Thank you so much for your patience with me while I tried to navigate a not-so-great situation around picking a family member’s car up. You were beyond helpful and I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciated your genuine good energy. You are an incredible man and we need more people like you in this world.
The absolute best service you could ever ask for. My girlfriend’s battery died and left her stranded while I was out of town. She called Affordable Towing to take her car to the parts store for a battery and installation. Even though the store claims they will install a battery for you, they refused. The Affordable Towing driver stepped up and volunteered to replace it right there in the parking lot. It took 15 minutes. Thank you Affordable Towing for being a good business with excellent customer service. Sometimes it just pays to be kind.
I live in Colorado and my son locked his keys and phone in the car and Steven (i think that's his name) got there fast and got my son in the car. The price wasn't bad either and I was able to pay over the phone. Thank you guys.
I've had to ride in the cab with quite a few tow truck drivers in my time, and Dan was by far the best. Respectful, candid, funny, and he even stopped at a gas station so I could pick up smokes since I only had one left when my tire went flat and I had to call for a tow. Great service!
Super fast help when my kids and I were stranded on the side of a road in the middle of nowhere! Gave them a rough idea of the road I was on and they were to me within 15 min. Everyone was so kind and helpful during this stressful time. Would recommend this company to everyone!
I had to have my vehicle towed after it stalled on the side of the road and this company did a fantastic job. Steve showed up quickly, asked some questions about where he was dropping it off and got to work!
He loaded and unloaded it quickly and with care. Steve also was very personable which is a huge plus when someone is stranded.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Chris was a God-send. When traveling through Cheyenne we had a mechanical issue and needed to get fixed and back on the road ASAP. From the moment I called Chris he said that he was gonna take care of us. He did more than that! He went above and beyond. Companies like this are rare. He got us back on the road in just a few hours and charged far less than I expected. My deepest gratitude to Chris.
He came and took care of my car when my axle broke quickly he understood my situation with money and allowed me to wait till I got paid to fully be able to pay him. Definitely gonna use him again if something happens with my car!!
My Jeep died on the side of the highway 20 miles south of Cheyenne late on a Sunday evening. Jake was super prompt, courteous, and professional on the phone and in person. He was also flexible when I asked him to tow the Jeep to a different location than I had specified with my insurance company. 10/10 would recommend!!
Great service and they truly are affordable! We broke down on the highway about 20 miles west of Cheyenne. Affordable Towing came out very quickly! The guys were friendly, professional, and they went above and beyond to get our heavy camping van safely loaded. The price was more than fair. We highly recommend Affordable Towing and Recovery!
John from 5-Oh towing was amazing help! He saved us when our work truck broke down in Chugwater. Upon dropping our truck off at the repair shop we struggled figuring out how to pay him with our work card. He was extremely patient and very understanding. Would 100% call them again if I needed a tow in the area
They came quickly. Did a good job. They had to deal with a mess from the other people that were towed off my property. It was handled very professionally. Would use them again and refer anybody to them
Great customer service! They were fast, and as the name says, affordable! The driver even took the time to show my nine-year-old son how the levers worked and explain everything that was going on when he came and picked us up. Turned a really bad situation Into something kind of fun for my kids!
The tow truck driver, Jake, was very reassuring, accommodating and helpful. We were towing a sailboat around 10pm between Laramie and Cheyenne, and he helped us re-connect it to our other vehicle. Jake waited until we left before he left to make sure everything was good to go. We can’t say enough about the responsiveness of the company and the helpfulness of the driver.
It’s been awhile but I definitely was touched by the professionalism and friendliness of the owner of this company. My husband and I were in an accident on i80 in January. He picked us up and was very accommodating in regards to us retrieving our belongings from our rig. He handled all business transaction with our company. Also want to thank him for his suggestion to stay in the Red Lion, it was a great spot with many amenities. Thank you and God bless.
Absolutely amazing company. My Jeep died and couldn't get it started again late at night. They got to us so fast and also helped get it back into our garage. Jake was super nice and friendly. 10/10 will be using them again when my Jeep dies again inevitably. Super affordable too.

Helped me move a fifth wheel when I had no truck! Super awesome nice and was efficient. Also the most affordable. I called others to compare. Called back day later and they kept same price quote day before and so I went with them.
Chris was an amazing person to work with. He came from Cheyenne to Chugwater to pick us up and made sure we got our rental car and got back on the road as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow and/or any of the services provided here.
Very polite and even helped me with getting things figured out with insurance and where to go. I've never been towed before but I would recommend this place in an instant. had nice conversations to help keep my mind clear as I was stressing over some things and was one of the nicest people I have ever met in this town. they also scheduled a wonderful time for me to view and clean my vehicle. 100/10 would definitely recommend on any day. Wonderful people to work with, was willing to meet after hours for my friend to get her vehicle back and then was even kind enough to have given her enough gasoline to get to the gas station since the vehicle was out and then was kind enough to provide a bit of oil to top me off. Wonderfully pleasant to speak with and didn't try charging extra for after hours pickup or for the fuel or oil. Would love to do business again and have had the best experience I've had with a towing agency. Thank you again.
The name says it all!! Very affordable AND the customer service is beyond exceptional. I've used this company a few times and refer them to all of my guests who asks if I know a good towing, lock out or road side assistance company. Don't even bother comparing or price checking other companies. Affordable Towing and Recovery is the best, hands down!

Jackson showed up in less than 10 minutes from my call. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable!! He took one look at my car's apparently dead battery and knew exactly how to bring it back to life.. Tightened one loose wire and my car was running again! Easy fix but SO appreciated. Chris picked us up when no other local towing companies would. He took us from the side of I-25 20 miles south of Chugwater all the way to Fort Collins so our car could get looked at by the nearest dealership. He was professional and courteous the entire time. He even let our dog ride in the truck with us. Excellent service. Pretty reasonable pricing too!
Highly recommend this company if you have towing needs. I ended up in a situation where I was stranded pretty late at night off the highway. The driver, Jackson, showed up, was patient and took extra good care of my car even though there were a lot of challenges getting it loaded onto the tow truck. Then he stayed with me despite the late hours until I got home safely! I will definitely use this company again if needed in the future!
I'm grateful for the patience I've gotten from this business. My car went down a 30 ft embankment where my friend was stuck for 14 hrs. Before I could call for help affordable towing was there ready to help. My belongings are safe and Ive been updated as to what's gonna happen , how much its gonna cost. Its half if what I expected. I wanted to say thank you John for making my life a lil less complicated during a rough time.
