and made sure we were settled before leaving. This man deserves to be recognized or employee of the month, year or Decade! Thank you Again Duane! Will definitely recommend Big Al’s Towing and Recovery to all my Trucker buddies if and when they travel through Wyoming!

We were traveling East from Laramie to Cheyenne when our motorhome decided to break down on that massive hill between the two cities. From my initial conversation with Cory on the phone, to when he arrived, to hooking up the motorhome with great care, to dropping us off at the end destination, Cory took excellent care of us and made sure we were all safe. Cory was super professional and went above & beyond to try to turn what was a bad day into a decent evening. He recommended that we take the motorhome to Floyd’s Truck Center. But…we needed to empty holding tanks in the rv, so Cory took us to the Wyoming Welcome Center so we could use the rv dump before going to Floyd’s. Amazing that he was totally willing to take the extra time so we could do that. As Cory was unhooking the rv in front of the truck center, another Big Al’s tow truck pulled up. David was driving by & stopped to see if Cory needed any help. By far the greatest customer service we’ve received. And to top it off, Cory text us the next morning to see if the truck shop was going to be able to look at the rv that day. He also gave us suggestions of things to do while in Cheyenne waiting for the rig to be fixed. And btw their rigs … unbelievably spotless. Their pride shows. So impressed with their workmanship, ethics, and knowledge of the job & equipment. Thanks, Cory & David, for treating your customers special…and the photo op😊

A week ago we had one of the worst days of our lives. Big Al’s came to the rescue and were amazing. They got us safely on our way & took care of our trailer. The next day they went above and beyond to help us gather personal property out of our destroyed trailer. Every employee there that day was so kind and treated us as family. Hands down they are one of the best!♥️

If I could give Big Al’s towing (specifically Will and Clifford) 100 stars I would!! He came out just minutes ago and helped us figure out what was going on. He was so kind, friendly and hilarious. He helped make a stressful situation less stressful. I am so sorry I don’t remember the dispatchers name but she was so kind and friendly as well! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Big Al’s Towing!! Excellent service!! From the quick, courteous and helpful call from the dispatch person, to the driver, Will, I recommend Big Al’s Towing & Recovery! Will was able to get my locked car unlocked quickly, and loaded onto the truck from my garage (I lost the only set of keys to my car) with ease and precision. He was knowledgeable and pleasant the whole time and the ride with him to the dealership was pleasant as well. Thank you!!

I cannot thank this company enough!!!! Will was an absolute life saver!! Dispatcher called to let us know help was on the way, which was a huge relief!! Will then called personally a short time after to reassure our safety and update us on his whereabouts. He arrived promptly with great energy and positive vibes!! Got me and my son off the freezing, pitch black, terrifying shoulder of the highway and into his safe and warm, spic&span, big huge red cab (Clifford) before getting straight to work loading up my disabled vehicle We chatted the whole way he drove us from Chugwater to Wheatland as if we weren’t strangers at all, helped carrying/loading my bags, looked under the hood and showed me what went wrong, drove us back towards the Sinclair and sat with us while we waited for our ride! What a blessing to encounter such a genuine kind soul in such a stressful and terrifying situation!! He didn’t hesitate to credit the guys he works with either! Locked keys in car, tech that came out had a smile and a friendly attitude… but more than that so fast!! Took me longer to go thru roadside. Great job and operator was nice and courteous, making me feel better too.

Big Al's are the people to call. I've used their services many times all the way from my personal vehicles to the semi's I Drive for work. Every single one of the drivers there are knowledgeable compassionate of all their customers of whatever the needs may be. But importantly they are reliable. As a truck driver, They are the number one people to call because you know for a fact that help is coming when you call them. As a local truck driver here in the oil fields. I know when I bury my truck in something they will get me out. When it comes to all my personal cars anywhere from a lockout to a jump start to a tow, they are fast, responsive, get the job done quickly and safely. A big shout out to all the staff at Big Al's

My travel van broke down on a day where wind gusts were 55 mph. I was stopped close to the white line on the shoulder of I80 and scared out of my mind from the semi trucks not moving over as they passed. Will’s first priority was getting the very frazzled me safely into his truck. He was so very helpful in getting my vehicle to the dealership and me to a local hotel. He went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful for his assistance. A big thank you to Chris who helped transport my teardrop trailer to the hotel. What a great company full of awesome individuals.

On a Sunday afternoon while crossing into Cheyenne, Wyoming on I-80 my RAM 3500 diesel began to lose power with no check engine lights. Suspecting bad fuel and after unsuccessfully attempting repairs on my own, I found myself in need of a tow. Triple A recommended Big Al’s so I gave them a call. Shauna answered and was she great asking all the right questions and answering my concerns. She quickly sent Chris out to haul my truck and the camper I was pulling out of harm’s way. He was very careful with my rig and with me not knowing the best place to go, Chris recommended Patriot Diesel as the place he’d take his truck, so I trusted his word. I’m glad I did, they know their stuff.

Duane picked my car up after having two flat tires and panicking. He was kind, patient with questions, and arrived quickly. Very grateful for his assistance. I would recommend them to everyone I know in Cheyenne. Thank you Duane.

Having to call a tow truck is not a fun way to start your day. However, Will was so kind, helful and professional he turned a rough start to a day pleasant! Wish I could remember the servicer’s name but he was really professional and courteous and even gave me a ride back from the shop after jumping my car in his super clean truck. He was also friendly and someone you like talking to when you are only going to call them when you are having a bad day. Would 100% recommend.

I had the pleasure of using Big Al’s today. Mind you it was for a flat tire and it’s a cold day in January. O had the best experience - please know that a very professional person will come get you out of trouble. Friendly very respectful and know that I’d call them anytime.

We needed to use our AAA membership crossing Wyoming to Colorado. gas stations few and far between. Just my sister and I pulling a teardrop camper on our cross country camping adventure! We ran low on gas on Hwy 85. Alex in the office was so helpful and reassuring on the phone. David, the tow driver was so helpful and went above and beyond to help. He even followed us to the gas station to let us know our lights weren't working and popped them back in. (We hit some rough roads!) David posed for a pic with us for part of our adventure album!

These guys are great. Radiator blew and I was stranded on the side of I25. Called in and they got to me in less than 25 mins. Quick and professional. In a world of predatory towing companies, it's nice to know that good guys like these still exist. Got me and my big rig to the shop in no time. Thanks fellas!
