Very disappointing experience with this company. We were given multiple ETA updates over the course of several hours, and each time the arrival time kept getting pushed back. During the process, we were also asked to pay an additional amount for the same service. Even after agreeing to it, the service was still never completed.
After waiting for around 4 hours, we finally received a voicemail saying they might be able to come the next morning instead. At that point, we had already wasted an entire evening waiting. All messages, ETA updates, and voicemails have been saved and documented.
The communication was very unprofessional and the overall experience felt misleading and unreliable. I would recommend others to be cautious before depending on this company for urgent roadside or towing services.

Extremely disappointing experience. The company kept delaying the arrival time for hours and constantly changed the ETA without giving any clear explanation. After making us wait for a long time, they still requested payment even though the service was never completed.
Very poor customer service and highly unprofessional behavior. I lost valuable time because of this situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.
Excellent Service! Rocky Mtn Towing delivered as promised and were more affordable than the other companies. They did not take advantage of my circumstances, instead went above & beyond to help me out.
These guys and gals are wonderful. Our motorhome was towed here after an engine failure. They quickly found the problem at no charge and let us stay in the coach without any parking fee for 10 days and our cargo trailer for 14. They've all been very courteous, and super helpful the entire time. We couldn't have been towed to a better business.
Can't call it "stuck" in Cheyenne; its a beautiful small city.
It's a busy place, they get people rolling again, we've seen lots of trucks & a couple of RV's roll through.

One the worst shop in USA. We called them, and it was 2.9 miles away. Never will use them.
First, they came late
Second, he just checked for 2 seconds and said he doesn't have a part, can't fix it
And they charged us 438$
Here is the the thing, road service only use their six sense to identify the problem, instead of going down and check. Therefore, we called a towing guy who managed to identify the problem and fix it on the site.
Damaged part on my air tank, it took 10 minutes to fix.
Rocky guys charged me $1000+ for something that towing guy repair in few minutes.
At the end, they were the only one that came on site to help me fix the truck. I've called 7-8 other companies.
